We were very saddened to read your disappointment with the dining expériences, at Meliá Internacional we know that meals are an important aspect of our guests' overall holiday expérience therefore we will make sure to take your comments into account to improve in this aspect of our services. In relation to the incidents regarding the food manipulation, we would like to offer our sincere apologies as clearly we were not performing to our usual standards on this occasion and would like to inform you that since receiving your review a meeting has been held with our entire cooking department with your review being used as the example to guarantee nothing like this ever happens again at our hotel and we thank you for bringing them to our attention as we have taken them extremely seriously and have learned from them. we also want to highlight that we are promoting 20 restoration services, including snacks, grills, ice cream parlor, etc. and not 20 restaurants.
