Location, location, location! This Hotel is simple but clean, quite and in the middle of everything. There is a local art market on the weekend just outside the door and plenty to see and do just a block or two away from the capital.

After reading many hotel reviews I decided to just book the cheapest thing possible in Havana and live with it for 3 nights as so many reviews were all over the board. I booked the Caribbean through umbrella travel(A Canadian travel company)for 3 nights for $129.55 US which included breakfast or $43/night. I was told it was cheaper elsewhere. The...

Great location but rooms do not have windows!!!! There is only 4 rooms in whole hotel with windows. In our room was so much humidity, I was completly wet after 10 minutes in it. Our luck was that we were only one night in this hotel, we could not stand second one.. Anyway do yourself a favor and do not...

Great location and people! For the price you get everything you need; comfortable beds, clean room, hot water and nothing went missing from my room! TV needed a quick repair and I unclogged the drain, but beyond that it was great! I would recommend this for a cheap room in which you need to sleep and store your gear during...

My room was clean, large and with air conditioners and window facing the avenue. Everyone treated us very well. The night was quiet and I slept well. We spent nine enjoyable days. Very kind staff, the hotel is well located. Remember kindness generates kindness. I already miss you all.

This hotel is convenient and central, rooms used to be 38 per night( before Obama's visit) but watch your bill for add one and watch the black woman with glasses(usually works nights) she will tell you your room is 4 or 5 dollars more per night for some extra pocket money. There is a sign to the left indicating room...

This government-run hotel is up there with the worst places I have ever stayed in. From having no natural light in the room, to the constant smell of must/ damp/expired cigarettes, the black mould covering the walls, toilets that hardly flush, and the large fly infestation... Not to mention having to go and request toilet paper and the maid entering...

This hotel is a perfect location to walk to the Malecon, walk to historic Old Havana, as well as access to Central Havana, nice restaurants and any activity of interest. Everyone on staff was pleasant and worked hard to make my stay great. A very nice boutique hotel that needs some updates
