What a wonderful stay at the Terrace Inn. These folks will always remain in our minds for years to come and we certainly hope we can visit them in a not too distant future. From the very first moment we were warmly welcomed by the staff, an army of hard working ladies and 4 gents who work day and night...

We recently stayed at Roy's Terrace Inn in Santiago de Cuba (south of Cuba) and we cannot praise them enough. The super attentive staff, the rooms, the food, the enchanting terraces and most of all the excellent service. My husband, our little one and myself were utterly delighted with the experience, particularly taking into account our son's diet requirements. Trust...

We are salsa and Cuban music lovers so we do travel to Cuba as often as we physically can every year. By the way, if you really want to learn the best salsa, son and rumba styles ever, you must come to Santiago de Cuba for the real deal. We keep staying at Roy's Terrace Inn for the simple reason...

Where to start, Roy is his staff are so friendly and welcoming upon your arrival. The food was wonderful and the roof terrace was lovely. If you are not staying here then its a must you pop in and have some food and drinks. You can always tell when somewhere is great because the roof top terrace was always practically...

We really loved our stay at Roy's terrace. We had three nights an in Santiago. Roy and his family were super nice. The food was the best food of all the casas we stayed at in Cuba. The place is nice and quite with a really nice terrace. It less than 5 minutes to the center of Santiago. Best, Monik&Martin

A nice BnB with very welcoming and friendly staff, located just a 10 minute or so walk from the centre. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and although the food was not great (and much more expensive than other places in Santiago) the cocktails were some of the best we had in a month in Cuba. The air conditioning in our...

We followed Tripadvisor's advice and knocked on the door around lunch time to reserve a table for dinner. That was the best idea: in the evening the roof terrace was sold out. The food was wonderful, Roy and his aunt great hosts. I'd recommend anyone to go here!

Extremely kind and careful people. Lovely master of the house. Located in the heart of Santiago, two minutes walking from Parque Central, it's a very nice and 'international' 2 floor apartment with a lovely sight from the terrace. Clean room, even if the one in front of the kitchen is a bit small. Breakfast is medium, but enjoining it on...

Cute inn located right in the city centre with magical terraces that take you away from the Cuban heat thanks to their lush vegetation (mainly ferns and orchids). Service is the best we have had in our month trip throughout Cuba: they even helped us with our broken car when no one else cared. Top terrace is a dreamy place,...
