Nice, clean, but not so much "personal", as it goes for more flats in appartment building and you don't have much contacts with owners/locals. But anyway, nice place, some rooms with balconies, nice garden between street and three appartment buildings.

The room was clean, freshly painted and very clean, the airco is to noisy to keep on at night, and then the temperature to sleep is high.
Breakfast had a few bugs running over the table and in the sugar, so this needs to be taken care of.
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Petronila.
Rosa and Petronila were extremely hospitable and caring . Every morning we woke up to lovely breakfast that catered to our choices. Rooms were clean with fresh towels and linen . The bathroom was great with hot water and a great shower.
