Let me start out by saying Ive been to Aruba about 12 plus times, this is the first time for me and second time for my wife staying at the Marriott Stellaris. Upon arrival the front desk staff is very friendly and courteous, as were the stewards. We entering our room, one smelt musty and the other was fine. we were disappointed that the pool was closed. I may have overlooked that when booking. Our last day there, we had sushi and tuna poke bowls at the lounge sushi bar which was very good. Now the not so good. Over all service was mediocre at best, half the time we had to look for a server at the beach and pool. Mercat restaurant opened on the 18th so we tried it. What a waste of money. There were only 10-12 people in the entire place and it took forever for the food. Well, what did you order you ask? 2 pizza and some of the worst chicken sliders we ever had. Pizza was just average and doughy, the sliders - great presentation. Once you ate it not so good. It wasn't solid muscle chicken breast. Think of a large unbreaded chicken nugget, ground and formed. Nasty. Lastly: when checking out, I noticed $1100 in hotel fee charges which i questioned. I booked thru Jet blue, and i was charged $1062.00 for fees and taxes. Front desk was of no help, I then asked to speak with a manager, Melina. I have to say never in my life have I ever heard the word "unfortunately" so much in a 10 minute stretch as if that was the immediate response when a client questions something. Yes, on my JetBlue receipt it did say, you "MAY" incur additional hotel fees. First and foremost "MAY" not will. Nor was it posted it would be $73.00 per day per room, I had 2 rooms. When I add it all up, I could have stayed at the Ritz, like I always do. Much nicer hotel, beach, pool, service and food. Not to mention it would have cost me less with all these fees. Buyer beware!

Can’t recommend this resort highly enough! On a scale of 1 to 10 , I give it 1,000! My experience has been wonderful for everything. The rooms, the property, the beach, the huts, the food, the restaurants and shopping and the staff. Beverly. Josephine, Vangie, Phine, Lilibeth, Mike, Elisabeth and many others made my staff so enjoyable. One of my favorite parts of staying at this hotel is breakfast at the Mercat. I absolutely enjoy all the staff members who make you feel so welcome. The food is out of this world. The buffett has so many offerings- omlette station, smoked salmon, bacon, sausage, amazing fresh fruit, loads of breads, and much much more. Whenever I come to Aruba I only stay at this hotel, every time I am here, the experience is amazing and I wonder, is it possible to move and live here? I am truly the happiest whenever I am here! Thank you everyone at this hotel, I will be back!

The Marriott Stellaris is wonderful! The Breakfast crew, Lilibeth, Mike, Ana, Alexis and Josephine are awesome. Always greeted us with a smile and eager to please! Chelsea at the Front Desk was Awesome. Helped us with so many questions and always in a professional manner! This past September it was very HOT! But the breeze made it comfortable. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Our stay in August was wonderful. We enjoy the entire property. It is so inviting when you walk in, hotel staff very friendly and food all great on property. The casino was so fun. Won, lost, won, lost lol but very entertaining. They have a wide range of games to play and the staff are all very friendly. Highly recommend checking out this property for lots of fun and sun.

I played at craps table.... no matter how I threw the dice i.e. soft, hard, short, etc etc I was shown the door after losing $600.00. A bunch of gangsters old school 1960 Nevada style. Take your money somewhere else really. I never provide reviews but this situation just upset me to the core 100%.

Dear Christopher Z - Thank you for your review and I would like to sincerely apologize for your recent experience at Stellaris Casino. It deeply troubles us to hear that you had such a negative encounter, and I want to assure you that we take all guest feedback seriously in our continuous effort to improve. I understand that you had a frustrating experience at the craps table, and I want to clarify that our team is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all our guests. We do not condone any behavior that might resemble what you described as "old school 1960 Nevada style." It is truly disheartening to know that your experience has left you upset and disappointed, as we strive to provide a memorable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are committed to making the necessary improvements to ensure such incidents do not recur in the future. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and I hope you might consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a more positive experience in the future. Once again, we apologize for your recent experience and thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Sincerely, Claudia Rodriguez Hotel Manager

This was our third time in Aruba, but our first time staying at the Marriott Resort and it was really nice and relaxing. One of our highlights during our stay was the nice and kind service we received from every staff there, Inside and outside of the resort.. My family really enjoyed the live entertainment in the Lobby.. The performer that night her name was Amy, she was great and while we were enjoying her angelic voice, we had a few drinks and a bite to eat as well at this bar/ restaurant located in the lobby.. the food was delicious.. Big thanks to the wonderful lady who served us that night, even though she was crazy busy, she still gave us an awesome service, if I’m not mistaken her name was Aida. She was very kind and helpful. The next day we relaxed on the beautiful beach, for almost the whole day.. it was worth it! Over all our stay at the resort was wonderful, would come and stay again in the future.

My daughter and I arrived on August 31st - Sept 3rd, 2021 The front desk, and crew were outstanding, we were treated like queens. Starbucks staff wished us both Happy Birthday, with treats. This review should have been written a long time ago, from me. The bottom line is we had a ball, and enjoyed every moment! We will return. Thank You, DiAnne & Shana

Dinner on the beach was a unique experience. While the sunset over the water was a beautiful scene. The service and waitstaff were great by meeting our expectations. We ordered several cocktails including a Bloody Mary, Malibu Bay Breeze, and Aruba Ariba. The appetizer with grilled octopus 🐙 was excellent. The entrees included Chilean sea bass, Mahi Mahi, and iron skillet seared scallops. Everything was delicious but there a off-season taste to the scallops which made the dish questionable.

Beautiful resort in Palm Beach area. I lived the adult only H2O pool for the Serenity and accommodations in a cabana. Staff everywhere truly seemed happy and everyone said good morning. I had the Tradewinds room and access to the lounge. Great for breakfast and to grab waters and drinks. Always a variety.
