I arrived on July 29, 2022 with my wife and family. Except for a little mix up in checking in our rooms the rest of the stay was excellent, the breakfast and service was excellent. I met Jossy Puchi .and her coworkers. They really took care of us Jossy was very professional and did her job as expected. The breakfast staff deserve the acknowledgement. During the stay we also met bartender Terrance Huntington . His service, his professionalism and his friendliness to us and the customers made us all feel very welcome we enjoyed our stay at the resort and Terrance was a big part in that. It is service like this that keeps your business in a 5 star rating. Please acknowledge those employees for there excellent service . Thank you . From the birthday squad .

We purchased a time share 15 years ago, and have probably been here 10 of those years. We love it here, except for 2 issues. There is a lack of communication between their time-share companies and the resort. A few years ago we arrived, suitcases in hands, and they had no record of our visit! They found rooms for us (we have 2 rooms, and brought friends) at the Phoenix. RCI confirmed with us, but never told Divi. We switched to intervale. This trip, I confirmed a few weeks in advance, including our unit numbers. They had a record of our arrival, but not specific rooms. We bought this because we loved the location of the rooms!! Divi was very accommodating, and found us a room for the first night (our units had been given away), and were able to switch us to our own units the next day when it was vacant. My second issue is the changes in the beach . Storms have drastically reduced the size of the beach!!!! I am from.New Jersey...we do beach replenishment regularly! They need to look into this. I love this resort! We have taken our grandkids here twice, staff is great, restaurants,pool...terrific. I would highly recommend staying here, but be aware that there is virtually no beach at the Tamarin, which has resulted in the now very small golf resort beach being very crowded. Also....if you buy a time share, verify with the resort itself and not just the timeshare company!

This place was very clean and the staff were amazing. When you stay here, it allows guests access to the Tamajin and All Inclusive - it’s great to have diff places to enjoy your time here. My kids loved the slide pool. My only reason not to give them a 5 star review is because the bartenders at the infinity pool are not quick to serve guests with the all inclusive bracelets on. Sometimes my fam and I would wait 15 min for a drink.

We stayed at the Divi Golf resort in July 2022. Airport was smooth, they are very organized in Aruba. We rented a car from "Wheels to go" they met us at the airport and took us to get the car, once again very smooth, thanks to Albert and his friend, exceptional customer service and the car was clean and worked awesome. We checked in at the resort and it went smoothly thanks to the lady with the beautiful spiral hair who we later met again on one of our adventures. A bit surprised they did not offer us a drink upon arrival. We rented a 1 bedroom no meals as we like to venture out of the resort. Our room was clean and well equipped. We were located across the pool bar "Breezes" and the beach was across from the pool. The water was so beautiful, it had some corals when you enter but as you go inside it's sandy. The Palaps are free for the guest, everywhere else you had to pay $10.00 US to rent 1 chair. The location is great, you have the option of visiting the other Divi hotels to eat and the casino. We enjoyed the happy hour at each restaurant, where you pay $9.50 US for a drink and get the second "same" drink free. Normal time, the starting of any cocktail drink is > $9.50 each. We ate the Mulligans restaurant, the food was amazing. Pay attention to your bill, most restaurants tag on 15% to your bill as "service charge". We visited some local groceries where we found some local fruit called "chennet" as known to Trinidadians. Love Aruba and hope to visit again.

This is our 5th visit to our lovely and spacious superior one bedroom villa at Divi Village. Our unit has two bathrooms, one king bedroom and one queen, comfy sofa bed. Our unit also has a private rooftop area with a Jacuzzi and BBQ facilities. It is so nice to see many of the familiar faces still working the resort since we first visited 8 years ago. Bird Man at the front door and Zariyna at Concierge are always a pleasure to chat up. Housekeeping staff a very nice and do an excellent job. We cook most of our meals in the unit and the kitchen is well stocked and equipped for easy cooking and cleaning with a dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer in unit. We love the many pools at Divi Village and we also love going to other nice pools at Divi Dutch, Divi Phoenix and Divi All Inclusive. We had fresh towels delivered and trash removed each day. They also did a full cleaning Monday and Thursday during our week's stay. Divi resorts have so much to do and we love going to different resorts for all kinds of nightly entertainment. Its also within walking distance to Druif Beach as well as popular Eagle Beach. We normally rent a car and travel to different beaches for snorkeling, swimming etc.Super Foods grocery is our favorite although Ling's Market is within walking distance. One word of advice is to check your bill very closely at time of check out. They tend to add on charges that you don't necessarily utilize. This happened twice during our 5 stays over the years. They fix it eventually, but please pay attention. Divi Management should also take note that billing system works accurately.

