We have had a fantastic family vacation at the Sandpiper in late October...while the Sandpiper has become the essential winter sun destination for my wife and I in recent years, this was the first trip for my daughter and the fiancée of our son.
From some of the suites you can see the sea but to my knowledge there aren't any with full sea views. I would advise you email the hotel.
However this is a fabulous hotel and I wouldn't let it put you off.
