My wife and I just returned from an unbelievably wonderful first visit to Bonaire, in no small part due to Caroline and Vincent: our hosts at Coral Paradise Resort. Caroline and Vincent were most welcoming and made our arrival the easiest we've ever had entering another country! They arranged for the AB-Dive rental driver to meet us at the airport and take us to Coral Paradise where our truck (yes, you need one!) was waiting for us.
After our hosts provided us with refreshing drinks, detailed instructions about our room and the island in general, we got settled in. Though it is called “resort” it feels more like a small neighborhood with staggered patios separated by landscaping that gives privacy - all overlooking the beautifully clean pool where you can gather with other divers to share your days adventures. A 3 day-a-week maid service keeps the rooms extra clean and inviting. Never heard any neighbor noise as the walls are thick and solid.
For divers and snorkelers alike, a short 3-minute walk brings you to the nearest dive shop and entry point or a 5 minute drive to “Andrea I & II” A property like Coral Paradise Resort is a rare/welcoming find when in a foreign country and Caroline and Vincent are there to help if you ever need it! Looking forward to returning and spending more time.

I would like to give them a 6. The owners and manager are very friendly (the owners are Canadian), and extremely helpful. They arranged for our truck rental, making everything easy. The resort is small, and the guests are friendly as well, often meeting around the pool, or on adjacent patios. The room was nice and clean, and handy for making breakfast. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, including the one where Harrison Ford showed up on facebook a few days before we arrived. You can dive or snorkel from the shore. Entry is rocky. Each room has a clothes line for drying clothes, and a locked unit for hanging wetsuits and storing gear.

We had a very relaxing week at Coral Paradise Resort. The staff arranged a taxi from the airport and our rental car was already parked at the resort upon arrival. We received a very warm welcome in the evening after a long flight, with a refreshing drink. The resort is well located near Kralendijk and some nice restaurants, and it’s very close to the sea where you can snorkel and dive. The resort has only 8 apartments, it’s quiet and our apartment had a nice terrace with a cooling fan. The room has a good airco, the kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge. You can rinse your scuba equipment with fresh water on premise and lock your gear in your private, well ventilated storage, so it can dry overnight. Very convenient.
The owners and staff are super friendly, they made every effort to make our stay as relaxed as possible. Booking a dive trip, providing an ice bag for day trips and a local mobile phone for restaurant reservations. They gave us some great diving and restaurant tips. It’s more like staying with good friends than at a hotel.
If we ever have the chance to return to Bonaire, we will definitely stay at Coral Paradise Resort again.

This was our 2nd stay at Coral Paradise and definitely won't be our last! We are welcomed as dear friends and treated with warmth and hospitality. The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable, newly renovated bathrooms and large closets, a wonderful large balcony and a real kitchen to cook in. The location is perfect, between Kralendijk and some of the very best snorkeling spots. The hosts are always more than happy to help with our arrangements, give advice and tips, and just generally make our trip a real pleasure. There is a brand new grocery store just a few minutes walking distance from the resort and there is snorkeling just a couple minutes walking distance behind the resort, so one doesn't have to go far to stock up and then have fun! There are also secured outdoor drying closets for your diving and snorkeling gear, along with a large outdoor gear rinsing area, and outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and salt, most convenient! Also, less than 5 minutes from the only movie theater on the island.

We couldn't wait to get back to Bonaire after our first trip in Feb. 2020! And of course we would once again stay at Coral Paradise with Caroline and Vincent as our hosts. Their motto is "Come as guests, Leave as friends" and that is indeed how it is. The room itself is well appointed, not fancy,with a practical kitchenette and outdoor space either by the pool (1st floor) or overlooking the pool (2nd floor balconies), and the service is wonderful. The dive lockers and rinse basins are convenient and generous, plenty of room to hang your equipment and everything is always dry by the morning. Their partnership with AB Car/Truck Rental and Dive Shop make shore diving a breeze. Fresh tanks dropped off each day and your empties picked up. Conveniently located next to Captain Don's and an easy walk to Buddy's Resort, or even Eddy's restaurant, so you don't have to go far for a good restaurant. But you have a truck if you want to drive to the downtown area where there is plenty to choose from. The pool is clean and inviting, a grill is available if you want to cook your own dinner. And Caroline and Vincent are always willing to help identify that weird fish you saw or recommend your next dive site. We'll see you again soon, hopefully for 2 weeks on our next trip!

