Eagle Aruba Resort is celebrated for its value, offering reasonable rates alongside budget-friendly dining and shopping options nearby. Guests are generally pleased with the roomy accommodations and handy kitchen facilities, though some have pointed out the need for updated decor and improved cleanliness. The resort's vibrant atmosphere, complete with live entertainment, is a hit, although it may be a bit much for those seeking tranquility.
The service is noted for its warmth and efficiency, albeit with occasional lapses. Situated conveniently close to Eagle Beach and various attractions, the hotel's location earns high marks. While the resort's amenities, including several pools, are a draw for many, guests advise booking early to secure beach spots.

We are not all inclusive people. We like to travel around the island seeing the sights, eating at all of the fine restaurants that exist in Aruba (and there are many), going to the different beaches. The Eagle Resort fit our needs perfectly. I absolutely loved the spaciousness of the 1 bedroom unit we stayed in. Separate living room, comfy sofa, 2 TVs - one in bedroom, one in living room AND a full kitchen. While I don’t cook while I’m on vacation, I do love the convenience of having a full size coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator for all of my fantastic leftovers (shout out to Calabria Trattoria on this count! Pizza, pasta, bread, coconut cake!). And there is a GIANT Superfood market across the street. Loved the 3 pools - never felt crowded. Fellow guests were lovely (very diverse - many South American guests since it’s so close). I thought the staff was tremendous. The housekeeping staff refreshes your room each day with fresh towels, makes your bed, empties the trash. Perfect. Never felt obtrusive. We ate one breakfast in the restaurant. Fruit plate, scrambled eggs etc. Basic, but fine. For a really great breakfast, go across the circle to the little Dutch cheese shop. Amazing selection of cheeses, breads, coffees - all reasonably priced. Outside tables. Eagle Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Aruba. It is not like Palm Beach. They are referred to as the low rise vs high rise areas. I would definitely stay in Eagle Beach again. It is a great value location for Aruba, which can be quite expensive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eagle Aruba. The resort was in a great location for us. Eagle beach is a short, easy walk (about 5 minutes or less even with two kids) and the resort is a good home base to explore other areas of the island. The nearby grocery store is fantastic and there are a few excellent restaurants within walking distance. The staff at Eagle were all very friendly and helpful.
The waterfall and waterslide pools are both great and were never crowded during our stay. We were disappointed that our children were not permitted to use the whirlpool even with supervision (we've never been to a hotel with this rule - most hotels allow children over 5 with supervision). I understand not allowing children unsupervised, but not allowing children at all was a real downside for our family. We all enjoy relaxing after a nice refreshing swim. Since there are two whirlpools, I hope Eagle considers allowing children (with supervision) in the one by the waterslide pool in the future. There are plenty of chairs, loungers and palapas for everyone. We also never had an issue getting a palapa on the beach regardless of the time of day.
The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and meals when we wanted (no oven, but there is a toaster oven). There is a washer and dryer on each floor, which we used once (the front desk sells tokens and the gift shop sells detergent). Our only complaint with the room was the bed sheets were not changed during our entire stay. We didn't expect them to be changed daily, but at least once in nine nights would have been nice.
We would definitely recommend Eagle Aruba and would consider returning in the future!

It is an apartment resort. The rooms are very good, they have a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for a basic kitchen, a living room, a dining table and adequate bedrooms and bathrooms. There are different sizes. As for the hotel, it has 3 swimming pools, one for children, one for adults that is quite small and with benches in the middle and another for all ages with a waterfall. Lounge chairs and palapas in all, they give you towels and there are also grills to use with reservation. Large free parking, gift shop and some other things (all expensive), a drink and pizza place, a dunking donuts, car rental and a large supermarket in front. You go out to the beach passing another hotel that is behind, 5 minutes walking. The only thing we didn't like is that they have a million rules and they are constantly controlling, for example they call you by phone in your room if you have the balcony door open because they don't allow it. The air conditioning is always very cold, we asked to raise the temperature a little because we were really cold but it cannot be done because it condenses and the floor gets wet. As for the beach, there are palapas if you go early. The water is not the best, and it is full of people, but walking 15 minutes to the center improves a lot. To get to Palm where the all-inclusives, restaurants and shops are, you have to walk for half an hour. We paid $2,100 for 8 nights with nothing included, not even breakfast, and it was a discounted rate. Everything is expensive in Aruba but maybe you can find something similar on a nicer beach, with the downside of being further away from restaurants and shops

