We have come here every year for 5 years now, and we finally had time to stay for 2 weeks. We have been dreaming about it since February and when we arrived, it was exactly what we dreamed about. Friendly, relaxing, comfortable, clean. We get daily consultation about which site to visit for snorkeling and every day has been “the best”. Bianca seems to know every site and her weather judgement is excellent. The wind has been quite high the last two years during our visits and she helps to steer us to places that will be more pleasant. Staying here is better than a resort because of the very low-key but personal attention and care lavished upon us. We have so far failed to stump Bianca and Peter about fish we have seen. They always know and can turn right to the page to prove it. Peter also provides technical pointers on taking good photos and editing to improve them. The solar-heated hot water never runs out. The dogs are nice but not overwhelming, and there’s fruit and hot breakfast every day, if you want it. Each day when we leave to explore, we return to a freshly tidied room. We don’t want to go back home!

Our 4th time here, and we enjoyed so much again.Villa is nice and tidy, pool is now even better after renovation. Breakfast was delicious and pancakes so good. As always, good tips for diving, dining and shopping. Peter and Bianca also own DivOcean-dive shop, so if you need any dive gears at your stay, you can buy or rent those at shop. Great villa, great diving and great host's, so that Villa Safir should be your place in Bonaire.

My son and I just returned from a week long scuba trip to Bonaire!! The Villa Safir was such a great place to stay, up the hill with a gorgeous pool and view. Home made breakfast to order daily. Bianca and Peter have been here for a long ime and know alll the best spots! He happens to also be a dive master and can take you out for boat dives. They met us at the airport and treated us so graciously. These are some really great people with a book of knowledge and the ability to do the packages just like all the downtown busier spots. It is serene but still just a small drive to get anywhere. I would definitely highly recommend the Villa , the hosts and their packages. The one on one care is something you just cannot find in most Places. Love, love, love, this place !!!will return...

Our 13th time on Bonaire and our 3rd time at Villa Safir - again a fantastic stay. Peter and Bianca take care of everything, made to order breakfasts by Bianca, dive advice by Peter and both are very nice company. The B&B has nice rooms, all looking over the pool area, and have enough windows to not need the airconditioning and enjoy the Bonairian breeze. The location is very nice, a short drive to the town center with a large choice of restaurants, but away from the seaside ' noisiness' and with great views over the island. We are looking forward to our next stay in October, we will definitely stay again at Villa Safir.
