I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in the Palm Beach area. It's low key, intimate and cozy. The casitas are super cute and colorful, each complete with a patio to enjoy a nice meal. You can reserve a palapa at the beach through the front desk, take a couple beach towels and a cooler to spend the entire day relaxing. I also recommend borrowing snorkel gear at the front desk and spending a day at Baby Beach! Plenty of parking at the hotel. Staff are super welcoming and accommodating. A few friendly hotel cats as well ;)

Beauty and peaceful grounds and pools in a great location. Reservable beach chairs and thatched umbrella/tables for shade. Staff was pleasant. Easy walk to nearby restaurants along Palm Beach. Family friendly. Nearby beach was clean and beautiful. Rental opportunities for water sports was easy to access.

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Boardwalk. We visited at the start of March during a very stressful time to travel due to COVID-19. We could not have asked for a better place to relax and escape before our return to a world of stress. The grounds are perfect. The room spacious, very clean and well decorated. We stayed in a room with the outdoor shower and it was perfect. The staff were helpful and the rooms very clean. Location is great, although some might not like not being beach front. It was nice being away from the main part of Palm Beach. The breakfast hut was great. We ate there most days. Julian who works there was helpful and so nice (he also was our waiter one evening at the Flying Fishbone and he was great). My only issues were the beds are VERY firm. I would actually say hard. It did making for some stiff backs in the morning. Also at the beach Palapala's are assigned but it seems like certain people always get the beach front locations and certain people (us) get stuck on the side behind the tree each day. It should be based on a rotation so that each casita gets a chance to sit with a good view and short walk to the water. We will go back to Aruba and we will stay here. It is not a big resort, which appeals to us.

Sadly, due to the current travel ban to Aruba I was unable to complete my stay at Boardwalk. We were looking forward to this vacation, but were forced to cancel our plans due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With that being said, I reached out to Boardwalk reservations to see what my options were. Thankfully, they were understanding with this situation and authorized a refund of my reservation. Understandably, this travel ban is not under the control of Boardwalk, but they are a business who did what was best for customer service. Hospitality and travel are severely impacted by the current pandemic, and times are tough for these businesses and all of their employees. The understanding of Boardwalk and providing good customer service are appreciated in these trying times. While we were unable to stay here at this time- we will be back to Aruba, and Boardwalk will be at the top of our list due to their understanding during this trying time for all. Thank you.

A unique place to stay. If you are looking for something different then an all inclusive then look here. Room was great, and the service is on par. The on site food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Pool area is beautiful and the hotel is very private and quite. Highly recommended.
