We stayed in the Azure Residences and absolutely loved it! Check in was easy, our apartment was clean and well equipped. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed. We rented a car so we could go to the Super Food store 4 min away for groceries since I like to cook. It was the perfect combination of a hotel and condo; beautiful public amenities like restaurants (we ate at both Poke Ono and Inifini and loved it!), gym, pools, hot tub, and spa (the spa was decent, not great however) but unlike a hotel we had a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and tons of space. I like to feel like I'm home when I'm on vacation and usually I stay at Airbnbs so this was perfect for us. The view of the ocean from our 7th floor balcony was incredible. The property is well taken care of. I would recommend the Azure residences and return again. It was so luxurious and yet comfortable and homey. We loved the huge pool and hot tub. It was a quick scooter ride or easy walk to Eagle Beach or to the Palm Beach area. I ventured over to the Blue residences for the spa and Infini restaurant and honestly they didn't seem as nice and I would gladly pay more for the newer, more high-end Azure residences in the future.…
My family and I rented a beautiful 3 bedroom 4 bathroom penthouse. Not only was it super spacious, but it was it super clean, well decorated and had everything that we wanted and more included in the unit. The property was beautiful, had 2 pools and and a hot tub which were quiet and never crowded. But the best thing, was the incredible view from our rental. Waking up and looking out directly over the Caribbean Sea never gets old, and we had the most amazing sunset views. The people we met there were all very nice, and the concierge desk was helpful with any questions or requests that we had. We will never stay in a hotel again in Aruba and will be back at Blue soon. We have been to Aruba many times, but I have to say that this was the best experience we’ve had!
I enjoy are condo at Blue Aruba Rental. It was the most beautiful place to stay and the view was out of this world!!!! Every morning we woke up to this magnificant view of the blue ocean and the boats, jet ski, and people out there enjoying the lovely crystal clear water. Ms. Urusula was very helpful and always there to help with anything. When we arrive there and the bus dropped us off in front of security building because they can't go inside the property because there is no where they can turn around. So, there was no one to help with the luggage in our party. Ms. Urusula came and put the luggages on the cart and push it up to are building which was the Aquamarine. She is very hard worker. Ms. Urusula is the person that handle your check-in. The condo was so clean and stock with everything you need. But, the view was phemonal .…
DO NOT STAY HERE. So many issues and problems. Biggest issue we were told they supply us with beach chairs and umbrellas everyday. I have in writing you call concierge 30 minutes prior to going to beach and they will set up chairs and umbrellas. Day one I called and asked for chairs and umbrellas. After an hour of waiting I called and was told they do not have chairs and umbrellas. We went down to concierge and they argued with us about ever being told that even though when I called they said yes. I had to locate the email and show them to prove them wrong. After back and forth with concierge and management we were told it’s “not safe” to be on the beach on Easter weekend as the locals are camping out and it’s not safe. I can’t even tell you how taken back I was by that statement. I’ve been going to Aruba for 27 years and never have heard that before or ever felt I was in danger or unsafe. I believe they were making excuses as to not being us chairs and umbrellas. The place itself was just poorly made. Things were broke left and right. The A/C wasn’t working. My tv in bedroom 3 didn’t work at all and was u plugged ( took 5 days to replace) the toilet kept clogging and the plunger was broken. The dryer wasn’t working. The trim came of the laundry room door. The door was also broken. There is no pool service. No restaurant. No bar. Nothing but a vending machine which was broken for 5 days of my 8 day trip. Day 2 there we advised concierge that several of the machines in the gym were broken. We were told they were all working and needed to start the two treadmills but pushing it to get started. Which of course did not work. The place was only 2/3 years old and it was just a disaster. Hot pool itself already had rough patchwork done on the bottom which was bunny and rough. Please don’t let this place fool you. Do not stay there.…
Blue Aruba Residences was a perfect fit for our girls trip. Ursula was friendly and helpful answering all our questions and guiding us to the best spots in Aruba. The views from our Condo were beautiful and the pools were relaxing. We will be visiting Blue Residences again. Thank you to Ursula and the staff for being so wonderful!
I chose Blue Residences as it’s affiliated with time share company I have ownership with. This was the first trip to Aruba and was a girl’s trip. One of my party had been to the island multiple times in fact this was her third time in 5 months visiting. Her first at Blue Residences. From the time we arrived we were made to feel welcome, the staff was very happy to help and went over and above what was necessary. Ursula did play a little trick on me at the beginning by telling she didn’t have my reservation….and then she was impressed with my calm reaction. I don’t know if this was a one off…but, I don’t advise it being a policy decision. We loved our views of sunsets and the pool was lovely as was the private beach. Our walks into Palm beach were a regular part of our schedule and were enjoyable. We also had rented a car and took advantage of the great restaurants in Oranjestad and explored Baby Beach. . When there was a problem with our safe, someone came to take care of it straight away. I would love to go back to Blue Residences when I visit Aruba again.…
We just stayed a week in unit 609 at Harbour House. Our stay was wonderful. The views from this unit are amazing and the staff here is awesome. From Diego at the front entrance to Carl, Elvis and Lyndsay behind the well stocked bar to Nadia at the front desk, everyone was friendly and helpful. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We will be returning to Harbour House soon.
This was our first time in Aruba and had no idea of how far anything was from the condo. You couldn’t tell by looking at the map if things were 2 blocks or 2 miles away. The positives: beautiful pools and hot tub, secluded beach directly across the street and the complex will bring over chairs for you when asked, situated about equally between palm beach and eagle beach. The negatives: it was about a mile walk up palm beach to restaurants and shopping. Not all that far, but I got blisters the first night (I was wearing my every day sandals) and dealt with those the rest of the time, so mile each way was uncomfortable. Taking a cab was expensive after a while! We did go to Super foods and had 2 meals each day at the condo. We loved the views from the condo but wish it could have been a little closer to Palm beach. …
This is our 3rd time at the Blue Residence and we will never return. Our unit, 426 in the Aquamarine building, "Silver Treasure - 2 bedroom suite deluxe" was not fit to be rented out. When we arrived the dryer was broken, freezer didn't work, light in the kitchen was broken, shelf in the refrigerator was barely hanging on and the bed board in the master bedroom was literally peeling off. I woke up nearly every morning with little white pieces of plastic in my hair and MOUTH. They were prompt in fixing the light and had someone come look at the dryer, but couldn't fix it. They then offered to have us dry our clothing in the 2nd floor of another building. Despite the annoyance and frustration, we had no choice. We drug two loads of laundry two buildings away only to find the code to the room didn't work. How can this be luxury accomodations without the basics. This room clearly wasn't checked prior to our arrival. We also found blond hair in the shower (no one is our family is blond) and a hair tye on the bathroom floor. This means that during Covid, not only was the room not properly checked, it was turned over quickly and not thoroughly cleaned. They offered us $80 for the inconvenience. Seriously? If you stay, don't stay in this unit for sure, but we will never return. Below is the picture of the bed board. Simply unacceptable…
