My husband and I celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary at The Reefs, Bermuda. We had a wonderful time. The staff made our vacation special. They were friendly and warm. The food was delicious, private beach and pool was awesome. Our room was clean with a stunning view. We enjoyed listening to the live entertainment they had in the evenings. We felt safe. We won’t hesitate to go back. We didn’t want to leave.
Our first time to Bermuda and Reefs Resort definitely set the bar high! We booked a king suite overlooking the ocean, great amenities in the room, private, quiet and beautiful. The staff was kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. We frequented their casual restaurant Coconuts daily for lunch and happy hour and the food and cocktails were consistently delicious. The location is about halfway down the island so you're right in the middle for all major sites and attractions. Hamilton is a short taxi ride away and Horshoe Bay along with a handful of private beaches are 5 minutes from the resort. We are usually the adventurous couple but we loved relaxing on the hotel's private beach surrounded by high cliffs and the gorgeous blue waters of Bermuda. They offer kayaks, paddle boards and snorkel gear which kept us busy throughout the afternoon. We would recommend booking a table on the beach at Coconuts way in advance. This was something we weren't aware of and we missed the opportunity to have a romantic dinner on the beach but made up for it with the other incredible restaurants on the bayside where the sunsets are incredible! We will absolutely be back. …
The rooms and grounds are well kept and beautiful. The service is excellent and the staff is superb. There is a bus stop across the street and a scooter rental just behind the bus stop. They have a rinsing station to rinse sand off as you leave the beach area. They’ve thought of everything!WHEN I go back to Bermuda I will definitely stay at The Reefs!
We received the most wonderful welcome by the owner and his staff at 9pm whilst they were coping with the latter stages of Hurricane Earl. Nothing was too much trouble. The Reefs is a beautiful hotel and resort. The staff are all wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Service on the beach for sunbeds, umbrellas, food and drink was first class. An amazing choice for breakfast and lovely to eat it outside at Aqua Terra restaurand. We loved Coconuts restaurant by the beach for dinner and even ate with white cloth dining on the beach on our last evening. The food was excellent, superb seared rockfish and the tenderest rib eye steak we have ever had. The Bermudians are so friendly. Trips out on the bus are easy to do. We loved Dockyard with its naval museum and dolphin quest and the amazing restaurant Bone Fish. …
We just got back from our honeymoon . We went Labor Day week . From the time we walked onto the resort till the time we left I must say I was in complete awe !! I must of said numerous times “ I just can’t believe how beautiful it is “besides the beauty the staff is the most hospitable group ever !! Always asking how we were , did we sleep well , etc . Everyone was so kind and pleasant . Our view from our room was absolutely gorgeous and the pool was amazing ! Why leave this beautiful resort when everything was right there . The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was amazing or you could order off the menu . Such a cozy and classy and beautiful resort . I could just go on and on . We will definitely be returning and staying at the reefs
I had a wonderful stay at the Reefs resort in Bermuda. The view from my balcony was spectacular and the bathroom had been beautifully renovated. The south shore private beach was amazing and never too crowded. The food and service was excellent. The views from the Coconuts restaurant were superb. I highly recommend the Reefs to anyone coming to Bermuda!
We had a blast, we have been here before and the staff is top notch and even though we were not here for about 4 years some of the same staff remembered us by name and welcomed us back, they made our stay feel like we were at our home away from home. Can’t wait to return.
Not sure what all the fuss is about. The Reefs is very mediocre compared to other hotels in Bermuda. And way overpriced. The food the restaurants is also mediocre. I would stay somewhere else if I go again
Spent 5 nights at the Reefs in Southhampton. We travelled with our family and enjoyed our time there. The staff was very attentive and the beach was amazing! Looking forward to heading back to there next year.
We had a very enjoyable vacation at The Reefs Resort and Club in Bermuda. The resort sits high looking down at the beautiful turquoise water along Bermuda's south shore. We never tired of looking out and seeing the Bermuda Longtails flying into the rocks, the sound of the waves and pretty ocean and beach. Our time on this beautiful beach was one of the many highlights of our trip. Chairs, umbrellas and food service are available. It is very relaxing sitting on this pink sand beach. We enjoyed our meals at the two restaurants, Aqua Terra and Coconuts. Both offer friendly service, great food and lovely views. The breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start our day. Coconuts is open aired, looks over the beach and offers a very pretty view. Our king sized room was very nice and provided everything we needed for our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Bermuda. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The scenery is amazing. The beach is one of the best along the south shore. We would like to thank everyone at The Reefs for all they did to make our vacation so enjoyable. We look forward to returning to The Reefs for our next Bermuda vacation.…