This was our 3rd trip in a row to Aruba, we have stayed at Eagle Aruba Resort each time, different types of rooms (1 King, 2 King and 2 King Condo), all were excellent, clean, spacious, easy access, staff was helpful and attentive to any questions or issues we encountered. We like the location because a short walk and we can go to a large supermarket to get food of all kinds then bring them back to our room. The rooms all have a full size kitchen to cook any meals we want. Eagle Beach is only a short walk, the pools are gorgeous (love the waterfall pool while also enjoying the water slide at the other pool), clean and well kept. We found it easy to travel by taxi or bus to any excursions or sites we wanted to visit. We liked particularly like Gianni's & Cuba's Cookin' restaurant. We have traveled most of the island now and tried many excursions, visited many beaches (Arashi Beach, Baby Beach, Boca Catalina, Tres Tropi), and taken multiple catamaran cruises (Sunset tours with swimming or dancing), the Semi-Submarine tour, the Ayo park & caves tour, Jeep excursion to Natural Pool & Natrual Bridge, and Butterfly farm....however arriving back to the resort was always such a nice environment to relax and unwind by the pools after our adventures. Definitely will stay here again in the future! I particularly love the waterfall pool at night with the lighting

We stayed at Eagle Aruba Resort for 10 days in early January 2025. Our suite was 5558 on the fifth floor which had a small view of the ocean. The south end of the resort is where the adult pool is located and tends to be much quieter than the north end which is close to the water slide and family pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Pablo Hoyos, the Bell Captain who was always a pleasure to talk to. We did feel that the drinks at the pool bar seemed to be rather weak compared to all the other bars and restaurants we were at even though their prices were not any cheaper. The entire resort, including the pools were always clean and our room was very spacious with a nice balcony that looked out over the pool. Most of the maids spoke mostly spanish but were super friendly and efficient at keeping our room clean and well stocked with fresh towels. If you have children, there is an awesome covered play area for kids to protect them from the sun and a large waterslide as well. This resort is in a good central location close to a grocery store and Eagle Beach which is amazing. Please note that the La Cabana Resort, which is located between Eagle Aruba Resort and the beach is closing its pool area for renovations which means you will have to walk a bit farther around the property to get to the ocean and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Eagle Aruba Resort and plan on coming back here again on our next visit to Aruba.

I spent two weeks in this 3-star hotel which has a more than satisfactory quality-price ratio, also considering the very high prices of hotels in Aruba. We stayed in a newly renovated apartment located on the 5th floor with new furniture and very large spaces. Ours was a "One bedroom Premium" consisting of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, normal oven, large fridge, dishes, pots and pans, blender, etc) all strictly new, dining table, sofa, TV , and small table; very large bedroom (two queen beds) with large built-in wardrobe and large chest of drawers; brand new bathroom with all amenities. There is also a small storage room at the entrance to store shoes, suitcases etc. The cleaning was perfect, I would like to have a person like Francisca in my home in Italy. Floors always clean and towels replaced every day (not a given in a 3 star hotel). Dispensers in the bathroom and kitchen always full (in Aruba they have abolished the anti-ecological bottles of toiletries. In the resort there are 3 swimming pools, one for children with slides, a swimming pool for adults only where, starting from the afternoon there is almost always the DJ or a live music band and a third party open to all. The hotel staff does everything to enforce the rules to the customers. Towels are provided by the hotel, as is the beach service al a 2 minute walk and you need to cross *the Cabana to reach it. The beach is shared with this resort, but we never had a problem finding a place. The beach is very beautiful, white sand, warm and clean sea Only accommodation so I can't judge the food. However, we took advantage of the shared barbecues, available upon reservation. There is a very large supermarket (Super Food) where you can buy anything, including Italian/European products. Prices are aligned with Dutch prices (Aruba is Dutch territory). There is also a fish shop that sells fresh fish or cooks it depending on your choice. In short, everything is within a few steps. The location of the Eagle Resort is great. Each floor has shared washers and dryers. The staff is very courteous. The only thing that should be updated is definitely the entrance. The outdoor part is a large porch furnished with some slightly dated tables, some sofas and 3 desks which are also a little old. The indoor part is a rather small space with only check-in desks and a single sofa. In short, when you arrive the impression does not do justice to the state of the apartments which are instead very comfortable. If you are looking for a luxury hotel I recommend going elsewhere, spending 3 times as much. Otherwise this is one of the best solutions you can find in Aruba.