Stayed at Coral Paradise for 2 weeks in November with another couple and it was incredible. From the wonderful communication during booking (I would say the best I have experienced) to the warm greeting and the way Caroline & Vincent do everything they can to make your vacation the best it can be, there is nothing I can think of that can be improved. Resort is small and personable, the pool area is large and well set up with with lots of area to relax in sun or shade. Rooms are well set up and include everything you need, including lots of electrical plugs and spots to charge electronics. The rooms are very quiet, we never heard any outside noise while in the room. The office also has a small shop that sells an amazing amount of items you might need, from bug spray to dive gear. There is a supermarket just down the street that carries pretty much anything you need for food & alcohol. As an extra service Caroline took care of booking all of our dinner reservations!!! In 13 years of dive travel, probably our favourite spot. Thank you Vincent & Caroline for the exceptional service.

Caroline and Vincent make Coral Paradise a special place to stay. Their attention to detail and concern for their guests is evident in everything they do. This is our second visit with them. The rooms are thoughtful and work well However, they will soon be even better as Vincent is in the process of renovating the rooms, the first ones to open in a couple of weeks. This is a small resort with just 8 rooms and perfectly designed for divers with a cleaning station and storage for dive gear. They work with AB Dive to provide a stay, car and dive package with the rental car waiting for you at the resort when you arrive and the dive tanks delivered to the resort. An independent shore diving trip couldn’t be easier.

My wife and I just got back from a one week stay at Coral Paradise Resort. It's the first time we've stayed there and we were not disappointed. Vincent and Caroline were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed, even plastic containers for storing leftovers and opened food items. The outdoor dive lockers were large, secure, and also had everything we needed. There was a shower, bathroom, and rinse basins perfectly located. The resort's location was perfect for whatever you may want to do while on the island. The only thing I could have wished for was a view of the ocean, but I knew I wasn't going to get that before we booked the trip. Caroline even sent a spreadsheet before our stay with a list of restaurants so that we could research them and make reservations in advance. That worked out very well! I'd like to thank Caroline and Vincent for helping to make our vacation so pleasurable.

We loved staying at Coral Paradise! Our air-conditioned room was clean and very attractive. We cooked all our meals there for the first two weeks since the restaurants had not yet opened up due to Covid restrictions. A grocery store is only a short walk from the resort. The great thing about the room is that it faces the pool and the lovely palm trees where colorful tropical birds often show up. The covered patio has an overhead fan so it's always comfortable to eat outside if you prefer. .The hotel is only a two minute walk to the water's edge where you can enter to snorkel or dive. There are tons of beautiful fish!! Our hosts, Caroline and Vincent were so good to us. They are a wealth of information about the island and in addition they were a huge help to us. They helped us navigate through all the forms and paper work that we needed to have to go through emmigration and customs in order to return to the United States. They definitely live up to their motto, "Come as guests, Leave as friends."

This is exactly what we were looking for and it met our expectations. The hosts are lovely , helpful and available which was great for our first trip to Bonaire. The complex is small and well-maintained and a nice place to come "home" to after exercusions to do all the fun things available on the island. We were not looking to stay in a resort setting or our own VRBO since it was just the two of us so we had the best of both worlds here. The location is close to the shoreline and we would walk to sunsets overlooking the water in the evening. Close by was Captain Don's for food and drinks and we took advantage of the proximity of the resort in the evenings. The lockers for scuba gear and wash stations were nice to have. We didn't use the swimming pool but it was available and clean. Rooms were nice with updated bathroom and big patio area.

I agree with Tony. This is a tiny resort, and is not right on the beach. There are a number of sandy public beaches out by the airport and beyond, but with no services that we saw.
The hotel is not on the waterfront but you can access the water with a short walk. It's no big deal, we went night diving with all our gear from our rooms. You should call them to get more information. I think they have a 800 number for the Canada/USA.
Do email trip adviser, they will remove it. I’ve been evaluating this property and the thing is your rating is going to badly effect their overall rating if it was a low one. We all make mistakes, but these folks’ livelihood can be significantly altered by bad ratings.
There are more places to choose from in the Kralendijk area.
