Not sure about jet skis but there are huts all along the beach that sell tours and rent lots of stuff so im sure they do jet skis at one of them. As for deep sea fishing the best thing to do is go downtown and walk around the marina. There are tons of charters there and they are always looking to take people out. Kind of nicer doing it this way because you can feel the people out before choosing a boat and really just go when u feel like it because they are there all day!