We stayed in double king were two double beds and sofa bed. The room has a full kitchen, in Aruba it is very useful since it allows saving. The kitchen has, microwave, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric cooker, blender, full crockery, pan, glasses. In Aruba water is drinkable and can be drunk from the tap to save on water. Also in front of the hotel is super food, a super complete and very economical market that sells takeaway food. The hotel offers Full Pension but I do not recommend it is better to buy in super food that is saved and there are other options. Breakfast there are two Uncle and double town places. The latter is of my preference, as it is closed with air conditioning. In both places if there is breakfast you can take it, it is a good option. Breakfast options are wafles, pancakes, french toast, fruit, there is a very good burrito! They serve you coffee and you can relish. For children they can order juice. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, one with slide that for children is super fun. There is also a very good Jacuzzi pool. They give you towel for pool and beach. About the beach is a block and a half approx. They have an umbrella, they call it palapa, and rest. We always got room when we went, but it may be very full and there isn't. On the beach there is only one bar to order food, 3 people 50usd approx spent. On site there is a gym and paid activities and spa. It has ample parking space and no additional charge. We wanted to exchange the breakfast voucher for dinner voucher, they charge a differential of 20 usd per person, but it is not convenient, it is cheaper to eat outside. If the return flight departs early a good option is to order breakfast to go, so they do not lose the voucher. You get two complimentary bottles from the hotel.

We stayed in a one bedroom with a kitchenette. The unit is spacious and well appointed. This particular unit is on the first floor with a patio just across from the adult pool and waterfall. We were able to prepare our breakfast each morning and enjoy it on the patio.
Eagle Aruba Resort is not on the beach but is a very short walk from it. They do offer a golf cart service to and from the beach for those that may need it. Special thanks to Carlos for picking us up one day on our way back from the beach. It was hot and we appreciated not having to walk all the way back.
We did eat a few meals onsite at the Double Down restaurant and Uncle Tony's. The wings and burgers were delicious.
Our room attendant checked on us everyday to be sure we had everything we needed, including fresh towels.
In the afternoon, Jhurklin stopped at our patio during Happy Hour to take our drink orders. Special thanks to Jhurklin.
Also, a special thanks to P. Pablo Hoyos for taking good care of us on check-out day.
The service at the Eagle Aruba Resort is exceptional. We highly recommend the Eagle Aruba Resort.

Another excellent 2 week vacation at Eagle Aruba, made so many friends and already met friends on Week 40 is the best. Music by DJ Edgie is the Best and gets the crowd involved in the adult pool for dance and sing along. The activity dance team for bingo and music are another Best, Xiovon, Ashley, Yevison and Taiisia always entertain us for fun laughs, dance and games and make our stay memorable. Waiter Mario is always on his toes for drinks, food and HAPPY HOUR. The rooms have great housekeeping services, new bedspreads, blankets, towels, pillows are awesome and i believe they put down a soft underpad on the mattress which was a +++ for me. Pools are beautiful with hot tub. Would be more interested in toaster for and wide enough for bagels, rather then toaster oven. Best location for Eagle Beach which we visited every day and use cart service when my ankle was experiencing some pain. 5 Star out of 5 and we can't wait to come back to week 40 in 2025.

The best of the Resort I can mention in terms of the proximity to the beach and all the services offered both in the resort and on the beach where they wait for you with restrooms to locate in the available palapas. Of course you need to go very early because they run out quickly and then you need to look for the available shaded spots since the sun is very strong. As far as the pools are concerned like the resort services all spotless. Nothing bad to mention.
For hike lovers the resort is located 20' walk from Palm Beach is Aruba's gastronomic area of excellence. In case you do not like walking there is a bus that takes you back and forth buying the travel card at the resort business (value of the same 5usd per person).
I also want to highlight Patricia in the Double Down - a delight of person in the attention of all customers..., and Pablo Hoyos in the reception area who were always willing for anything we need.
Really as your saying mentions: "ARUBA - One Happy Island", and that seemed to us... dream vacation. I'll be back...

Yes. There is a towel hut by the pool where you turn in a "token" to get the complimentary towels. You receive the token back when the towels are returned to the towel hut.
If you are in the upgraded rooms which are called “condos” these rooms have washer/dryer inside the room and are much bigger, the north side faces pathway/ street and the south side faces parking lot. All other regular rooms balcony is inward facing one of the 3 pools
There are more places to choose from in the Palm - Eagle Beach area.
