I am very unhappy with the way management dealt with my complaints. The most distasteful one was when the housekeeper stole my money from my bag. I had checked my money the prior night and it was ok before going to lunch. On my return, the bed was made and I checked my money as

Huge holes in the ceiling near reception. Lots of noise from across the road due to beach parties and drunken arguments. Rooms were very dated and in a state of disrepair. Buffet was pleasant. The hotel in general looks as if it needs a major refurbishment.

Dear Customer : As you well said the hotel needs major renovations, in which we are already immersed in these moments are making major reforms if closing the establishment. The beach hotels have their features, drinks included, animation which we can not or is not in our wishes to eliminate, Thank you dear friend of MarAzul for your comments It will be a pleasure to receive it once again once the reforms are completed. Dear Customer . As you could see there are constructive works in the hotel that will allow you to renovate a hotel with more than 40 years of creation if you have to close and deprive customers who love combining the warmth and blue of our beaches with the closeness to the city of our services, it requires a lot of dedication to achieve our desires and it is also required to listen to our clients Thanks for your comments we will be more attentive even so that situations like these do not repeat themselves best regards .

Wifi is available and quite good. You have to buy a card from the desk for 2 CUC. The card last for one hour and as long as you remember to log out, it can be used multiple times. I found this preferable to free bad wifi. The Cubans buy cards and hang out outside to use the wifi. As do guests from other hotels.

How big is safe in the room? Is it big enough for IPad?
It's a fair size safe but I think fitting an iPad in there might be a tight squeeze depending on the size of your iPad of course. Still a bigger safe then other hotels I've been to.
