My family and I had such an amazing time in Cuba, with credits to Chateau Blanc and their team. The hotel was crystal clean and everything was super comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and generous always there to help. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vacation where you will be pampered, looked after and well take care of. Hope to visit again!

The Chateau Blanc Kosher Hotel is a rare gem in Havana. The hotel has beautiful, luxurious rooms with clean, modern bathrooms. The rooftop has beautiful views of Havana. The hotel’s owner Scott and his caretaker Marta are the epitome of hospitality. I would highly recommend the Chateau Blanc for anyone visiting Havana.

If only we had the ability to give more than 5 stars. The experience was luxurious. We came as a family with a bunch of small children and the whole team worked as a unit to adapt the experience to suit our needs. The preplanned itinerary was adjusted and we successfully completed most of the Havana highlights even with the kids. What stands out the most is the feeling of being well taken care of in every possible way. The individuals in the chateau are each authentic and genuine in their area of expertise and give it their all to make sure the guests are as comfortable and tended to as possible. From the management and all the departments involved, we felt so comfortable and knew we were in good hands. For some specifics: -we don't speak any Spanish and we felt so much more comfortable because we had someone with us at all times who spoke both English and Spanish -in order to get to see some highlights babysitting was offered (and they even brought in extra hands to make sure all the kids were tended to) -although the neighborhood is safe and is very comfortable and calm to be in, there is tight security by multiple individuals which only enhances the experience when in a foreign country -the little things that make a big difference: helping carry bags and lift the strollers, full time driver, opening the car doors for us, helping loading and unloading the kids, daily room service (and even extra linen changes for the kids when necessary) The trip was more of a success than I imagined and the kids walked off the long plane ride home with smiles on their faces. As a side note for Orthodox Jews, it was a pleasure to be in a place where everyone is understanding and welcoming to our needs. There is nothing like being yourself and doing the things as you feel comfortable with knowing that the team is there to support you while you are on vacation and make sure you have a tailor made experience. Chateau Blanc is a delightful oasis in the sometimes challenging city of Havana. Chateau Blanc is spotlessly clean, marvellously hospitable and a quiet, homely place to rest-up. Marta and her team try really had to make guests feel relaxed. Her Friday night cooking and fresh baked challahs and lemon pie were amazing. Rooms are comfortable, there is plenty good coffee in the mornings. What more could anyone ask for?

We had a fantastic trip to Havana, with the team at Chateau Blanc there to guide us every step of the way. They provided all the delicious authentic (and kosher) meals, a wonderful tour guide in Juan-Carlos and a phenomenal driver who, despite the crappy roads of Havana, avoided every pothole. The B&B itself is GORGEOUS and the views from the rooftop area are just delightful from sunrise to sunset. Marta, who ties it all together, is funny, warm and overall a wonderful host.

We traveled through Cuba for a week and spent 3 nights in this lovely spacious modern comfortable BnB in Havana. Marta is wonderful and so accommodating to anything you might need. Breakfast was delicious, complete w/ a lovely view from the roof patio. By far our nicest accommodations during the week! I highly recommend. My husband and I had a lovely large suite, and our adult children shared a large room next door.

Our group of eight friends and family enjoyed exploring Cuba and returning each day to this modern, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, the breakfasts were delicious, and best of all was Marta, who explained everything from how and whether to change our dollars to the best restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended!

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at Chateau Blanc, and I highly recommend it. This was our first time in Havana and Cuba. The staff (Marta and Alfredo) were extraordinarily helpful in assisting us in every way, and we enjoyed getting to know them. The home and our rooms were spacious, lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was tailored to our needs and generously portioned. Moreover, the White family who owns the property helped us connect with the Havana Jewish Community and arrange a local tour for us of Jewish Havana. They also co-sponsored with us and prepared a meal for the major synagogue there, enabling the Jewish community to gather, worship, and eat together for one of the first times since the pandemic. The kitchen is set up so that anyone who keeps kosher can do so comfortably there. The spacious and beautifully decorated upstairs patio where we ate offered nice views of New Vedado. I felt very safe at and around the Chateau Blanc and loved the location so near the forrested preserve, with walking trails and a gentle river. The only drawback to New Vedado is that it takes awhile to get into the center of town where many other Havana attractions are located. But I would recommend the Chateau without hesitation, and especially for others who want both comfort and connection with Cuba's Jewish community. …
