I want to begin this review by making it clear...I am writing this review as I write all my reviews by using my powers of observation. I report what I see. I am not influenced, in any way, by incentives nor am I looking for nor do I expect any consideration for writing the truth...as I see it. The only person who does have influence in my life is my wonderful wife...that's it folks. We began our four weeks on February 23 when we were greeted by our favorite front desk lady Giselle. Giselle has improved so much over the past 5 years it is clear she takes her job seriously and she does her best to help when help is required and if she can't personally get the job done she will know who can. While staying within the front desk zone I want to mention another wonderful lady, Sandra Sandra seems to be the next step in the que if we have an issue Giselle can't handle Giselle is so competent our interaction with Sandra is usually "Hello how are you. Is your room ok and if there is anything you need or anything I can do for you just contact me. This year I did need her help. I began a business transaction before leaving New York and unfortunately it had not been completed as expected. There were numerous faxes and 3 way conference call required to get the job done and Sandra knew exactly what to do. It was very involved and unexpected but Sandra "Took care of business"...Mission accomplished...Thank you Sandra. Next we have Bianca who supervises that entire department. I will try to give you an overview of everyday life within the confines of "The Front Desk" We have 80 rooms at P. B. V. That's 1, 2 3 and 1- 4 bedroom suites.and everyone, with any issue ot PBV s, calls the front desk. Housekeeping: Alex is the manager/supervisor overseeing everything to do with regard to maid service in our rooms. Or if something breaks or in need of repair Alex is the man to see. He does an excellent job. Maintenance: That department is another 5 star team. If it's not working...call the front desk and someone will arrive within minutes to fix or replace whatever is not working properly. Security: I'll use that one word to introduce the man in charge of so many departments ...I may not have his entire zones of influence exactly as it is; but I'm pretty sure Walter oversees security (I am sure of that zone) I know he must supervise and is responsible for our staff at the beach as well as the 2 pools. That's a lot of out door responsibility and he makes sure his team get the job done. Then I arrive at the top: The two men who cause me to give Paradise Beach Villas another 5 star review. Andy and Fred. For 4 weeks I looked for a deficiency. Something, anything. I couldn't find one. The entire property was clean. Our room was as good as it could be. Everything worked as expected. The pool was crystal clear People, listen to me, if you are looking for a great place to spend some quality time at the beach or the poos give Paradise Beach Villas a try. Back to the management team: They have acted in the interest of our PBV owners for many years. Since their arrival in their position of upper management we have seen many serious improvements especially in the security zone. I know some thing about security and my wife and I feel secure at P.B.V. Now for my bottom line in this review; This year my wife and I and our friends were enjoying our vacations when the Caronavirus came onto the scene. If you were there I don't need to review what we all endured but our primary concern was "When and How" are we going to get home. Andy, Fred and the entire management team held a meeting and addressed our concerns. They couldn't get us off the island but they would do everything possible to keep us safe and comfortable in our rooms. Most restaurants either closed entirely or closed but were open for take-away meals. The 2 primary markets we shopped at were open so if you could get there you wouldn't starve. We were told if transportation was needed to get to the market PBV would make that happen. Fortunately we found a flight out on March 21 but that last week was a learning experience for us. We learned the entire Paradise Beach Villas staff truly care about us. Thank you Andy, Fred, Walter, Alex, Bianca, Sandra, Giselle and everyone else who maintain our property and this year made a stressful situation bearable.

Nice resort. I was not happy with my room 102 facing the highway. The front desk claimed they were fully booked but I notice a couple of rooms facing the pool unoccupied. Otherwise the other staff members were kind, courteous and helpful.

Dear DDubbs10710 Thank you for the feedback of your recent visit with us. While we acknowledge the positive aspects of your stay, we have also made careful note of the areas where we need improvement. We are a little surprised since we are not situated along a highway. And we do apologize for the miscommunication. We are a Timeshare that is sold out for more than 90% year-round. When we say that we are fully booked, that means that all rooms have owners or are reserved by/for transient guests. It might happen that am owner does not show up but as per our bylaws, we are not allowed to use that room unless receiving written permission from said owner. So, yes, we were fully booked but certain rooms might have shown to be empty because of the owner not showing up and communicating their (eventual) arrival date/time. We certainly appreciate your comments and will use them as a means for upgrading our overall operational levels – which we trust you will experience on your next visit.

We stayed in room 202 - 2nd floor during New Year's week. I never heard anyone above or below us. We loved this location. I fretted between the high and low rise area between Eagle and Palm Beach - what a waste. They are 1/2 mile walk apart from where we stayed and Eagle beach has a wider beach and was lovely. We had 2 bedrooms, and 2 huge bathrooms. I was worried about the quiet areas for my teenage boys, ages 15 and 19, but they loved it and found lots to do. There were other families around and people were very friendly. I worried about "crossing the road" to the beach. This is not a concern. It is similar to crossing a golf cart path than a road, there is almost no traffic, and the few cars that pass are courteous. I loved the happy hour and Bartender Bryan was outstanding. It was quiet in our room and around the pool, but you could always walk a few steps to the beach. I loved that they tidied up the room daily - really nice touch for a timeshare. If there were two things I would change - emptying the dehumidifier (3 or 4 times a day - necessary but annoying) and in room laundry or free laundry on-site. I used the laundry, but it is $2 per wash and $2 per dry ($4/load). Not a showstopper, just inconvenient. Plenty of free parking available. Just loved this resort and would not hesitate to go back. The resort has palapas huts with lots of shade at the pool and complementary reserved by the ocean. Never had a problem finding a chair, plenty available even during busy holiday week. 5 min walk to SuperFoods, but we had a car. Definitely recommend having a car, if you like to leave the resort, but plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Dear Debra Y, Thank you so much for your positive comments after your recent stay with us. We are delighted that you had a great visit and will share your comments with our colleagues. Indeed, the beach is just a very short walk away. In fact, it is only 75 steps from the beach gate (and we have measured it). We would also like you to know that we are planning a renovation of all the rooms in phase 1 (as the building your room was in is called), whereby we will also redo the air-conditioning system delivery to the rooms, which should help to eliminate the need for dehumidifiers. We look forward to welcoming you soon again to our Resort and thank you once again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Very nice and clean. The staff is super nice especially the bartenders and servers at the Tiki Bar. The Italian restaurant on the 3rd floor is really good. We had pizza for lunch and had a nice dinner one evening. Not a fancy resort but very well kept and super convenient. Great location for doing most anything. Will be back. Shot out to Josh and Ruben for great service and conversation. Very relaxing!

There are only 80 rooms in this little hideaway across from Eagle Beach.Their Tiki Bar and Restaurant can get very busy. 2 pools are available in addition to ample huts on the beach. In addition there are 2 on site restaurants that offer fabulous food. Also, close by are 2 casinos within walking distance.
