I stayed at the Hilton for seven nights in July. Great service from the moment I arrived. In particular, Melissia on Reception was very helpful and so was Cavour in the bar. Looking forward to returning soon.
Great family get away. Children absolutely loved the beach and the “Kidz Paradise”. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were extremely friendly. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The rooms were very clean and make sure to get an ocean view room.
Food was good but they had a small issue with timelines and getting the order correct. Steak was undercooked at the premium restaurant on two plates. Also ordered from breakfast menu instead of the buffet and the order took more than 45 minutes and was wrong when I got it.
I also want to inform you that the service at this Hilton was very poor and the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I had breakfast included for my guests in reservations for two adults and one child and every morning it was a fight with the staff because they kept charging us for the breakfast then they will change the bill and come back with another bill with a charge for the child and say I have to pay for the child because only the two adults get the breakfast free and not the child when the booking was for two adults and a child. We would have to wait 30 mins for our teas and coffees to arrive when they did arrive we would have finished our breakfast and have to wait another 45 minutes for the bill to arrive. I made numerous complaints to the supervisor and manager but it never improved, this carried on for the full 16 days of our stay at the hotel. When I arrived at the Hotel on the first day, I told the clerk at the front desk that I wanted her to take full payments for both rooms and I will pay cash towards both rooms for incidentals and when the cash was getting low to notify me so I can add more cash payments. She toked full payments for both rooms and I made a cash payment for the rooms but on my second to last day I had a call from the front desk saying I owed them $536 US dollars for my room which let me puzzled as I paid for both rooms when I arrived only to be informed that the staff had made a mistake, surely I should have been told this a lot earlier as I was there for 16 nights. On my second to last day I was informed that children under two eats and drink free, I have a 1 1/2 years old child that I had been paying for meals and drinks at the pool off the kids menu, hot dogs with fries, beefy bites and mango smoothies every day, I would have saved myself a fair amount of money had I been told this when I arrived. The service by the pool area was the poorest I have ever experience as you had to wait over and hour to get drinks and food even for the kids., we had to be kept reminding the staff of our orders and yet still we had to wait very long to get serve. I did spoke to the Pool restaurant manger to tell him how poor the service was and was told that they are aware of it but senior management will do nothing to improve it. He said he kept ring it up in meetings that they have. As I own my own business I toked my computer to do work in the executive lounge only to be informed when I arrived that they had done away with the lounge. I have been going to this hotel a few years for the last 12 years and that was always one of my main reason going there so I can still work while my family is on holiday. As a diamond member that is loyal to the Hilton I feel our holiday was ruined and my family experience at the hotel was very bad. …
Great location and facility. Pleasant staff who truly understand what is good customer service. Food is great but very little choice of local cuisine. Well equipped gym that is clean and can be accessed 24 hours.
