Very nice smaller (timeshare) resort on beautiful Eagle Beach Aruba. Very well maintained. A quieter, cozy resort in the "Low Rise/Eagle Beach" area. Great staff. Very much a "tight knit" group of employees working as a team. Three restaurants (Tiki Bar and Restaurant, a Peruvian and an Italian) on the property. Many great restaurants within walking distance or only a short cab ride away. New Manager "Lillian" is very approachable and creating some wonderful improvements. New chef "Raul" at the Tikj Bar & Restaurant, has created many delicious dishes and recent menu improvements. The often not mentioned, but very important housekeeping staff are a hidden gem at this resort. A new housekeeping employee Angelique, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager "Jeanette" and (special shout out to) Joally are all very hard working, dedicated and customer service oriented. Joally always has a beautiful smile. The newly renovated units in the older (phase one) section are very well appointed, modern and beautiful. In the near future, all of the phase one units will be fully renovated. Great "over the top" service from the Beach and Pool employees (Eny, Troy and Chris)...accompanied by Angele (a real "angel") serving Food and Beverage "on the beach" as well as "Claudio" working the "Towel Hut". Resort front desk staff (Biance, Gina, Giselle, etc., etc.), were all very accommodating and helpful. ...of course we will be back.…

Paradise Beach Villas was awesome! It was a newly renovated unit and it was beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and the shower head had great pressure! The location was absolutely perfect! The property was constantly being cleaned and the staff was extremely friendly! We hope to go back every year, only this time stay longer! We loved this property and would highly recommend it! This is the 2nd year we have stayed at Paradise Beach Villas, both times in a 2 bedroom suite. We were in 211 and loved the renovations! This room is perfect for a family of four. The location of the resort is awesome, right across the street from Eagle Beach. We love the peacefulness of the resort and pool area. My husband thoroughly enjoyed hanging and chatting at the bar. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in Aruba, Paradise Beach Villas is the place to be.

We were invited by our close friends that came to Aruba six months before- Will, Teresa, and little Olivia. They loved it so much that they planned another trip right away and we came with them this time. We are SO glad we did! We had THE best time and Aruba was by far the most beautiful place we've ever been.....we are already planning another trip (since I never wanted to leave lol)! Great food, super clean suite, and steps away from the most beautiful beach. What else could you possibly ask for? Our suite was newly remodeled and the kitchen was equipped with everything neede- pots and pans, utensils, high-end appliances, etc. A shirt walk to a large grocery store where you can stock up on any and everything. The weather was perfect and I am a big "beach bum"- I always looks forward to spending time in the sun. The island's laid-back vibe and atmosphere were just what we were hoping for. We loved every minute of our time there! We also got to meet some really cool people from all over the world during our stay. Our bartenders were absolutely amazing! To Ricardo & Sergio; We already miss you both!! You guys went above and beyond for us. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the bar menu and gave us great recommendations. We looked forward to seeing you guys behind the bar every day! You made us feel so welcome and by the end of our trip we really felt like it was our "home away from home". Olivia really enjoyed "Sergio's Special Purple Drink " and Ricardo always making sure her Shirley Temples had the exact amount of cherries to make them perfect. You both made our trip perfect and we will miss talking to and seeing you every day! It was awesome getting to know you both and we look forward to seeing you again.....hopefully very soon! And don't worry.....I "only cried a little". 😉 To Paradise Beach Villas; We had an amazing stay and we will definitely be returning. Take care of those two amazing men! They truly made our stay extra great. They deserve to be recognized for their exceptional service and kindness! This was our virst visit to the happy island of Aruba. Love the Paridise Villas very clean, friendly and so close to the Eagle beach. Staff were amazing, polite. Paridise did not disappoint. We loved the snorkeling at Baby beach saw amazing fish, rays and even a octopus. Will definitely stay again

If you are checking in to Paradise Beach villas, and they assign you to room 114 beware. We were sent there on a promotional deal that was set up by a third party company after a major home purchase. Well there is definitely no such thing as free. This vacation was supposed to be a second week for us in an area that we love so dearly. However, we had never stayed at Paradise Beach villas and I certainly don’t understand why anybody would. Room 114 must be the room. They give two people on these promotional visits. Because it was the most damp, most dark, most musty hotel, accommodation/villa I have ever witnessed. Our first clue should have been the large dehumidifier in the doorway as we walked in to this cave. I could go on and on about my disappointment and about the quality of this resort but I think you’ll get my point Aruba is one of the finest places to visit however, not at Paradise Beach villas.…

We exchanged our two weeks timeshare in Grand Cayman for a visit to Aruba and were lucky enough to receive two weeks at Paradise Beach Villas. We have stayed here in the past and have never been disappointed with our accommodations. In fact it seems as though the entire staff has become even more friendly and helpful. The pool and beach areas are well maintained. The suites are spacious and fully equipped. The only complaint is that we had to get up before dawn to secure a shaded spot at the beach. We hope to return in the future and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quieter place to stay versus the hustle and bustle of the Hi-Rise resorts. Visited on October 4, 2022 and bought a day pass from resort which allowed us to use their amenities while at Eagle beach. Ordered lunch from Tiki bar. Bar tender/waiter was super helpful. Will definitely go back. Rode city bus Arubus from cruise terminal to resort. $2.50 USD pp each way

I have owned a timeshare at Paradise Beach Villas since 1998 and have visited close to 30 times, sometimes going multiples times a year. Paradise Beach Villas has had a few ups and downs over the years but we just returned on Sept. 3,2022 after a 12 day stay and it was amazing. The newly renovated rooms are fantastic, the staff is more friendly and helpful, the Tiki restaurant has gotten so much better it's amazing. I have to thank the Resort Manager Lillian Britten and the Guest Services Manager Walter Mohamed. These 2 individuals are extremely nice, friendly and I believe had a lot to do with how Paradise Beach is being run at this point. It's nice to see the resort is going in the right direction, keep up the great work and we'll see you again very soon.
