Thank you to all at Playa Linda for making our sister’s trip a wonderful experience. I felt very COVID-safe! Maedel and Kelly of the entertainment staff went above and beyond to make it fun! I have missed group fitness with the pandemic and I was so happy to be able to do Zumba in the am for exercise and aqua-fit in the pool every day. Both of these outstanding ladies exude joy! They even rearranged things so we had Zumba Thursday and arranged a great substitute teacher, Alex for aqua fit. Reya at the lobby bar made me feel welcome and loved every day! She made amazing drinks and made sure we were taken care of during BINGO so we didn’t miss a number. Caesar at the bar at night made an amazing espresso martini! One Happy resort!

The resort is amazing. I love to have some activity Maidel and Kelly in the activity program were all that and more. I was at all but one exercise program in the am. Time of 8:45 is perfect. They were fun, professional and safe with their routines. We absolutely loved the water Aerobics given by Maidel and Kelly and one day Alex. So much fun. Highly recommend 11:00 each day M-F. Then there was Bingo . We loved sitting by the lobby bar and enjoy amazing Margaritas by Reya and Ceasar. Bingo moves along ,you get your boards up front and their are 5 games Mon -Sat. The service on the beach was also amazing ,Jessie took care of our chairs always with a greeting ( the mask hides the obvious smile. Our waiter Jorge on the beach from Carlito's was fun and attentive, We went to Dushi Burger to hear music and chair dance on our Friday-Monday eves. Always fun and great. The staff was very attentive and lively and the burgers are amazing. Aruba followed all the guidelines for safe practices and we look forward to our next trip there.…

Ended up trading our timeshare week from Cayman to Aruba and ended up at Playa Linda. I call it an average resort, it was clean and they were were very good about Covid prevention. I rate it average because of how small the 1bedroom was, how poor the housekeeping staff did in stocking the room, when we got there the bathroom didn’t have any washcloths and I had to call and get some delivered. On two other occasions they only left one washcloth after they freshened up the room and on another night they didn’t leave any. Why is it so hard to leave 2 washcloths each day for 2 guest??? It’s also very disappointing that the tiki huts on the beach start getting reserved at 5am or earlier every day, who wants to go on vacation and get up early just to be able to sit oceanfront. They were at 66% occupancy when we were there and there were only a few left every morning when we went to the beach. At 100% occupancy it would be really tough getting a tiki hut. And the stainless steel cookware sucks if you want to cook breakfast, it’s impossible to keep eggs from sticking. Beach, water and amenities were all good and they have the hottest hot water I’ve ever seen, it made for a great shower, we just needed washcloths!!!!!…

Our tiki registration starts from 6:00 am, however, our repeat visitors choose to get up early because they pick out their favorite spot on the beach and stay there until their registration starts. We have been staying at Playa Linda for the past few years, we love every second of it, the convenience of walking out the front door and being close to restaurants, casinos, shopping, and so much more, and we go out our back door to the most beautiful beach, Azzuro, Calitos, and so many other places. Our 1 bedroom timeshare is very well maintained this year we had new furniture, beautiful views of the ocean and pool area. The staff at Playa Linda are amazing especially, Jessie!!! He is the most positive, helpful, caring person and we love our conversations with him. If you meet him ask about the Aloe when you have a sunburn, he will take great care of you....
