I said we don't need connecting rooms but she said she couldn't accommodate me... Also, our rooms were book ocean view and not partial ocean view... Our room was filthy when we came in and our sink broke... There was one tiny bar of soap in the room and I had keep calling the front desk for bars of soap, extra towels, etc... Each room came with a stocked mini-fridge no extra cost which was nice... The room came with a bottle of wine which was nice...

All deluxe rooms which are the lead in category but everyone has a different view Some facing the front and others facing a wall Deluxe rooms are 1 st floor rooms but some clients got 2 nd floor, while this was greatly I’ll appreciated, clients located on the first floor were not happy Understandable to me... Rooms, mine being one are not dusted daily and dust has accumulated on the dressers... One room - the blower dryer sparked while being used We are now in day 4 that they only have 2 lights working in their room This is after numerous calls to the front desk The front desk did offer to change their room which they declined since they were entirely unpacked...

    ...Well to start the hotel made it not worth the amount of money... First off we get a absolutely terrible room right out of the gate... The room's phones did not work, nor did the TV... Wow so they give us this room anyway!... After three more calls from our cell phone and the physical visit to say we are not accepting this room, waiting another 20 minutes to speak to a manager, they upgraded us to another room with a kingsize bed... We were grateful for that, but already had lost 2 hours of our vacation time with all this stuff happening on our arrival with the first room... This upgraded room - the TV remote did not work so could not turn the TV on remotely, The shower drained extremely slow and we gave them a chance to fix that and it did not get fixed so we gathered after numerous issues we experienced we would just "live" with it the reset of the week!...

Also, the fact that you have to get up a 4:00 a.m. to reserve a palapa and 7:00 to get chairs or you will have no shade or seating for that day is outrageous... He said the only two ways to get a palapa are to get up daily at 4 a.m. to put your stuff in one or pay a beach guy $300 per day to hook you up... That's what's really going on and is unacceptable when spending thousands on a week there for a beach vaca... Do not waste your money on the spa, but do spend the extra for the ocean view room!!... Do yourself a favor a make a reservation at The Flying Fishbone for feet in the water (well in advance of your trip)...

    ...It is not a nice vacation when you have to get up at 5 am to reserve a seat with shade, 7 to reserve any seat at the beach, all drinks are served in “Dixie” cups, buffet is sub par typical and there were no reservations available at the other 3 restaurants during the week that we are here!! We have to dine out every night if we don’t want to eat in the buffet... I really doubt you’ll be happy vacationing here, but maybe if you want to party at the pool... We’ve stayed at other inexpensive all- inclusive and this is by far the worse!!... We have enjoyed our time in Aruba, just not at this hotel...

    ...There is nowhere in this resort to sit and have a drink outside at night looking at the water or the pool... The only bar was the lobby bar, which who wants to sit in a lobby while on vacation?... If you wanted a beach chair in the shade, plan on getting out there at 5AM to put your towel down... Their are empty chairs in the shade all day while you fry in the sun (trust me, it is far too hot to sit in the sun all day) because somebody put down a "magic towel" to save their spot while they snorkel with the turtles... It was super annoying and is most likely a reason we would not go back again to this resort...

    Enjoyed our trip at Barcelo..It was everything we expected for the amount we paid... never had an empty cup, got GREAT service at restaurants..a $10 bill goes a long way!!... We did go off property to eat out at Hosteria Italian and do not recommend it,food was not great bill was confusing as they added in a service charge and was unclear if that was the tip as we left they were waving and blowing kisses because we gave over a $100[$57+$50] for tips!!... Found out later by others the tip is the service charge..Obviously you can tip above but food was edible and service was not great...

    If you are looking for a reasonably priced room, with decent food and alright drinks (I am pretty particular with my liquor and a good quality soda to go with it), this is your spot... Also near hotels you can walk to with much better casinos (the casino here is not good)... Fridge is really small and there’s no liquor in the oil other than 2 beers in the fridge...

    Cons - The bathroom wasn't cleaned well, there was hair left in shower stall, doors where full of water stains unsure if it was cleaned but didn't really touch it, no towels (small) left and had to ask for towels all this on the first day... The entrance breezeway and lower levels were cleaned pretty much most of the time...

    The rooms were very clean and bed was so comfortable!... The pool was very clean and beach was beautiful....never had issues getting chairs and we didn't go down at 5:30 am like many suggested....we were typically to beach area no later than 8:30 and was able to find chairs and shade...

