People were very friendly. room was good. it was cleaned every day. there was no wi-fi but you have to consider that you are going to enjoy everything around you not to be on your phone all day. beautiful view to the ocean. the elevator was not working but a bit of exercise wouldn't hurt anybody. traveling is about learning...

It's a shame, closet's doors whit out no handles, poor lights, the floor of the bathroom dirty, the bath tube is disgusting(with a repaired hole in a center and stained everywhere),the safe don't work, no phone, no WiFi, I had to pay in the restaurant to reheat one plate of my own food because there is no microwave in rooms,...

After reading many very poor reviews we were quite worried about staying here! Thankfully it was just rather ordinary and old not death defying as some previous reviewers had suggested! It is an old dated hotel badly in need of some TLC. Only one elevator worked out of four which did create delays for those not prepared to walk (depends...

This may not be the worst hotel I have stayed at but it is a contender. The hotel was built in the 70's and feels like nothing has been done since. We came in a tour group of 30. It took a long time for rooms to be sorted out. We were given 1 keycard for the two of us....

I read all the reviews down here and I was very scared to arrive to this hotel, but when we got there it wasn't that bad... it is definitely not like they show it on internet... it is old and not very updated, the elevator problem is true, the rooms are not that bad, the beds are a bit uncomfortable...

I will agree with all previous reviewer who mentioned that the hotel is very dated... traces of it everywhere. Of 4 elevators, 1.5 worked, creating line-ups. Etc., etc. The food was not bad, though. The view to the ocean is incredible, though! It is worth it. The hotel is in a cluster of hotels in Miramar. So it is far...

the room was below average, cero maintainance whatsoever, high rates and comissions for the cab drivers, the restaurant served dubious food, and far away from the city center. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BELOW POOR.

Wow that place is a blast from the past. Build 1979 and it looks like there was no maintenance done ever since. We stayed there two nights and got 2 rooms on the 19th floor. There are 4 elevators and for some reason only one was functioning at all the time. The rooms were more hostel-like - kinda clean but...

Made a late decision to take the trip. Only part of the hotel is being used. Room was clean, service good, breakfast very poor. Good view of the sea. Because of the Fair all hotels were sold out. Cafeteria is ok brief menu

I read the trip advisor reviews before I went and thought hmmmmpf people expecting 5 stars for one star money. Not so.... This hotel would struggle to get one star. It is absolutely filthy and what is more, the staff don't care. I am quite an intrepid traveller and can put up with most things but there is never an...
