I want to give a big THANK YOU to Ceasar the Bellman at Windcreek and John the Valet!! These gentleman made my stay extremely comfortable and took care of the little things like finding me parking for my rental and allowing me to place my bags in specific locations until I was accomodated. For me its the little things that make the world of diffrence!! You wont regret it :)

Stayed at this hotel second year in a row. The hotel did not disappoint, especially with more things opening up after the pandemic. The check in does take awhile, because I honenstly feel like they are asking for your first born child...lol. This time however, no covid test required. Last year we took the incorrect test and had to remain in our room until I results came back. Not this year though...you are free to roam about...well sort of. They do require everyone sign in upon check in and that everyone receive their own room key and wrist band...no exceptions. They only allow 2 adults per room...however this information was not provided until two days prior to arrival. Our room was not ready, but my sister's room was. So we decided to grab drinks at the bar during happy hour. The drinks were like $4 each. Being that HH was almost over, we all grabbed 2 drinks each. The bartender was cool about it. Once our room was ready, like last year. CLEAN..CLEAN! I still go over the rooms with my own cleanliness, but I didn't have to do much to this room. The bleach smell hit you at the door. The bedsheets were clean as well. With this hotel you get access to their private flamingo beach. Just heads up, if you want to book a cabaña, do it months in advance. They go really quick, This year we noticed the cabaña did not have the slide from last year. Our waiter told us a storm came through and wiped it out. My question was...well why still charge $600 if no slide, but hey. I also noticed no spa on the island this year, as well as not as many flamingos and iguanas like last year. Overall the island was cool for a day thing. Overall the hotel is a great place and I will definitely return. Oh the LGS Steakhouse...perfect for couples or girls night out. The only thing was the elevator did go out on our last day. This was a bit annoying especially with 4 women carrying large suitcases.

My partner and I stayed at the Adults only hotel at the Renaissance Wind Creek and from check-in to check-out every experience was great!. Cynthia at check in was so wonderful, making us feel welcome, was efficient in the check in process and was very helpful with information about the hotel and things to do. This was our second trip to Aruba and this hotel and we will likely be coming back every year. It was so wonderful to be on an island where everyone is so friendly and happy. We had amazing meals both at the hotel and at some of the local restaurants recommended by the hotel staff. The staff also recommended beaches to snorkel and other places to visit and we were not disappointed. Special shout out to Dianna C. at Sole Bar who was so great serving by the pool. She was wonderful, always checking in on us, sharing her insight into restaurants, etc. With so much pool and beach area to cover she was amazing! Liliana and the whole Fresco staff was also terrific, we had breakfast there every day and Liliana was our waitress many times and was so friendly and attentive too. I cannot recall the Supervisors name at Fresco but she was wonderful too, she is transferring to the private island so we will be sure to look her up there next time we go. Finally Paulo at the Bar in the Marina hotel was terrific too, serving great food and great drinks. We love the beauty of the island for sure but the reason will go back because the folks at the Renaissance Wind Creek make you feel like it is your second home.

This was the 4th time we stayed at the Renaissance Marina Hotel mainly because we love the private Flamingo Beach. However, the rather expensive Ocean view room was a bit noisier than before…. I guess more people are discovering how great Aruba is lately. (LOL) The Flamingo beach is absolutely relaxing, especially the cabana that you can rent. Definitely recommend to rent a cabana! (Reserve early in advance!) Overall I had another lovely vacation in Aruba! Thanks to the Renaissance! We’ll defiantly choose this hotel again! (P.S. Sorry to say this but the dinner on the Flamingo Beach, “The Dinner Under the Stars” was a bit of disaster… The food was lukewarm, the servers were overwhelmed and confused - we did not get wine with dinner that we ordered, and another couple was overcharged for a bottle of wine they did not order… It is a great concept in a beautiful setting but they need to hire more employees for this weekly special event.)

Reymond Perez proved to be an exemplary waiter in the Wind Creek Casino. He is attentive, easygoing and makes you feel at home away from home. He remembers your name and goes rhe extra mile to get you whatever it is you at the heat of the games in the casino. Good place for leisure and getaway from the same ol same old of every day.

Just returned from a fabulous dinner on Renaissance Island- flamingos roaming freely, tasty and well presented 4 course meal, attentive staff. A special shout out to Saul, our boats captain for the short trip to the island. Saul was courteous, helpful and informative and made our trip to and from the island very enjoyable. We will do this again on our next trip to Aruba

Flamingo Island is heaven on earth. It's more than the flamingos. It's more than the view. It's the people. Sue, Maria, Lemeuix, Vanie, Andrew, Woody and of course Javier. Amazing people who are genuinely lovely. They cannot do enough for you. Love them all like family.

My daughter and I visited Aruba in May 2022; we were a little stressed due to our original hotel/resort reservations. Right away I prayed, and my daughter searched for other resorts that where available for immediate accommodations. We came across Aruba Renaissance Resort and we made a reservation right away. Upon arrival to the new resort just by walking into the resort lobby our stress levels decreased and we knew we had made an excellent choice. The staff at Aruba Renaissance Resort, provided excellent service from the moment we arrived at the resort. Aruba Renaissance Resort offered two sites, a family friendly option and an adult only option. My daughter and I stayed at the adult only resort. The adult only resort offers two restaurants, a mall located in the lower level of the resort with plenty of shopping options and a speed boat ride over to their private beach. The resort is clean and updated. We have no complaints. The resort offers dinning packages for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We opted for the breakfast buffet package only. This allowed us the opportunity to go out in the surrounding area for lunch & dinner. The resort restaurant Aquarius where we ate breakfast was clean, beautiful, and tastefully displayed. On our last night at the resort, we had dinner at the Aquarius restaurant and quickly realized that we should have purchased the dinner package from the resort. The dinner at Aquarius was amazing. All the staff member at the resort and restaurant were very pleasant and professional. We would like to give a special shout out to staff from Aquarius restaurant (Keila, Dorothy and Kevin) they provided outstanding service. We sincerely hope to see everyone again on our next visit. Upon leaving the resort my daughter and I were very sad to go, but we are completely rejuvenated and happy. We will be back with our entire family so they can experience this resort too. My daughter and I have been back home now for a couple of days, I CAN’T BRING MYSELF TO TAKE OFF THE RENAISSANCE WRIST BAND YET, LOL. We highly recommend Aruba Renaissance Resort, they provided 5-star service. The Pender’s from Philadelphia