    ...Prior to leaving I put the sign for room service to clean our room while they started working on the lock again. Whoever was working on the room put the sign on backwards and our room never got cleaned... When we got back to get ready for her birthday dinner we open the door to dirty towels bed still not made a room obviously not attended too... We went to the concierge to ask them to please call to have our room cleaned...

    We had a wonderful time at this resort - weather was perfect, service was excellent, staff was exceptional... Our room was very nice and always clean, thanks to the exceptional cleaning staff... We felt like we got a good return for what we paid for... We basically solved the latter by renting a beach umbrella so we had a great spot in front of everyone else on the beach plus much better shade than you could get at the pool... It also helped I'm an early riser so there were always plenty of chairs/lounges still available... I would also recommend you make your four specialty dinner reservations as soon as you check-in... Overall, we would go back there again therefore I would definitely recommend this place...

    Overall I had an excellent experience at Barcelo Aruba. The staff are friendly, informative and genuinely interested in providing you with excellent service... The staff are what makes Barcelo Aruba a 5 star experience... 20 minute cab ride from Oranjestad... Check in was a breeze, with the rooms being ready early and the front desk attendant and scheduling representative providing detailed information regarding dinner options, reservations and print outs... The housekeeping staff are thorough and respectful... It stays open until 2 AM, later than some local bars that close at 1 AM... The pool and its bar are well maintained and staffed... The service at the bar is quick and friendly... The beach bar is only accessible to Royal level(upgraded)... There is service from the pool bar on the beach, but with crowding it is limited...

    After reading multiple review, it seems the beach and pool chair issue is the only complaint and it is an easy solution No saving with towels for more than an hour or two, Have someone walk around and if the chairs are unattended, remove the towels and offer to another patron... Maybe by the time they finally came another patron would have given them their turn but someone else could have used it in the mean time... The cruise lines have someone walk around and take the towels that are unattended...

Beach staff are awesome from the guys who help you with the chair to waitresses who take orders even when you are taking a swim in the ocean... Cleaning service are great, you will always find the bed made and the room tidy... I will definitely come back again I definitely will come back...

    The Barcelo exceeded our expectations all around!... We let them know that it was our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a room with a private seating area on the ground floor... I highly recommend booking one of these rooms because you can keep your stuff outside ( towels, sunscreen, etc) and run back when you need it without going back into the hotel... We never saw any trash, and they constantly had staff cleaning things up and brushing off the pathways to the beach... The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive... Staff walked around taking drink orders as well... The pool was very clean and was also well maintained... The drinks were made with cheap liquor, but they keep them coming... I never had to wait long for a drink...

    Enjoyed our trip at Barcelo..It was everything we expected for the amount we paid. We used RCI which got us upgraded to the first club.Which meant we could use the VIP area- bar area,snacks,dinner reservations,check in,check out... Some of our favorites amongst staff are: Marolyn at VIP services Vanessa on the beach bar staff she took good care of us all week,never had an empty cup.. Caine on the beach staff always took care to get us 6 chairs and table-we wanted the sun so no need for the fight for palapas... Frankilito in The Arubian restaurant was very entertaining at dinner time and also found him at the small buffet for lunch Emmaline at the grill in the lunch buffet makes a great burger... Silvania at Lolio's was awesome great recommendations and always around when something was needed,visited her twice... And lastly Jose the restaurant manager for Arubian and Lolio was extremely helpful and got us into a beautiful sunset dinner at Lolio.... Overall all the staff was GREAT wish I could remember all their names.... The Mexican was ehh edible but not the best mexican food I have had but we weren't  in Mexico and got a full belly still.. We did tip all well as you dont need to but it is appreciated and you will be taken care of.. ie... never had an empty cup, got GREAT service at restaurants..a $10 bill goes a long way!!... Found out later by others the tip is the service charge..Obviously you can tip above but food was edible and service was not great...

