This is a great resort. Currently there are shortages but the staff really tried their best to accommodate us. We were 7 people in all and we all had a great time. The staff are so friendly!. I have stayed there before and I will definitely stay there again.

I have been 6 times to this resort. The people are so friendly and wonderful. The beach is white fine sand. Lots of chairs and palapas for shade. South side is quieter but further from the beach and entertainment. Bell hops, Brisas restaurant and coffee bar staff are all so helpful and kind.

My wife and I have been to Cuba many times and we absolutely love it there…we call it our second home. We usually stay at Los Cactus but it was being used as a quarantine hotel so we decided to go with Bresis del Caribe…..and we were not disappointed!! We booked a garden suite VIP package…..our check in was quick and hassle free. We got to our room and figured there was a mistake as it was not a VIP room. I went to reception to ask it it was indeed a VIP room and was told it was. It was a standard room that was fine but not what we paid for. We went back to reception to ask if we could see a different room in the south buildings….they said yes but not until 9am the next morning…. During our conversation with reception the security manager, Carlos, overheard and spoke with reception and got things moving. We cannot say enough good about this man…he went above and beyond for us for our two week stay. Thank you Carlos😊👍🏻 The next morning we went to reception and we were met by Cenin, she is the guest relations manager….she asked us if she could show us a room in the main building….we said yes but still wanted to see the rooms in the south building. She said of course. She took us upstairs to the 3rd floor and to a huge suite with a beautiful jacuzzi tub, 2 bathrooms, king bed and a huge balcony…it was amazing!!! No charge of any kind and at the end of our stay she made it possible for us to keep the room 4 hours after check out. This woman knows customer service and everyday she found us and asked if everything was ok and if we were happy and if we needed anything. All of the staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything….always smiling and making us feel welcome. At the snack bar we met Augustine….this man is a gem…always cracking jokes, lighting your smoke, and making you laugh…one hell of a good guy👌🏻 The food was decent…good selection considering the massive food shortages right now in Cuba. We never went hungry and were always welcomed by all of the buffet and serving staff The beach was beautiful!!! Had a VIP section with a bar on the beach. Nini, our waiter for the 2 weeks was awesome…bring you whatever you wanted and you never went thirsty🤣 We would definitely stay at this resort again…we were treated like gold and made to feel welcome and at home

This old hotel is well located and the nature is pleasant around. We have stayed as a family 2 weeks at this hotel and this is what we have observed: The good points to remark: - Beach and beach amenities - The water sport amenities (30 min. free) - The security and lifeguarding services on the beach - The hair making, massage and manicure/pedicure services The points to improve / Present situation: - The spectre and the location of musical entertainment and loudness of sound. Currently the loud entertainement happens in the back-end of the lobby of the hotel. - The variety and quantity of food and beverages and the personnel who prepare and serve it. Presently the quantity and the diversity of food and beverages are limited. - The room entrance and patio doors and safe locks, the shower facilities and the ventilation in the shower rooms. Currently these require reparation. - The beds and linens. Currently there is a mould as well as unwashed odour from linens and beds in the rooms. - The language knowledge of reception personnel. Currently they have basic knowledge of Russian, and very basic English and French only. The proficiency of technical staff. Presently there is a lack of instruments and repair material. - The speed and the reliability of the internet. Currently the speed is very low (~ 8Mbps per person) and there is limited free internet. - The cleanliness of territory around hotel. Currently a lot of reconstruction debris and garbage is around. Overall we can give a 2.5 stars to this hotel presently. The 4 stars were given at the opening of the hotel and do not reflect the present situation.

I really enjoyed it in Cuba. Hot, warm ocean, kind and friendly people. The Brizas hotel is very cozy, delicious alcohol, good food, and polite staff. I would like to express my special gratitude to the employee Monica Fernandez, who is very polite, caring, attentive and takes responsibility for her work. She distinguished herself for her kindness. A very beautiful and cheerful girl! I give her a rating of 10 out of 10!
