This was our second visit at Radisson Aquatica. We were highly disappointed this time. My wife booked it for my birthday. *Check in staff rude. * We had to quarantine in our room for first 2 days. Due to waiting for test results. It was challenging getting anything sent to our room. *No one answers room service, house keeping or restaurant. You have to call atleast 10 times. * Breakfast was a challenge. Understaffed. Staff frustrated. Rude. Felt like would get snapped at if we ask for anything. * security staff totally rude and hostile. * The scenic beach is what was the best part. * Pablo the manager we had to speak to on a few occasions as a particular security guard kept on picking on my husband. * Sabrina who was at reception on 2 days was helpful. Overall a very emotional experience and very disappointing. The way we completed our days there can't explain the pain. We will never ever go back even if they offer us free.

It’s a pity that the rest of your staff is so nice but your front of house reception staff is so ridiculously rude - and by the looks of your reviews, we’re not the first ones to complain about it. Also, if food delivery is going to take an hour, just tell your guests rather than keeping them in the dark. This happened to us twice and our colleagues in isolation waited over 2 hours. Waiting for a couple of bottles of water shouldn’t take 3 hours as well. This is a shame to the Radisson name.

What can I say. This was our second stay at the Radisson the first one being in 2013. Both visits were for our anniversary and my husband’s birthday. As always friendly staff. Treats were given to us for both occasions. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was our highlight with Sofia and Jemina making it more than a pleasure. The food was great as always. Radisson is definitely one of my favorite places to staycation in Barbados.

From my arrival at this hotel, my experience was unpleasant. First, the staff weren’t welcoming, but that wasn’t my main concern. The fact that guests are required to quarantine until we get confirmation email to roam, and the staff couldn’t provide on time room service dinner to visitors who couldn’t leave the hotel is my main complaint. My dinner arrived an hour 20 minutes after I placed my order. Secondly, two lightbulbs were out in my room, and for my three days stay, I didn’t get a single cleaning service for the room. The furniture and decor are dated, the toilet doesn’t flush properly, room service dishes left by other guests by the rooms were there for half a day. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the actual rooms are at best a fallout shelter. The pool is for kids. They charge for 5 star premium hotel while operating as a gas station motel. This experience spoil the Radisson brand for me.

Location beautiful, but the staff is very slow and rude. Bartender doesn’t know how to make a drink..have to chase them down to order anything. Drinks all made with syrup and taste awful. Food options limited and service is sooo slow. Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours for room service or dining. PICTURED: This is a mango and yogurt granola bowl that I ordered at breakfast. No fresh mango included…only a frozen cube of sugary juice that they call a “mango blend”. Just awful. Within 2 minutes this melted into a watery soup and was inedible. How hard is it to prepare yogurt granola and some fruit, especially in a tropical location????!