Roland the bell/baggage person is the most pleasant greeter when you arrive... new sliding doors to balcony, clear TV reception, etc... Keep being told the chairs are out being repaired... The Hibachi restaurant is our favorite and expertly staffed with Myrna, Boy, Elmo, etc... They ensure everyone is having a great time... Our waiter in the Mexican restaurant was David and he was great... The hostesses at the buffets are so pleasant and efficient (Claudia you are truly sunshine)... Marianetta is a fabulous waitress at the buffet and we looked forward to seeing each day... The bartenders (Francisco, Angela, Cesar, Erik, etc.)... There are so many people we could name and we feel so lucky to meet the same staff year after year... The beach staff (Zumba, Bingo, games) work so hard and are very engaging to ensure everyone is having a great time... The beach is absolutely amazing; between location and the best staff of all the hotels we have stayed in on the island we think the Barcelo can't be beat...

    My experience at L’Olio Italian restaurant was amazing... Not only was the food amazing but the service here was absolutely phenomenal as well... He was very friendly and made sure we had everything we wanted to eat and drink from this restaurant... 10/10 would recommend coming here and requesting David to be your server...

    ...We arrived at the resort and was geeted with smiles and outstanding service during our whole visit! The Barcelo Aruba was very clean, the food was awesome, the gift shops were clean, stocked well and offered everything from great souvenirs, clothes, towels, sunscreen, good drinks, snacks etc... The concierge greeted us and immediately took our bags, put them to the side... We were told where to go check-in and get registered for our 8 day stay and was greeted with beautiful smiles and given our " Welcome To Aruba drink" by the staff in the members only area... After getting regular, the concierg checked to see if we could get an early check-in and we were able to get in our room an hour early... After getting settled into our room, we went down to guest services to schedule all of our dinners on the resort as well as several excursions... We were welcomed and greeted by a young man named Dyron... He went above and beyond with helping us schedule all dinners on and off of the resort and all excursions too!... He even helped my husband Marco order flowers and had them delivered to the restaurant Faro Blanco which is where we had our anniversary dinner on our last night in Paradise/ Aruba... I talked to Dyron and explained the situation to him, he said " Mrs. W, I will call all of my taxi driving companies and we will do our vest to get your hat box back to you!"... He called me an hour later and told me my hat box was on the way!... I was so happy and so elated that Dyron went above and beyond to help us!... I appreciate this young man and my husband and I can't wait to visit Aruba next year!...

    I've been to this property 3 times just this year because the staff and food are simply amazing. The Royal rooms really make a difference with the service they provide not only at the reception but the top quality food in the Royal Restaurant and the top shelf drinks at the beach bar... There are a few of the staff that I'd like to mention that went above and beyond to make our stay just incredible and they have become like family to me...     ...Overall we had a great time, Check in was effortless especially if you complete your pre check in process before hand. The only thing we didn't like as a group was when it was time for our rooms to be ready there was only 1 couple's room that was ready... We loved the fact we could exit our sliding door and step out on our patio equipped with two chairs, two lounge chairs & a table, and be right at the pool in a matter of seconds... The pool bar was nice although it seemed like they could use anther person to service the swimmers... The Mexican Restaurant was my favorite the food and service was exquisite... We had to make a reservation and asked to be seated outside... Once we arrived we had to wait about 10-15 mins before someone came to greet us... Once we got seated inside things went a little better... The Beach Club Restaurant was nice we had lunch here when we first arrived... Mostly all of the hotel staff greeted you as if they were really happy to see you and service you...

    ...We did the Royal Level (RL) and the RL restaurant was great, especially the breakfast. My daughter and her family did the RL as well and they ordered room service every morning only because it was just easier with a 1 yr old and they raved about how great it was... All in all we woud go back in a heartbeat, the people of Aruba made the whole vacation a wonderful experience...

    ...My adult children and I just returned from spending 5 days at this Resort. Everything about this resort was top notch for us... From the greeting you receive upon arrival, to the attention to details throughout our stay... There is always something to do, We rode UTV's which I highly recommend, and snorkeling in the Caribbean which was amazing... We enjoyed the restaurants on site, but make sure you make reservations as soon as you arrive so you are able to get them all in... I would highly recommend staying at the Barcelo...

    ...Now if you want to sit at the beach, you must pay an additional $30.00 per umbrella per day from one of their vendors or you can choose to sit under a tree. Every other hotel (Riu, Hilton, Hyatt, Playa Linda, Holiday Inn, Marriott, The Ritz) on Palm beach has chosen to keep palapas for their guests to use, yet Barcelo is the only one that has removed them... Barcelo, if you want to increase profits then take care of your guests and the revenue will surely follow... You want to make your guests happy, bring back the palapas...

