Rooms are terrible. My first room 627 smelled like mold so bad. We changed to room 705 next day and they had us wait with all our luggage standing in front of door for over an hour because our new key cards didn't work. Room smelled OK but mattress was still bad. I mean really bad. You can feel every...

A few things to start with... Please keep in mind that the best way to describe any resort in Cuba is as follows: "Cuba is a single-mom who works 60 hours a week with little to no support from anyone. She tries her best with what she has and does it with love and compassion." Breezes Varadero / Superclub Breezes...

This is an older resort and it seems popular with the 55+ age group. If you want to eat and sit on a beach you may enjoy it but there was little in terms of entertainment - although the entertainer tried... Food was not varied but they did their best and there was never a lack of volume. Tip: get...

We were there from Dec 13th to the 22nd 2016. We were in the large building on the fourth floor. The room was adequate with a nice balcony but no water pressure in the shower. The seat on our elongated toilet was round. In the main reception the toilets were round and the seats elongated??? The food in the dining...

We stayed at this resort at the end of February 2016. I'm sorry I don't remember the block or the room # but we were at the end of block of rooms on the 2nd floor. We could hear the ocean from our balcony! It was about 100 steps to the beach! Other than that, the resort was good. (On...

Check-in Was quick but did not accommodate what we requested! Our kids room was not near ours and neither of us were near the pool like we requested! Pool No washroom by the pool. You either have to go down to the lobby area or down the stairs by the beach bar. Pool very cold makes for lack of participation...
