If you arrive Camaguey, Surely you know the varity of Casas is significantly smaller due to the remoteness and the fact that the city is less visited. Mirta's and Candido casa is just a seven-minute walk from the central boulevard. This is a beautiful colonial house, beautifully decorated and covered inside (the front of most houses look not the best... More

It's a great colonial house with an outdoor patio/hall that is beautifully decorated and covered. Great breakfast. We stayed one night. Candido was not there but Mirtha was very helpful. A short walk from the centro. Two rooms and a suite of two more rooms.

We spent just one night in Camaguey but we really enjoyed this house! It's not the most central but it has a quiet and pleasant neighborhood and you can anyway reach easily all the main attractions by foot. The room was really big, with a double bed and two single ones. It opened directly on the wonderful colonial patio where... More

The casa and the room were clean and nice, with a lot of fancy decorations and the food was good and plenty... and cheap! The casa is really close to the main street and square, but still easly reachable by car and they have a garage... so in the end this an easy recommendation if you want to visit Camagüey.

This casa is located relatively centrally (withing walking distance to everything interesting) and is led by a very charming, lovely couple, Mirtha and her husband Candido. They have a cute dog in the house. The two are a very friendly people who help you with everything you need and can tell you a lot about Camaguey and what to do,... More

I have stayed at this colonial marvel for a week from 19th to the 26th of April 2011. This fully licensed colonial casa offers two fully furnished rooms each with its own bathroom. All of the necessary amenities are present, like fully stacked fridge, TV and air conditioning. The owners of the house are a great couple that would be... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Casa Mirtha and CandidoI have stayed at this colonial marvel for a week from 19th to the 26th of April 2011. This fully licensed colonial casa offers two fully furnished rooms each with its own bathroom. All of the necessary amenities are present, like fully stacked fridge, TV and air conditioning. The owners of the house are a great couple that would be happy to advise you on all of the useful information about Camaguey city. The house is located near the historical city center, close to shopping, historical sights and restaurants. If you are interested in an airport pick up and drop off or taxi service look no further, as Candido the house owner has a vehicle handy and can drive you any place for a very reasonable price. Last but not least, for a small charge they offer a very tasty breakfast with natural tropical juices. I would definitely suggest this colonial casa for anyone interested in Cuba beyond the sun and beach, and eager to explore the culture and history of Camaguey. ... more   less
