good hotel but everage, quite worn, good location (but not many restaurants around), it is near to carlisle bay suitable for swimming, beaches of hilton are not able to be used for swimming because of rough sea, food and beverages in hotel are extremely overpriced, bar and restaurants close very early for dining,but beach restaurant Cabane serves very good food and also services, poor room services - especialy room/cleaning service should be improved, also is problem continually missing towels, coffe , sugar...
The staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and walking distance to Clarise Beach. The room was very clean with a balcony and ocean view. Dinner at the Hotel restaurant was very tasteful. I will book this hotel again.
Overall we were disappointed, management you could make this resort so much better with a stepped change in the culture, and please start with the receptionists (no warm welcome and we were there for 6 nights not cruise guests just there for a day or two, absolutely no details on the hotel and check out was equally awful), the coffee shop lady was also miserable which was a shame when picking up your first coffee every morning, the infinity pool area lacked sun loungers and I don’t understand why the beach sun loungers had padding but the pool loungers were hard metal. No beach towels on day 1 from midday - kept checking for 3 hours! Management please visit Hilton Vilamoura in Portugal to really see an amazing consistent culture across a resort, with the General Manager always walking around and genuinely helping his team, but it needs to start with the front of house receptionists. The staff in the restaurants were super however especially La Cabanne, what a lovely chilled vibe. The concierge and doormen were always smiling and helpful. Stayed one night pre-silversea cruise. Took one and a half hours for a meal to arrive but worst of all, you need to be aware your property is not safe here. I left 2 jackets in the wardrobe/closet for a few hours after checking out but despite reporting this within 12 hours was told there is no trace of the items in the hotel. Can only assume staff think it is fair game to take items once you have checked out. Shall never stay in a Hilton again!!!
Some Measures that were needed for the pandemic have not been lifted or reinstated and hence levels of service and the the small touches that make a stay at this hotel worth the price are not there. I will not be returning.
Can’t recommend this hotel enough! Staff are friendly and accommodate most whims! Catered for me being Gluten free in all restaurants! Wonderful service from Concierge desk, Bellpersons for our taxis! Lots of amenities to enjoy, spa and 3 restaurants! 2 pools, own beach! Island yours in lobby, lovely Jolene on Suntours desk organising our trips! Lovely ice cream in the cafe! Staff at poolside bar terrific and even provide off menu cocktails! Great. Holiday here!
An emergency stay at hotel after hospital. Room charge of over US$600 with no breakfast included. Bed comfortable. But black mould round sink. Minimal toiletries. Paper cups for coffee machine. Unhelpful receptionist.

Avoid this hotel. Service is invariably rude and unhelpful, upkeep and maintenance cursory at best and the atmosphere dull and oppressive. One feels that little money has been spent on this establishment for years and the staff turn up simply because they have no choice. They resent every moment and every guest as a result.
Came here for an event Soul In the Caribean which was excellent and our stay was at this hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful with us but I know some people did not have the same experience as us. We stayed in a Premium Double Seaview Room which had 2 double beds in it which was spacious and clean and had amazing views of the sea and pool. The event was amazing and most of it was held here but found the service at these events very slow and lacking but maybe that's just the way people are here so laid back. Great location and they had free parking which was good as we had hired a vehicle. My only issue was that even though we stated to the cleaning staff we did not want our room cleaned we would leave and come back and she was in there even though we said we didn't need it cleaned which I did not like. The food at the hotel for breakfast etc we did not bother with as due to the cost I would expect the food to be of a high standard, especially in a Hilton Hotel. When the food is so highly-priced it should be of better standard and more options. We ate out every day after the first day. I would stay here again as the beach and pool are very nice and private but again I would not do any food and there are other less expensive places to stay that would suit any budget.…
