We stayed in Coral Paradise in March, right before the lockdown. The resort was full but with its excellent organization and cleanliness, we did not feel it that. We had very personal treatment from resort managers: Louise, Caroline, and Vincent. Dive equipment care and storage areas are well organized. With AB drive and dive package, our tanks were delivered to hotel, and we can take as many as we need (unlike other resorts that allow to check out only two tanks per person). This was very convenient since we did three dives a day, frequently in remote spots. Excellent place to stay for the divers who do not like large crowds .
Wonderful attention to detail in every way from Caroline, Vincent and Louise. We were at the resort when the covid-19 became big news in the US. It was comforting to know that we had a place to stay if we weren't able to get home. It all worked out and know if you stay at Coral Paradise you are staying with wonderful, caring hosts!! Extremely clean, well maintained with easy access to all the stores and restaurants. A plus plus!!
The Coral Paradise Resort is a small, friendly, boutique resort located very close to the Captain Don’s Habitat Complex. We are giving it 5 stars out of 5 stars for the following reasons: a) The owners – Vincent and Caroline from Quebec, and the office manager Louise – from the U.K. really do care about your vacation! For example, you are picked up at the airport, and your rental care is waiting for you at Coral Paradise. You are given the use of a local cell phone, to contact them if you have an emergency. Also, along with other guests, our travel arrangements had to change because Covid-19, and Vincent and Caroline kept us up to date as much as possible. Furthermore, Vincent, Caroline, and Louise, are all extremely knowledgeable about the island and its diving opportunities. b) Our studio apartment was spacious, right beside a lovely outdoor pool, and very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked for pots and pans and other appliances, and we cooked all our own meals. (There is even small, well-stocked supermarket walking distance away). c) Our bathroom had just been refinished using Italian tiles. It was very attractive and practical. (Unlike many resort owners, Vincent is very knowledgeable about construction and maintenance). d) There are individual diving lockers, two rinse tanks, an outdoor shower for divers, and tanks can be delivered to the hotel daily – a great set-up for diving! In closing, we had a lovely, quiet, personalized stay at Coral Paradise!…
I had room 7. Clean, spacious, modern. Where well equipped kitchen. What more could one ask for? The location is perfect if you mostly want to scuba dive. It's a VERY quick walk over to Captain Don's and TDS. Along with the bar, the restaurant, etc. It's about 30-40min walk to downtown.
I really don’t know how to start. Our experience at Coral Paradise was fantastic. Everyone talks about the service at a Ritz Carlton, let me say that they could learn from Vincent, Louise and Caroline at Coral Paradise. They are simply great people. From the moment we arrived, through a few challenges during out stay, all the way to the end, they made our stay phenomenal. In a time where service is declining, the Coral Paradise team sets a new bar. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Vincent has made many improvements and will continue to do so over time. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are newly renovated, the kitchenettes are very well maintained and stocked, and the balcony’s are a wonderful place to relax. They stock the room with coffee and filters for use in the coffee pot (and good coffee too!). They provide you with a local cell phone for emergencies and to make restaurant reservations, they set us up with a great buffet breakfast just a short walk away, and the dive shop set up was as good as it can get. They don’t do everything. They do what they do very well, and work with others for add-on’s like diving and breakfast. One example of their hospitality. My prescription dive mask broke. Without hesitation, Vincent offered to take me to his SCUBA wholesale to get a new prescription mask. He personally drove me to the supplier and offered me his wholesale price for the mask. I was up an running in 20 minutes. This is all in addition to the fact that he is really a great guy. Bottom line up front, if you are looking for a great place to stay in Bonaire, stick with the Vincent, Louise and Caroline team. You will find no better. …
