The location is just perfect! You do not have to go anywhere :) just walk down and you are in heaven. The staff was very helpful and were always willing to accommodate all requests from shifting to a better view room to arranging taxis. We hardly had any issue here! We went there for my birthday and the manager sent us a pastry with a birthday note :)

Nice place with awesome location, great staff, and breathtaking beach view. Easy to get around the city and favorite spots from the hotel. Not a new facility, but definitely great value for money 😊 We really enjoyed our stay and consider a repeat when we visit Barbados again.

I believe that every vacation or trip away from home is preceeded by a need. Rest, relaxation, special occasions, or in my case an Emmergency trip to the embassy. I make a career of treating people with kindness and respect and always look for similar wherever I travel to. Whatever the reason you're taking that break Radisson Hotel is the place to stay. Yes the lights aren't as bright as Vegas but the customer service, the atmosphere the reception from the gates on entering and leaving is impeccable 👌. If you visit and find a flaw they'll move stones to fix it for you, they willwork with you, i promise you even if you'reneedylike me. From the General manager down to the custodians you can guarantee that your stay will be fun and relaxing. I have visited twice with eyes filled with tears and heavy heart and somehow they made me forget the troubles and enjoy the moment. Both times I have been blessed to learn new applicable skills by simply observing the noncomplaining always pleasant staff. I have been blessed to make lifetime friends after walking in not knowing anyone. I am about to go through another chapter in the very near future and this time it's for my family and i to rejuvenate, to regroup. There's no place else I'd love to go to but Radisson. I truly feel like I am home living with a bunch of talented family members taking care of my every need, now who doesn't like that. If you're looking for some R&R with family or solo please go to Radisson. By the way Best Place to work remotely.

Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Fridge in room didn’t work. Everything was so outdated even the beach chairs. The only saving Grace was the beach was gorgeous and it was next to a shop that you could rent kayaks and stuff

The location of the hotel is great being on the beach and easy connections into town. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Shane who manages the beach, he gave us a lot of recommendations and was also checking in on us. The negatives were that pigeons were all over the tables in the restaurant, especially in the morning stepping on cutlery laid out and this put us off eating in there. The price of food is expensive, especially at lunchtime. The air conditioning in the room is really noisy so hard to sleep with it on, but too hot without it. The taps in the bathroom kept violently spitting at us when using them leaving us soaked and we spotted little bugs crawling around in the bathroom. The tap water in the rooms is not drinking water despite being able to drink tap water in Barbados, so be aware of that. It was still a good experience staying there and I would recommend it, but not if you are expecting a 4 star experience

The service at reception and the concierge was exceptional. Staff at the hotel were generally quite pleasant. The location is exceptional. Quite near to restaurants, Bridgetown, transportation and other beaches. However, there were parts of the hotel room which appeared to require some more attention. In these times of Covid-19 and other contagious diseases which are spread by touching surfaces, areas such as knobs, doors, light switches, drapes and the like should be sanitized to a point where they actually look clean. I noted several areas that appeared to have been neglected and this was quite concerning considering the extent to which it was visible. This hotel is good value for money if you are willing to turn a blind eye to such things.

The most pleasant staff starting at the front desk and beyond. Always warm and friendly and very helpful. I only stayed here for one night as a guess but was there every day because I was staying at the Hilton which is just a short walk up the street. I checked into the ráddisson the night before we left Barbados and immediately fell in love. I had an amazing room with a beautiful view. Just an overall great experience even when I wasn’t a guest just there visiting my friends. Would definitely stay again. I would have given 5 stars if they had a better (larger) pool. That’s was a deal breaker for me because I love to lounge by the pool whenever I go on vacation. That is a favorite thing of mine to do so this was a big deal. But not enough to deter me from staying again

We stayed here on January 2022 at the Radisson Aquatica hotel in Barbados. The staff is friendly and professional. The manager literally went out of her way to assist and accommodate us.. I am very satisfied with the service provided. There is a restaurant on site and the food is delicious. The restaurant staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is $28 per person but the food is plentiful buffet style..For convenience, we usually have breakfast and dinner there with the the beach as the background. A spectacular view. The hotel is clean and covid protocols are followed. Covid test is done on site. Hotel staff assist with local attractions. Best vacation i had in years.
