Room was very nice, we stayed in the Aruba Tower and had a great view of the ocean and pool area. The housekeeping did a great job tending to our room, everything was very clean, and we had no concerns staying here despite COVID. The pools are stunning, we visited the other resorts to compare and must say this is the most beautiful pool area out of all the resorts. Beach is lovely, palapa set-ups are great. The Miramar bar cocktails were fabulous, and the live music each nice was a good touch, we could even just listen from our balcony. Casino was clean. Hotel was in a great location to the rest of the high-rise area, close to many restaurants in walking distance. My husband is a Hilton Honors member and we will be back in the future!

Loved everything about this place, from the beautiful blue waters and perfect beach to the hospitality of the staff. The kindness from all the staff made our honeymoon ever more special. Our room was upgrade to oceanfront which was breath taking! The crew at the restaurant, Gillian's Island, remembered our names from the first day. The crew working activities and the towel hut were very friendly and helpful, especial Denko who was very patient with us during our first paddle boarding lesson which we both rocked! Denko also spent his day off taking us snorkeling. Lots of fish, starfish and we even got to swim with sea turtles. Best snorkeling trip ever, thank you Denko! It is people like this that make you want to come back. We enjoyed everything about this trip, best place to honeymoon. The food was excellent, the 90 minute spa treatment was to die for and the food was incredible. Loved everything about this hotel and will not hesitate to come back here again. Plus this is the first hotel ever built on the Island, great history information about this hotel all over the grounds.

If your traveling to Aruba stay at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino. From arrival to departure it was an amazing experience. Beautiful, clean and safe. We felt so comfortable there. During a pandemic we felt so safe and welcomed!! The GM Vasco was warm and welcoming which I am sure is why his team mirrors the service levels. Grace in reservations, the whole front desk team, Albert in the Sunset Grille.....Excellent. A special shout out to Jula in housekeeping who took such great care of our needs in the room. All in all this property exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and will be back to stay on my next visit to Aruba!!

After many months of lockdown, quarantine, you name it, a vacation was much needed and with Aruba one of the few options for Americans, I decided to chance it and take a leap of faith. I was not disappointed at all and will definitely come back in the future. Overall, as a former consultant for the hotel and travel industry where in the course of my job I was sent to 25+ high-end luxury properties across multiple continents, I have seen both the highs and lows of hospitality and the Hilton Aruba definitely is on the high side. The staff, despite the pandemic, were always warm, welcoming, and available to assist. The hotel itself was beautiful, well-kept, clean, and safe in these trying times. HOTEL LOCATION The hotel property is in a nice touristy area surrounded by restaurants, stores, and bars within walking distance but away from the downtown area. Bus is available outside the hotel to take you downtown for 2USD whereas taxi will be 13USD. HOTEL FACILITIES Pools were clean and readily available for use. Very easy to social distance as the hotel had a 20% occupancy rate during my stay. Beach was nice and clean and you can even dine on the beach while watching the sunset. Rooms were nice but showed a bit of date in them - the bathroom door could not stay open which caused humidity build up in the bathroom. WiFi worked well (about 10 down/10 up) in rooms and outdoor areas. RESTAURANTS As a Gold or Diamond honors member, you will get free continental breakfast (this is mainly pastries and fruit - no protein). Protein is available in the "endless breakfast" upgrade which will cause $8 pp and is essentially unlimited samples of their breakfast menu (think tapas portions). I did not try the other property restaurants. SERVICE Shoutout - Rosita at the front desk was extremely warm and welcoming and assisted me with a special request where she went above and beyond the call of duty. In my former days, very rarely did I encounter employees that reached this bar of ridiculously amazing and personal service. Amazing job to Rosita! HEALTH AND SAFETY Masks worn by all employees and required for guests indoors. Hand sanitizer can be found everywhere. Social distancing stickers are up. Temp checks for casinos. Rooms are cleaned with Hilton extra cleaning standards. OVERALL I would totally come back post-pandemic. Aruba was definitely quieter than normal and this being my first trip, I would like to see what the true Aruba feels like in its peak.

Husband and I stayed here from 9/3-9/13. We could not have asked for anything more! This was our 4th time here, and we could not have asked for anything better. Service we got from Francisco, Jimmy, Nicole , Ryan, Filio, and so many more people I can’t recall. Everyone greeted you, and were happy to have us as guests. The two housekeepers ( room 1514) were so nice , and we had a chance to talk to them every morning. They did a wonderful job every day . I felt more safe with Covid precautions here than I do back home. Having been here during high season, it was sad to see hotel only has 15%occupancy. Thank you Everyone for a great stay. We will see you back in November!
