La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino is celebrated for its superb location near Eagle Beach, with easy access to local dining and shops. The recently refurbished rooms, complete with kitchen units and ocean views, have won the approval of many guests. The staff's friendliness enhances the experience, though there have been isolated reports of rudeness. While the resort's cleanliness is widely commended, its evening entertainment can sometimes disturb those seeking a quiet night. The resort's amenities, including the beach and various activities, add to its value, despite some extra charges for beach services.

It was a fun week in August 2021 in Aruba at La Cabanna Beach Resort. We loved the setting and the happy hour drinks of two for the price of one was very reasonable. The room though needed some updates were cleaned daily and beach lounging chairs were provided right on the beach. The Las Rombas restaurant was directly in front of our room with direct ocean view. The restaurant with outside sitting and touch lights is a sight to behold at night. There are also activities including pool side slides for those with kids.

My wife and I spent most of our time on adventures and eating great local food. Thanks to Mr. John who recommended so many great adventures for us and advised us against others that we later realized would have been so boring. The local food was courtesy of Ms. J. my Jamaican sister. These two individuals are employees of the resort. They were awesome and very helpful. Karmini and Oniel's are two local eatries to visit. If you are with a group or a partner, I will definitely recommend that you do the Pelican Night cruise at the Holidays resort. Good fun music and free drinks while sailing with the sunset. With horseback riding, Off road tours, a day at Palm Island, a swim at all the amazing public beaches, there is so much to do do eat and enjoy in Aruba. Just speak with Ms. J and Mr. John if you stay at La Cabanna Beach Resorts.

As a family of 4 we really enjoyed our week stay. There are washers and dryers if needed. Large pool area with waterslide, hot tub and baby pool. Cinnabon is on premises. Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robins is behind you. Super food grocery store is across the street. Sbarro pizza is on premise as well as 2 restaurants. Happy hour is from 4 -6 and drinks are buy one get one ($8 for us both to get a drink). Kitchenette is stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, etc. Very short walk past the pools to get to the beautiful beach.

First time staying on Eagle Beach. Loved it. Jason at the front desk was helpful - moved us from an "outside" 1 BR to an "inside" 1 BR. Difference is "inside" is closer to the beach and access to the rooms is from a hallway. We had a "C" room and it was a little longer. We didn't like the room layouts because the bedrooms at right at the door upon entry, so you hear the hallway noise. The kitchen/living room area is very small and the couch not the most comfortable. Small but adequate balcony. Clean enough and did like the room service as of day 3. Beds are very comfortable and liked all the Aruba Aloe products! It is easy to get a table and chairs at the pool without competition. Gettting a palapa at the beach was pretty easy too. Noticed very few servers at the pool and beach so we saved a little money :) The casino is small but we played blackjack for $5 min. and they served free drinks! The walking path along the beach was ideal too, many joggers, bikers, etc. The wifi was poor - would have been a problem if we brought our sons. Enjoyed our dinner at Las Ramblas - 7pm reservation perfect timing for the sunset.

Aruba is very clean and beautiful! LaCabana offered tons of onsite amenities, a great pool, a few minutes walk to the beach, great food, and the best customer service and attention to the safety of the guests. The resort managers went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our living arrangements and our overall stay at the resort. The resort and the units were very clean with crews working non-stop to make sure everything was well-maintained and pristine. They always had a smile and a greeting for you as you passed them throughout the resort. Sitting on the balcony looking out at the pool, beautiful grounds, and the ocean was totally soothing! We love LaCabana and Aruba‼️❤️

Staff is so friendly and attentive. All of the staff wore masks and the have hand sanitizer stations everywhere. So many daily activities and games to play, you end up not leaving resort. Bingo everyday at 2pm by the pool was definitely a highlight of our vacation. Nixon, the bingo master, was awesome! He also teaches water aerobics and a few of the other activities. The beach right across the small street was beautiful, white sands and turquoise water. Basically a beach front property. Rooms are spacious and comfortable beds.

