We had an amazing experience during our cabana stay on Iguana Island. Gregory Tromp was the best Butler and was on top of his game if we needed anything. Fresco’s was our favorite restaurant during our stay. Daniela Martin and Vladimir were on point with waiting on our needs.

Amazing food and service melushka was so helpful and attentive. The private island is beautiful and the flamingoes are adorable. Only issue is a few people smoke on the family section of the island even though there are signs

We decided to stay at the Renaissance Aruba Ocean Suites based on the reviews about the private island beach/lagoon and the proximity to the airport. We agree with other reviewers that the hotel is a little “tired” and needs some general maintenance and cleaning. Our Ocean view

We stayed at the renaissance hotel. I don’t believe that Expedia was veey forthright when describing the differences in the two properties. Clearly the marina is a much older property- however the bar area looks to be recently done. Our room was small. The carpet was

Dear Valuable Guest, Thank you for your feedback as well as for your time spent with us, we appreciate it. We are doing our outmost to control and stop the "reserving chairs with towels". This has our concern because all beach chairs and lounges are based on first come, first serve. We have signs informing that it's not allowed to reserve unattended chairs or lounges with towels. Marina Hotel is indeed our adults only property and the Ocean Suites is our family oriented property. The rooms at Marina Hotel are smaller than the once at the Ocean Suites. The Private Island is not part nor will ever be part of any cruise ships activity or tour. We sell limited amount of tickets for non staying guests but these are again based on first come, first serve. The amount of passes we sell depends also on hotel occupancy. Despite your overall experience, we do hope to welcome you back soon.

We stayed at the Marina (adults only) for a few days during our honeymoon. The hotel room was OK - very damp (our towels would never dry for example) and the shower design allowed water to run all over the bathroom floor and into the sink area. The shared area of the hotel by

I didn't buy all inclusive. The room stay allows you to have unlimited access to the private island.

Hi, there is no breakfast at the ocean suites even for platinum members. They do have a small kitchenette, with microwave, fridge and stove so you can prepare food in the room.

Taxi's are fine, they have a "flat rate" they are clean, safe and friendly. They have a well organized Taxi "stand" where you exit the Airport, they try to accommodate you as to size of taxi/size of party. they all take US Dollars. The "Flat rate" is determined by what property you are staying (Hi-rise/Low-rise) If you take a taxi durring your stay, same thing applies but there is a "Minimum" (I don't remember what it is) My 95 year old mother can not even walk 2 Hotels away to get to her favorite casino so we "Taxi" it! On Sunday the "Flat Rate" is a Dollar higher (it is considered a day of rest, it is a very religious Island) Most of the stores are closed or only open for part of the day.

"Recommend the street view rather than the atrium view."
"The Ocean Suites is a superior location"
"Higher Ocean-Suites rooms have a better view. We had 2nd floor and some view issues due to palm trees in the way."
"Higher floor will insulate you from the noise outside but really never noticed it even when pool side"
