We have been coming to Aruba 16 years now. We stayed at the Playa Linda 2 years ago and now we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Best resort on the best beach. The restaurants and bars are a little expensive but you in paradise.
Love the location able to walk to restaurants. We during a very slow time due to COVID. Normal January capacity would probably be way too crowded in pool and beach area for our taste. Rooms definitely need updating!
Excellent services , loyal friendly dedicated people I would management to acknowledge the following employees:Yolanda Rosa, Nelly Madurai and Maria Maria. The only disappointment is that concierge if even when she available and it is not happening frequently is of not any help((Ms Ivette Tromp), never resolve any issues in many years, turns people away, or delegating her services to somebody else
The hotel was very nice and clean. More room than typical for a family of 4. Each kid had their own bed and it was nice to have a full size fridge. The situation to get a palapa/chickee is a little ridiculous. You have to get up at 6 am to reserve one and then it is yours for the day so people that don't do that are out of luck. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and helpful. They did run out of towels twice during our 5 day stay. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
We have stayed at a couple hotels in the high rises and this is now our favorite! The two bedroom suite is perfect for a group. Having a full kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a wrap around balcony was amazing! The sunset views from our balcony were amazing. The staff were so friendly! Maidel our activities instructor was the best! Her water aerobics and stretching classes were amazing! The beach staff were great in Assisting with palapas and chairs! The bartender at lobby bar was amazing! She remembered us from prior visits and always had a bright smile on her face!