First thing to do is get the details on the happy hours at the pool bar, 2-4 was 2 for 1 frozen daiquiris and pina coladas. 3-4 was half off Balashi beers, then they have another 2 for 1 on almost everything. Also tip for buying a bucket of balashi beer, it is $20 bucks at the Sbarro stand all day! When it isn’t happy hour, everyone seems to sip on their own alcohol drinks in their yetis. Get the coconut shrimp from the island grill!

We just returned from our 5th stay at this great resort (time share exchange). We were nervous about traveling during the pandemic but the hotel was immaculate and all the staff wore masks.
It’s located steps away from beautiful Eagle Beach. The restaurants are great and although the activities were somewhat limited due to COVID, they are still doing a great job.
I love the beach chairs; they are pretty high to get on and off of because you’re not down on the ground!

Went to La Cabana for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was AMAZING. John the Bell man recommended lots of attractions and activities that we LOVED. We also had the pleasure of meeting two of the most sweetest bartenders inside La Cabana, Rose and Franklin. They were welcoming, made us feel like family. Make sure to ask for them when you visit, they will make your experience worth the while. The hotel itself is super clean and inviting. The hotel has one pool with a bar next to the pool. Many restaurants near by ( must try the grand fish ). The location of the hotel is near by to lots of great restaurants and across from the beach. If you are looking for different excursions make sure you speak to John near the front desk, he will provide many options for you to enjoy your time at Aruba at a very reasonable price. We have decided that La Cabana in Aruba will be our vacation getaway every year. Thank you La Cabana team for such a wonderful experience.. La Cabana is a MUST when in Aruba.

This year was tuff on everyone. We traveled from Michigan friends that we meet with ever year came from New York Georgia Arkansas we had the best time ever. We are with Blue Green We have only 6000 point a gentleman and employee of Blue Green showed us how to use bonus time and for the last 8 years we stay for 2 weeks . If you are that disappointed in your stay go to the High Rise and feel really lost in the crowd. La Cabana works for us a short walk to a beautiful beach and good people that we know by name our friend have been owners for over 25 years .We get great prices on any excursions not listed prices family prices remember go down a few miles and pay double for the same beach Peace Out .Yea Puppies

An upper middle class hotel . Loads of amenities, an amazing workout facility, 3 different levels of food service(Sbarro’s pizza, a mid level diverse bar/restaurant menu and a higher end beachside outdoor grill) and numerous local restaurants up and down the beach. We loved the veggie bowl and falafels, breakfasts, as we don’t eat meat=Great value and quality at main restaurant. hotel is basically on the beach!! Large pool area w jacuzzis for the adults and a small slide, perfect for young families. Our week had mostly regulars, early retirement aged couples, rowdy football fans at the outdoor bar and a few young couples. Very well maintained , clean and convenient location for all beach activities !!

We have been traveling to Aruba for over a decade, first time bringing an infant along. We like La Cabana because of how much calmer it is than the high rise hotels/beach. There is still a great bar, live entertainment, bingo, etc. and you will need to be up with the sun for chairs, but the commotion isn’t quite as crazy as the other local hotels/timeshares. Lots of activities for kids and adults, including a 1ft kiddie pool, and a water slide in the main pool. An adults only pool and new activity center are under construction. Eagle Beach is beautiful and better than Palm Beach IMO. Plenty of great restaurants within a 15-20 min walk, or $12 taxi to the high rise area for many other choices. Aruba is very baby and kid friendly, with lots of family fun. I scoured the reviews of this hotel to try and find any pictures of people who stayed with babies and used the hotel cribs. We took a chance and reserved a pack n play and high chair for our room. I took some pictures for other parents to see… Our baby slept fine on the pack n play, the mattress and ”sheet” are attached so the sheets we brought with us weren’t able to be used, instead we wiped everything down with dapple wipes to give it a once over, but it was clean and safe anyway. The high chair was what you might find in a restaurant - so no straps to keep baby in place, but was fine to use while close by or pull up to the island/deck table. It was nice to have somewhere to put our baby, or just let her play in the pack n play with her toys. There is an onsite playground with shuffle board and half court basketball, Dunkin’ in the hotel next door (plus all the food choices that La Cabana has). We love staying here and felt no different this time with our 8 month old
