My wife and I are currently on a vacation at the property. We are in a room listed as a garden view, but would definitely qualify as partial ocean view. We have no trouble seeing the beach and ocean from our balcony. The room is larger than we would have expected based on the pictures and the balcony is double the size we've had at other Caribbean resorts. All of the staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to restaurant staff have been friendly and helpful. Make sure to stop by the Marriott Vacations Club desk and speak with Ludwig. He was very helpful at arranging some tours and gave great recommendations. The resort offers a variety of food options at all hours of the day. The Marriott sister properties also have restaurants and it is a short walk to an outdoor mall area with access to more than 20 spots for food. The beach and pool area were also bigger than we expected based on the reviews. We have been heading down to the beach later in the morning and haven't had any issue finding a shady spot. Every morning we have been here, there have been free palapas to reserve between 7-8 AM. If you want piece of mind, you can also spend a reasonable fee to reserve one the days in advance.

A beautiful place to call home during your stay in Aruba! Located on a beautiful beach with white sand and light blue waters, the resort also offers 2 pools (1 family friendly, 1 adult) and access to water sport activities. It is also a quick walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

Marriotts are great because they are practically the same in every country, and everyone loves reliability! The rooms were big and clean, the views were stunning, and the property amenities were great! This was a great place for big groups and families! There are 3 great restaurants, 2 pools ( 1 public and 1 adults only), and a lot of palapas to reserve on their white sandy beach. They make it so great, that you’ll never want to leave Aruba or the resort!

With my wife being a Spa Director at a Forbes 5 star resort I feel pretty comfortable objectively reviewing my therapist. Without equivocation the treatment I received from Rosalinda was one of the best massages I have ever received. She was simultaneously professional and personable. After a very active 2 weeks I holiday I was in a fair amount of discomfort and felt 100% better just and hour or so after the treatment. I can’t overstate how good Rosalinda was and while it’s unlikely we’d be back to Aruba anytime soon I can’t recommend her enough!

Here's an honest review from someone that is picky AF. We stayed at this hotel for five nights. Staff- Amazing. Every single person that worked here from the people cleaning the pool, to the front desk, to the dining staff was friendly and kind. Everyone smiled and said hello even walking past us. We did not encounter a single unpleasant employee. Food/Drinks- 10/10. Food was delicious. Breakfast buffet is full of variety and hot options. Hotel lobby bar has the best sushi on the island. Room service quality was just as if we had been sitting at their restaurant. Gelato station is a must try. Service was always quick, even at the beach. The hotel was sold out and we still never felt like we had to wait too long. Drinks were boozy. Their happy hour specials by the pool/beach are a bargain! 2 drinks for $19 from 12-1 and 3-5 pm every day. Five star service for a four star price. Rooms- We stayed in a basic room with a king bed and a balcony overlooking the pool area. The room was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. Was it something to drool over? No. But we didn't pay a drool worthy price. It was perfect for the money and we didn't spend much time in it anyway. Beach/Pool area: As mentioned previously, we stayed during a sold out weekend and I was out early in the morning for pool chairs and palapas depending on the day. I had no trouble with availability and I was comfortable leaving personal belongings out at my chair at any given point to go to lunch, walk the beach, etc. I asked the front desk staff when we checked in about their palapa reservation system and I was able to score free palapas every morning when logging in at 7 am. There were also chairs available up until about 10 am daily that the beach employees happily set up in the sun. Don't forget to tip! Overall, we were very happy with our stay. There were no surprises! Free wifi is available for Bonvoy members (free to join) and you can usually score the free breakfast if you book through any travel agent (most don't charge to attach their name to your hotel reservation).

We rescheduled this vacation from over 2 years ago because of the pandemic. It was worth the wait! We stayed at the Marriot for 4 nights, on the Tradewinds floor. The hotel was immaculate and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Having the Tradewinds lounge was a great bonus. We had breakfast there everyday and stopped by at various times during the day for snacks, soft drinks, water, open bar at 6 pm with delicious appetizers and desserts . There was a self serve cappuccino maker as well. We rented a cabana by the adult pool so we could have some time in the shade and also rented a palapa by the beach for some of the time as well. We had no trouble reserving a palapa on the Tradewinds section of the beach each day. When we were planning our vacation, we were deciding between the Hyatt and the Marriot. We were glad we chose the Marriot, because of the extra amenities the Tradewinds offered and the reasonably priced cabana rental to allow us to stay in the shade while we were by the pool. We plan on returning !

There are simply no words that I can use to express our gratitude for the staff at the Marriott Stellaris. My husband and I have stayed at the Marriott around 18 times over the course of the past couple of years. People often ask why we keep going back to Aruba and always stay at the same hotel……our answer is simple. The staff at the Marriott are by far the best we have ever met (and my husband and I have had our fair share of travel around the world)!! From the staff in the Tradewinds/Beach Hut (Margaret, Jackie, Josephine, Mathew, Silvia, and Hermina) to the best bartenders/servers on the island (Jason, Giovanny, Jonathan, Franklin, Brian, Adrian, and Gabriele) and our favorite recreation manager (Ben). These people make our trip perfect each and every time and we are already looking forward to our trip in November. Thank you to all of our friends at the Marriott Stellaris! You are amazing and we are blessed to have gotten to know all of you over the years! Until next time my friends, stay safe and well! Kelly & Bob D.

My fiancé and I went to the pool for happy hour. The drinks were great but better yet we met out waitress Carmen Sanchez. She was very friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back and hope to be served by Carmen again. She even introduced us to our new waiter since she was wrapping up her tour. Look for Carmen in the island. She’ll take care of you!

Wife and I spent 6 days on the nicest beach Aruba has to offer. The Marriott Stellaris has the widest beach and the cleanest sand of all hotels in Aruba, with plenty of palapas to shade you from the sun. Beach attendant Javier was amazing, he made sure we were comfortable, relaxed, and happy. The breakfast buffet is worth the money, with great food and service. The buffet runs till noon so no need to rush. We requested to sit with Agustin every morning who is eager to give you top notch service and great conversation. Starbucks in the lobby is super convenient. Lobby bar has top shelf liquor and serves sushi till late hours. Both the casino and lobby bar were busy every night, we had a great time mingling with the guests and hotel staff. The gym is phenomenal. Two floors with plenty of cardio and lifting equipment, free water and towels, and a crew constantly sanitizing. Only criticism are the rooms which are in need of a face lift. Overall, the grounds are stunning and the staff are amazing. We will be returning soon!
