We are staying at the BBC right now. We got a very affordable all inclusive 2 weeks, for less than any non AI in this area. It is certainly dated but not at all run down, very clean and well maintained. There is plenty of body surfing not affected by the breakwater at Sandals. There is construction at Sandals, but you won’t notice it unless you walk by. The food here is mostly buffet and 3 ala cartes per week. Food is ok, you won’t starve and with the good value we got, we go off the resort often. Oistins being our fav. We sort of like the classic Caribbean charm here as opposed to the shiny newer places. The staff are wonderful. Carlisle bay is busy and an easy zr van ride away. Calmer water and a lot of tourists. We are enjoying our stay here, at the moment it is not very busy. Hope that helps. You have tons of options in this area.