    ...The hotel is beautiful and clean, safe and in an excellent location. Check-in was relatively painless and you even get a welcome drink!... Balcony had a nice (partial) view of the ocean... Also the Mexican restaurant was so good!... Breakfast and lunch at The Palm restaurant (buffet) was always good and has a lot of variety even accommodating food restrictions or preferences like gluten free and vegan options... The pool is really nice, but you can never get a chair... For a huge hotel, there isn’t enough space on the pool deck for a quarter of the guests... The beach is really nice and it’s clean... Again, getting a chair or palapa is very challenging for the same reasons as the pool... What’s great about the location is you can walk up and down the beach and try different restaurants and bars, or walk in town and do the same... I never felt uncomfortable walking around at any point... The room service is not included in the “all-inclusive” amenities... There is an extra charge if you order room service...

    The grounds are pretty and the staff is friendly but that is where anything positive stops... Unless you wake up before 5 am you will not get a chair by the pool or on the beach and rules change daily without notice... Fixtures in the bathroom were rusting and the toilet didn’t flush properly...

    ...Upon arrival, their team met us at the door and greeted us with champagne. They explained everything in great detail and made all of our restaurant reservations... The Royal Level was also beneficial for the room service option nearly any time you wanted at no additional charge, and the special bar on the beach dedicated to that level... They are quick to notice your black wristband and move loungers for you though... A nugget of info we didn't know about is the free blue floats for the ocean... Just past the seafood restaurant is a little service counter... You just return them by 4pm and they're free!... People were down at the pool at 6am each day and many wouldn't appear by the pool until lunch... We never got to enjoy lounging by the pool for that reason... Obviously our main focus was the beach but it would've been nice to have the option of the pool... It seemed closer to a retirement resort to us... We loved the little bar on the beach a few resorts down, called Carlito's... It was quaint, the staff was kind, and the food was wonderful... We also got the Chill Margarita and it was FIRE!... We also wanted different coffee and lunch options so we went to the Bread Basket a couple of times... We had lattes and iced coffees for breakfast 9.5/10, and tuna sandwiches for lunch 10/10... Great service and a view of the neighboring resort were both perfect... Snorkeling with Pete's Pier was great!!...

The beach was beautiful and had plenty of room to spread out... Staff walked around taking drink orders as well... The pool was very clean and was also well maintained... The buffet was always being refreshed and they had a large variety of things to eat every day... We did the buffet for breakfast and lunch usually and did dinner off the resort for the most part... I would plan to eat off resort for at least one meal a day... I never had to wait long for a drink... I saw you can get the gold liquor If you are a royal guest so that would probably be worth it for next time... I highly recommend this resort and will be back the next time we travel to aruba!...

    ...We are not foodies in particular but the buffet and ale cartes compared favorably with other mid-range resorts we have been to throughout Mexico and the Caribbean... You see staff cleaning everywhere including windows, pool chairs and tables, and other general areas that we have not noticed at other resorts... We found a great beach bar for Sunday Night Football and another for great live music... Generally you have to be up before 7:30 in the morning to grab a couple chairs... They could definitely use more chairs in the pool area as well as a bit stricter enforcement of a reservation policy... If you can't find space at the pool there definitely is availability at the beautiful beach area... Aruba is a fantastic destination and as far as all-inclusive options I would place Barcelo at the top of the list...

    ...From the warm greeting, to our very prompt check-in, our first time stay at Barcelo was perfect. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay and the bed was perfectly firm as we both like it... The pool was well maintained and we had a blast in it and received excellent service and drink options at the swim up bar... We did venture off the property as it is located across the street from other retail stores and restaurants, so if you wanted to try something different, shop or just walk around, you could do so freely... This is definitely a resort we plan to come back to as everything was perfect...

    ...You must make reservations for anything in the evening inside the compound... They have many reserved for the "black bands" so they can be close to the special bar only for them... These fine spots are left empty all the day with a towel left on it... Hibachi grill was exceptional with the chef getting the group into cooking and flipping eggs fore the rice... They forgot the face cloths on one day...

