I had a nice stay in this hotel. The room was neat and tidy, the food in the à la carte Restaurant was pleasant and the staff in the buffet was also very nice. There often are taxis waiting outside if you would like to go out and know the places around. Just be careful in the evening with some "taxi drivers", they might try to steal money from you.
The best service.place are clean & sanitized properly.Located at the center of havana. Food served perfectly with mouth watering taste. The swimming pool are relaxing and beautiful. I highly recommended this hotel on your stay at havana.
Excellent place. Being able too see part of the city and the sea (el malecon) I was amazed by the views. Food was fresh and tasteful with a lot a variety. The attention of all employees was amazing and very professional, especially at the front desk where was a lady call Zady, she is THE BEST. I am definitely coming back
I spent 5 days of quarantine during the covid pandemic there. Food was basic and lacked creativity. Customer service from the bellboy and the IT technician were none whatsover. The bellboy expected a tip before he even picked up my luggages besides the fact that he was dragging them. After that incident on the day i was checking out he decided not to help bring the luggages downstairs for which i had to do it myself. Whereas for the IT technician, i paid for wifi during my stay and apparently i was being logged off the system without having done so…i called the front desk and asked if there was an issue with the wifi…after 30mins the bellboy was sent upstairs to tell me that there was nothing wrong and that i should check if my phone had a problem. The technician never called to ask what the issue was nor did he come upstairs and check the routers. Be aware there is no such thing called customer service or customer support in this hotel. The only people capable or amicable were the cleaning lady(camarera) and the lady at the front desk. Hope they sincerely read this and use it as constructive criticism.…
During our ride on the Havana bus we saw a nice looking cafe outside the Presidente Roc Hotel and decided to get off the bus and sit for a while, have a coffee and enjoy the view out to the street. The service was a little slow but eventually they came to us with a menu from which we ordered some light snacks, cappuccino and a latte. They came out promptly with the coffees. It took a little longer to bring out the snacks but I must say they were nice and hot, fresh and tasty. The best part of our visit here was the view of the busy street and watching all the cars and people going about their daily life. It made for great entertainment and was very interesting just seeing it all on such a beautiful sunny day. The cost of our snacks and coffees was reasonable inline with this being a 4 star hotel. While waiting for the bus to come back we looked inside the lobby and it was very elegant with 1920s or 1930s type decor inside. We also had a look at the pool area which was next to the lobby and it was very inviting. Not sure what the cost of a room here is but that's certainly a lot more than the Casa particular where we were staying.…
Any time I needed anything they were so helpfulthey are located in a central part of the city. It is easy to get a taxi and everyone here is so nice. The drinks are amazing and this is the best spot for wifi.
The staff at the hotel is very friendly, they helped navigate easily around town and most speak English, which makes it easier to communicate with them daily! So I highly recommend the hotel Roc El presidente it’s close to most shopping area and right to close Havana!
President hotel was such a nice experience, great service. Very clean. It is close to Malecon and has great views. It is near by lots of stores. Great taxi service and the food was excellent. Next time i come to cuba i wont doubt staying here again I loved it !!
I was able to use the Presidente to connect to WiFi, get some work done, and drink coffee/drinks while relaxing in the lounge and lobby bar. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a break from travel activities or looking for a place to recharge / connect to the Internet.
Though I didn’t stay here, I’m a student down the street at Casa and Hotel Presidente has a nice lobby, fast(ish) wifi, and a hospitable café with seating both inside and outside. It’s also a great place to change money to CUC.
