This hotel is in a great spot for sightseeing in Havana- very close to the Capito building and a few minutes walk from Parque Central. Our room - 608- was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Very quiet and a great bed. The lobby area looks a bit dated but we never had to wait more than a few...

The best you can find in Cuba right now, great location, if you aren't on a budget that's the place to go. The problem for not smokers as that room might be smelling but that's all over Cuba. Better to take room not facing the Main Street as it will be noisy even with close windows

This hotel was nice , staff were pleasant . Our first night we asked for a suggestion for dinner which he said " most restaurants would be booked up by now " on a weeknight and made a phone call . We got there n it was a new place very average . After that we found amazing other real...

Spent our last night in Cuba here and, on the whole, enjoyed it. On the plus side, our room (a junior suite) was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and had a great bathroom. Service at the pool bar on the roof was friendly and efficient, as it was on the front desk (getting a late, 7.00 pm check-out was a real...

Well positioned for all the main sights. Friendly and efficient check-in. We had opted for an interior room, opening out over the atrium, and this proved to be quiet. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable king-sized bed. Helpfully, the room had several power sockets with options for US/110v and continental/240v. Breakfast was fine (although the service could be...

Beware - this hotel is often bought out for large parties and dignitaries and my entire trip (3 suites for one week) was just cancelled just days away from our arrival in Havana. What's more, despite innumerable attempts to contact the management, I STILL have not seen a refund for the $5500 I paid 6 months ago for our stay,...

The Saratoga is well located for the Old City and is a comfortable base from which to explore Havana. Although the rooms are 50's style, they have all modern amenities and are well maintained and clean. We had a large room which came with a bath and separate shower, coffee machine, fridge and a large bottle of water a day....

Didn't stay here or eat here, but spent a lot of time here! The Rooftop Bar has great views. However the Mezzanine Bar is the place to have a drink and relax! Very nice and the air conditioning works. The business center is very nice, but a bit expensive.

First time visitor to Havana, and definitely not my last. Hotel is conveniently located in Old Havana, aka La Havana Vieja. Allegedly Madonna and Beyoncé stayed here on recent visits. We had a room on the 6th floor; it was clean and the bathroom (along with bidet) was huge! We had the breakfast buffet, which even for this New Yorker,...