Frankilito in The Arubian restaurant was very entertaining at dinner time and also found him at the small buffet for lunch Emmaline at the grill in the lunch buffet makes a great burger... Silvania at Lolio's was awesome great recommendations and always around when something was needed,visited her twice... The fight is real for palapas and shade so if you want shade I suggest you take a lightweight shade/tent, otherwise you will be waiting for clouds to get a reprieve from the sun... Food options were plentiful.. Buffet was good and had many Gluten free options for breakfast and lunch.... The Mexican was ehh edible but not the best mexican food I have had but we weren't  in Mexico and got a full belly still.. We did tip all well as you dont need to but it is appreciated and you will be taken care of.. ie... never had an empty cup, got GREAT service at restaurants..a $10 bill goes a long way!!...

    Fantastic place - great staff and beautiful grounds make this a very special place... Beaches are gorgeous, rooms are very nice (especially on the Club Level)... Food is decent but convenience of not looking for breakfast or lunch places to eat is priceless...

    First off shout out to Zully, Zulay and Dieuna for outstanding service at breakfast and at the beach club restaurant... Bucci at the Koyoto Japanese hibachi put on an excellent cooking show for the young children and adults... Fanny at the Mexican restaurant also excellent service... The chairs would be reserved and yet no one ever sat on them... This BS pool chair reserving has to be stopped... In 7 days never was there a free chair at the pool...

    If you are looking for a reasonably priced room, with decent food and alright drinks (I am pretty particular with my liquor and a good quality soda to go with it), this is your spot. Pool is a decent size but there are no where near enough chairs... The beach is nice, especially since you can walk to less crowded parts in front of other hotels... You can also rent (for free) and blue floating raft which they don’t advertise but it’s down to the left (when the ocean is behind you) near the stores/kids playground)... Sushi was good and the habachi was very good... Hotel is very centrally located so close to tons of restaurants offsite and clubs or other bars... Also near hotels you can walk to with much better casinos (the casino here is not good)... Rooms are nice - bed and AC are great... Balcony is really small but nice to look at the sunset - has 2 chairs...

    ...I do not understand how this all inclusive resort gets all the high rating to be truthful!... We reserved for a king size bed... The room's phones did not work, nor did the TV... Wow so they give us this room anyway!... The AC unit was screaming loud!... After three more calls from our cell phone and the physical visit to say we are not accepting this room, waiting another 20 minutes to speak to a manager, they upgraded us to another room with a kingsize bed... This upgraded room - the TV remote did not work so could not turn the TV on remotely, The shower drained extremely slow and we gave them a chance to fix that and it did not get fixed so we gathered after numerous issues we experienced we would just "live" with it the reset of the week!... The all inclusive part of it, particularly the buffet was not good... The mixed drinks were just ok at the swim up pool bar!... Got to get you set of lounge chairs before 6AM if you want some!... I had never experienced that before at other Aruba resorts... Compared to the other nearby resorts that we walked through we just do not see why this resort with just one aged pool no beach bar, was getting the trip advisor and other raters good ratings...

    ...Once we all got settled in our rooms, we explored the bar of course and restaurant to grab a bite to eat as we had plans off the resort the night we arrived... We loved the fact we could exit our sliding door and step out on our patio equipped with two chairs, two lounge chairs & a table, and be right at the pool in a matter of seconds... Lunch was also served here and the food was awesome... The lobby bar was nice this is where you will find your top shelf liquor... The pool bar was nice although it seemed like they could use anther person to service the swimmers... The Mexican Restaurant was my favorite the food and service was exquisite... Once we got seated inside things went a little better... The Beach Club Restaurant was nice we had lunch here when we first arrived... This was by far our second best all inclusive vacation we have been on... Mostly all of the hotel staff greeted you as if they were really happy to see you and service you...

The hotel and resort itself was great, and I do not have any complaints specific to Barcelo, but due to the establishment across the street, we most likely will not return to this location. The noise level until after 2 AM every night was extreme. I also enjoy the nightlife, music and dancing, but we could hear the DJ and music in our room with the doors closed every night of our stay until after 2 AM. The hotels in the surrounding area may want to have a conversation with the owner of this bar and come to an agreement about the noise control. Barcelo, and the surrounding hotels should not lose customers due to one establishment. Maybe turn down the music just a little after midnight…

My daughter and I had an amazing week! Our vacation was prefect! The staff, food & drinks, entertainment, & room amenities were on point! Davidson in guest services was very help in planning our dinner reservations. He was very knowledgeable. We added on lobster tails at his recommendation! Frist Club perks were outstanding! Special hugs to Ivette, Belinda, & Marolyn for their attention to details! Bartenders Shanique, Gelayane, & Maureen created all kinds of deliciousness! The beach & towel attendants were busy bees. I can't say enough about the entire Barcelo staff! They all are very special and are a dream team of smiles. We want to come back soon❣️

