We invite you to make our four-star Caribbean resort your home away from home in a spacious studio suite or one-, two-, or three-bedroom suite, all of which feature kitchens, picture windows, and large private balconies or patios with stunning, picturesque views of the azure sea.

We just returned from a week stay at the Divi Phoenix Beach Resort in Aruba. The Resort is BEAUTIFUL!! We especially loved the pool and beach area. We stayed in an efficiency suite located in the tower building - 9th floor. We had a full kitchen, table & chairs, queen bed, and sitting area (sofa & chair) with a large flat screen TV and a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach area and Caribbean Sea! There were a few things in our room that needed updating, but over all we were very pleased. Bed was very comfy! We slept great while we were there. Staff at the hotel was professional and polite. Restaurants on site (Pure Beach & Pure Ocean) were awesome!

Our stay at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Resort was great! Most of the staff were pleasant and very helpful starting with the Jairon from the front desk and Adrianna who was very informative and helped us book some great excursions and gave us local restaurant suggestions. There were a few that weren't as happy as I expected but I didn't let that dampen my stay because everyone has the right to a bad day. We were definitely pleased with the service we received from our server Kimberly who was outstanding in every possible way. She was always happy and took the time to stop to chat with us even when she wasn't serving us. Whether we were at the pool or the beach she gave us extraordinary service. The staff at the towel counter Sandra and Andres made our stay extra special. They greeted us every morning and anytime we walked by they asked us how our stay was going and if we needed anything. They were very attentive and very caring. I'm an owner at Aruba La Cabana which I absolutely love, but will also return to The Divi for another stay or at least to visit and say hi to the wonderful people from the staff I met and made my stay memorable.

We stayed at Divi for a week. We found dead roaches in the room and some of our electrical outlets didn't work. Unfortunately, the property needs education on ethics. We found out at check out that we were charged $22 dollars per transaction at the property which we were not informed off at check in which was very dishonest since you cant use cash at the property when a charged a $8 dollar beer to the room it cost me $30. Wow what a RIP off. I will not be staying here again and I definitely will be filing a complaint with RCI. Absolutely my worst stay in the Caribbean.

Divi Phoenix I'm not real good at this review stuff. But I'd like to say thank you to everyone at the front desk to start. Kimberly Jairon and especially Ghislaine for all the help setting up our rooms and getting us settled in. Moving on to the concierge's desk Adriana, Valerie, and Michelle for all their help also. I would like to thank all the guys down at the beach and the pool for all their help. Thanks to Ramon, Julio, Julio, Gabriel and Ariel for all their help with the chairs and the pool service. Every morning I was greeted at the Deli for my cup of coffee From either Angie or Beth. I would get great service from the both of them. We can't leave out the purebeach and the bar with JR and Julie great job from them year after year. In the restaurant great service and always great food and the best fish tacos on the island. Great service from Angie, Kimmy, and Maria. Every night I would turn in my towels and be greeted by Sandra and Andres They would both finish off our day with a smile and to say see you tomorrow morning. What a Great place to spend your vacation. Can't wait to see everybody next year. John Doig and family

Divi Phoenix is a quiet resort with few activities. If this is what fits into your ideal vacation, this is the perfect location. It's low key and classy all in one. The staff are extremely friendly! It's safe here
