I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is by far and understandably one of the best hotels in The Carribean. We came from another hotel as was not happy there and we are so glad we came and it made the holiday so much more enjoyable for us and the children. They accomodated us so well and gave us an early check in and late check out to suit our itenery. Alpha was very very helpful and friendly who we made our reservations with. The service is just so good, anything you want its there! You dont spend ages waiting for something and waste your valuable holiday time. The kids club were super friendly thank you Mia and Kevin . Lots of fun activities for the kids Nikita at the beach bar was so friendly with my little girl and even bought her a little gift which she was so happy with. Other members that we found super helpful were Makitha & Karen. Im so sorry i dont remember all the names. Charlene was brilliant with a fast speedy check in. Food is lovely! And if you request something the chef will go out of his way to make sure you are happy. All the staff are so friendly towards the children which made them feel at ease and comfortable. They even gave the children a lovely welcome present. Highly recommend from all angles especially for family holidays. If i had to give any recommendations it would just be to have some music or entertainment most nights and possibly anothef restaurant just for some choice. But not to say their existing set up is poor. Fabulous hotel and thank you all for improving our stay in Barbados!

Faultless, the service at this hotel is impeccable. Everything from the minute they meet you in the terminal building to guide you through immigration, Covid testing, baggage reclaim to transfer to the hotel is tip top. The hotel is definitely old school but impeccable. The staff are super friendly and accommodating I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a beach holiday.

I went here for a week to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was head and shoulders above any hotel that I have stayed at previously - and I have been to some upmarket places. The service is outstanding - so many other hotels could learn from this place! The rooms, food and facilities were faultless. I absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely return - the only problem is that I don't want to go anywhere else now as nowhere comes close to this! Yes it is expensive but it is worth every penny.

This review is well overdue,we visited Sandy Lane after a bad start another hotel,Luckily Sandy Lane took pity on us,and found a room for us over the New Year Season We were there for our 20th wedding anniversary, the hotelel is as near to perfect as any hotel you are ever going to stay in,everything is excellent ,comfortable and the attention to detail is second to none. It is by no means inexpensive but you really do get what you pay for.Cant wait to go back!!!

We were celebrating our Ruby wedding anniversary so had wanted a special Hotel and they really don’t come any more special than the wonderful Sandy Lane. The attention to detail began before we even travelled to Barbados with emails from the reservations team checking on room requests, restaurant bookings, and making sure everything that would make our trip special was in place. Everything was arranged with such care and helped to make the whole holiday a very memorable and happy one. The Hotel and setting are beautiful and every aspect of this superb Hotel lives up to its famous reputation. I think the overriding thing which stands out though are the excellent staff who really do make you feel so welcomed with genuine warmth whilst maintaining the highest of standards. Of course at the moment during these sad times Sandy Lane is closed but I hope one day soon they will be able to give many more people the wonderful memories they left us with.