WE went with 14 people, had a great time,had no problem getting reservations at specialty restaurants,the place never disappoints, even got chairs at the beach, couldnt at pool.The staff was great with a shout out to zully danillo fernanda anna and lenny in the lounge, my only suggestion is a higher handrails to get in and out of pool for us older folk.13 tripand well see ya next year

Loved the resort. Need to stay on top of the room service staff to ensure you are getting eveything that you are supposed to get. Palm restraunt needs to step up their game on quality of food for dinner. Lunch and breakfast were fine. Fine dining restraunts were great.

Barcelo is comfortable, clean and friendly without being too much over the top. We upgraded to the Royal level. That upgrade is well worth it as the Royal dedicated staff were immediately available to give all assistance. There was never a line or a wait service that was always above expectations.

The hotel definitely doesn’t have that wow factor, it’s a smaller resort and I was actually kind of bummed that it wasn’t decorated for Christmas as did the other hotels ,with that said, The hotel is extremely clean and the workers for the most part are very friendly and beds are very comfy. However the food at the buffets were not so good. The specialty restaurants were decent, but it’s very hard to get into the Hibatchi part of Kyoto, we weren’t able to get in. And never mind getting a chair at the pool or a palapa on the beach. There’s plenty of chairs on the beach and the workers are great at getting you a chair under the palm trees. Definitely recommend upgrading to Royal level if you want good alcohol. I definitely will be back to Aruba but will try another resort.

Visiting Aruba for our first time, and staying at the Barcelo. The facilities are lovely, and the staff very friendly. Two things to note… In our room, the tub/shower has a wall in front that comes up higher than my knee (I’m not tall but not short enough for this to be an issue, typically). So getting into and out of the shower is an actual effort, and I have bruised knees to prove it. Also, as we are not staying in Royal level, there are no washcloths in the rooms. When I called to ask for washcloths, I was told we can’t have them as we are not Royal level. Washcloths. That’s where they draw the line. Not good. Quick fix in case you need one, ask for extra hand towels and use those. * food is passable but not something to entice you to return.

Although our stay at the Barcelo was very nice and we enjoyed the amenities offered, the lack of pool chairs and palapas was a major issue. After 2 days of not being able to get a chair by the pool, or palapa on the beach, i got up at 6:30am to go put my towels on some chairs. Well at that time they are all taken. When I asked security, I was told I had to be down at 3:00am That is clearly not happening on vacation. There were not only beach towels, but shower towels as well, which tells me people are putting them on the pool chairs and under the palapa's on the beach so they can go back and forth all day, There is a sign of course stating the old rule of unoccupied chairs with towels being removed after 2 hours. Although I was told by security it wasn't enforced. I literally watched chairs sit for over 4 hours unoccupied which was so frustrating. I have experienced this at probably every resort in the Caribbean, but never to this extreme of being out at 3am. And then to never be able to get a chair all week. Very disheartening. I would think twice about returning just because of that issue. The other issue is there should be some itinerary in the room with the events and shows for the week. You were only able to see this information at the check in desk and you had to take a picture of the sheet. I heard many complaints people didn't even know there were shows nightly. There is also hot dogs, chicken salad, tuna and ham and cheese sandwiches available every night at the lobby for late night snacks, but that is also not communicated very well. The restaurants were overall good and the buffets were enjoyable and convenient.

Barceló Aruba Management would like to clarify that the number of chairs or loungers that are around the Pool Area currently are more than what it used to be on previous years. The only thing we have tried to do is improve the appearance and make the pool area and its surrounding gardens more pleasant, as is easy to appreciate after the takeover by Barceló Group. However, to place more chairs or loungers would be going against the safety guidelines established by local authorities. In case of an emergency there are two meeting points: one of them being the beach. So, to keep the area safe for an eventual evacuation we cannot place more furniture. According to the hotel policy reserving sunbeds is not allowed. We do our best to ensure the following of this standard, especially during high occupancy when this happens more often and we apologize if exceptionally during your stay we weren’t able to have a total control on this matter. Thank you once again for making us your choice hotel and for your constructive critics, we certainly look forward to serving you again and to have the opportunity to exceed you expectations in a not too distant future.