Staff and service there was amazing and I couldn't ask for a more helpful concierge staff to help me plan my day to day activities. However, upon arriving into our room, every door handle lock was broken except for our main entrance door. We had to shower with something shutting the doors to make sure nobody would accidently enter the bathrooms. There was no towels, sponge and dish soap, stains everywhere, and a few other things. However, the staff there made it a little better. I'd give this place a solid 6.7/10

We booked 2 appartments, one for 3 weeks and the second for 4 weeks. Excellent service from frontdesk to housekeeping. This year we visited this resort for the 4th time and enjoyed our vacation from the first day. It´ s like coming home. We will certainly come back again.

We stayed here (All Inclusive) for our delayed honeymoon and 1 year wedding anniversary. We were welcomed by friendly check-in staff with an upgraded room to a Golf Studio Suite and a bottle of bubbles. The room was spectacular (4203) overlooking the pools with a slide and infinity pool and bar. We had a large terrace from the living area and a small terrace from the side of the kingsize bed which was the softest bed ever! The air-con was also extremely welcome! We had a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a table and chairs in the living area. There was a dressing area with a large wardrobe, storage space and safe. Also in this area, there was a cupboard with a washing machine (so thankful as has reduced the washing upon arriving home) and tumble dryer (not needed as dried very quickly on the terrace). We had a large shower with two sinks in the bathroom. Towels and toiletries were supplied as well. The room was cleaned every day including clean towels. We ate in Mulligans which was great, the breakfast is especially fantastic (prepared to order), the breakfast in Sea Breeze is buffet style and just as nice but we preferred Mulligans. We ate in Windows on Aruba which was outstanding - hands down the best meal I have had in a long time. I cleared all plates! Special deal for 3 courses when All Inclusive. Sea Breeze is next to another lovely pool for drinks and lunches. Franklin and Terence are brilliant and look after your every need. The infinity pool and bar can be quite loud during the day but from 6pm onwards the grounds are very quiet. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We played golf one morning which is great if have the time and enjoy chasing the small white ball! The shuttle service from all the Divi Resorts was fantastic and was there whenever you needed it. The bars at the other Divi resorts on the beach are more lively as based on the beach and more so in the evenings as this is where the entertainment is. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away though. I would highly recommend Divi Village Golf and Beach Resort and will definitely be returning!

My family and I recently stay from 7/1 - 7/7 at Divi Golf in the Golf Villa. Room was nice, but not ready until 4:30 p.m. Some days there was no water, some days super hot scalding water only, some days ice cold showers only. Pools were great. My only issue with the pool at golf is the staff basically had 1 guy working hard hustling and 1 young bartender guy flirting with all the teenage girls. So good luck getting a drink. The shuttles between hotels were not marked well. It was confusing trying to find out which shuttle took you to a different sister property or to room. Some shuttles said sorry we can go to the casino, etc. We never even found the kids club or information on kids activities. Entertainment was on the boring side. All the hotel entertainment starts at 8 p.m. w shuts down at 11 p.m. sharp. This makes it hard to schedule dinner and enjoy a show, especially with kids. The DJ was playing the same music on replay each night so that became repetitive. The hours for Mulligans were not stated correctly in our welcome packet. Last call is at 10:45 p.m. and there are shut downs to change from breakfast to lunch and lunch to dinner. The maps said Mulligan was open to 1 a.m. Secondly, the WORST was Paparazzi Restaurant. Their food was dried out and looks like it was sitting for hours. Our waiter at Paparazzi would take our drink order and NEVER bring them to us. So we went to the bar at least 2 times. Horrible Service! In addition the wait staff was fighting in front of everyone. Sadly most restaurants say they are booked, but insider there were at least 5 free tables. There is an app for Tamarjin and Divi All Inclusive hotels that I wished Divi Golf staff told me about to book restaurants at midnight. It didn't matter because the wedding parties booked up the entire restaurant and were constantly no shows. Now, the Red Parrot was awesome and Pure Lime was awesome. The staff was nice in there, worked hard for tips, and smiled. We tipped generously. The concierge and receptionist desk at Divi Golf are miserable. And let me tell you they make you feel it too! The second you walk up to the desk you are greeted with an eyeroll because they are forced to stop playing on their cellphones. The concierge Evelyn told me "I was a stupid American" because I asked if my daugther could drive the ATV like we have at home. We use these in the US so we wanted to do them there. Apparently, you get told off by the concierge. We went back and forth yelling at each other. The hotel manager took care of the situation but I could not go back to the concierge desk at my hotel and that made our trip miserable. Bring water shoes because the beach is completely full of rocks. They sell water shoes there for $27 dollars. There is an Amstar Rep that books your trips while you are there. Their hours are not posted and are hard to find which hotel they are working at. At Divi Tamarijn the concierge made me go to Amstar. I don't know if it was a language issue or what, but the dude did not want to work at all.
