I had a wonderful breakfast birthday celebration at the Radisson Aquatica Resturant ,the service was fantastic the team that was on did an amazing job Odessa,Margret ,kimberly and sophia 🥳🥳🎂🎂🎂🍷🍷🍾🍾🍾🍾
Spent 9 nights with kids. Perfect location on the beach. Great staff. Clean confortable room. All classic expectations from vacation hotel fulfilled (swimming pools, fitness, beach towels, beach chairs, food service continuation from 6am to 10pm). Good breakfast, a bit pricey.
We used this hotel as a three night base before joining a cruise. It has a great position, close to Bridgetown, on the beach accessed directly from the pool area which is quite small. There are complimentary sunbeds, parasols and towels. The highlight of the beach day is between about 6:30 and 8:00 in the morning when the local race horses come for a swim Check in was quick and easy when we arrived, but when checking out this morning it was a little disorganised with many people leaving and arriving at the same time. WiFi in the hotel is complimentary. Rooms are large and comfortable, ours 510 had two queen size beds, plenty of storage space, a reasonable bathroom and complimentary water, and a coffee maker. There is an iron and ironing board and a free safe. We found the beds comfortable and slept well. Having said that the rooms are dated and need some maintenance carrying out. Paint is peeling off the bottom of the bathroom door, the patio door lock was corroded and difficult to lock and the Aircon was extremely noisy. The restaurant is undercover, but open air. The food is fine but the cooked breakfast offering is warm rather than hot. Food and drink prices were OK for me. We spent about £100 per day for breakfast, a snack at lunchtime and an evening meal with a couple of drinks. All the staff we met were pleasant, helpful and efficient. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel for a long stay holiday, but for a few days it's fine and I would use it again.…
A nice little resort sitting just by the shore with a commanding view of the beach reaching out to Bridgetown staffed by some of the most congenial staff Barbados has to offer. Most memorable of them was Benita who checked me in and then was there when I was checking out. She and other staff, in small ways made guests like me feel like I was visiting someone’s home. Bridgetown itself is a very walkable town.
Great beach front location but thats it. Rooms very tired, lots of problems ie leaking air conditioning, balcony doors not shutting, safe not working etc and service in restaurant very slow, 2 hours for one course, lack of beach towels.
The front staff was told we only have booked 1 room. And no breakfast. We booked 2 rooms with breakfast but they declined and offer only one room. After 2 hours they said they find 2 bookings and still no breakfast. We booked sea view but they said only rooms with side view available. Before you go in make sure you print the booking details. The staff at restaurant is very nice and friendly. I should give a big thanks to Fabian, Keesha, Kimberly at restaurant.
I had a wonderful time at the Radisson. This has been my 3rd stay and I must say that they provide me with great service every time. The staff, from the Receptionist to the Chef that brought my food to my room, to the lady who cleaned my room were all very courteous. They made my stay a memorable one. My room was very spacious and comfortable, I had easy access to everything I needed at the time. I look forward to my next stay there.
Sorry but the condition of the hotel was appalling. The bathroom door had paint peeling all over. The balcony frankly looks and is dangerous with chunks of concrete hanging by a thread. The restaurant is so out dated. The bar inadequately stocked,- not even a piece of lime. The pool is small and frankly not looked after in years, the bottom is mottled grey and needs to be redone to make it look sparkling. bath water did not go done so ended up with 10 inches of water. Went to diner at the Hilton next door as refused to eat in the restaurant I took pictures or some of this stuff. I could go on but just not a Radisson in any way. We checked out after one night.
My experience at the Raddison was extremely good. From the front desk to to the beach master friendly and respectful to me and from what I observe all the guest. The team was easily accessible. The General Manager was visible and talk to guest which was really good that shows how good he is as a manager. The food and atmosphere was great. Sophia if I remember the person respond for the dinning area was superb her smile was infectious the mature lady who made the omelettes oh what a lovely lady, the beach master superb. Great team of staff always smiling and make sure the guest are happy. My only observation I love music need some on the beach away from that every moment was awesome. Will be back see you and take care of the lovely staff you have everyone played a part in me having an amazing time …
Nice beach with gorgeous water. Service is hit or miss... Gisele is a true credit to their hotel, but the hotel is simply ridiculously old and in dire need of a refurbish. Rooms are old and tired - although views are lovely. A/C broke in our room and was leaking all over floor. Sink didn't drain and neither did the toilet. Spent lots of time with maintenance crew trying to get everything fixed. Breakfast buffet prices are absurd especially for what you get. Food quality at the Neptune Bar is very poor. Main restaurant is barely better. Thank goodness there are other restaurants around.
