The amazing reservation team, Shenice, Ossia and Tasean were so helpful booking just the right accommodation. We stayed at Rock Cottage, a spacious, large and luxurious 5 BR villa with 2 pools, a private bar and many sun decks to enjoy. The grounds are meticulously cared for by a hardworking, super-friendly staff. The villa was amazing and luxurious but the real gem of this resort is the staff. Nicole, our incredible and accommodating concierge checked in with us daily and was always just a text away-she seemed to know what we needed before we did. Beautiful and bubbly Saron and Winsia greeted us at every meal. They knew us so well they would anticipate our orders. Chef Roy catered a Michelin star worthy meal in our villa of fresh lobster. Masterfully prepared and beautifully presented the pride in his delicious food is very evident. Kevin, the GM is always around the resort, checking in to say "hello" and sets a warm and welcoming tone at the resort. Romaine delivered fresh drinks to us and Akeem was always ready with plenty of ice - we loved talking with them. Quincy, Jason and Tario at the bar made the BEST drinks and would craft a new cocktail every day. Delicious! Amba in housekeeping is a treasure and kept everything in order for us with a super sweet disposition. We will absolutely return to Blue Waters. It felt as though we were with a warm, gracious and generous family. I have never hugged so many people at departure as I did when we left. Outstanding in every sense.

My teenage son and I escaped to Blue Waters for his spring break after a long year of no travel during Covid. We stayed in the Cove Suites which was a huge oceanfront room with a pull out sofa for him and large bathroom to share. The resort and grounds are well maintained and the views are incredible. The staff is, by far, the main attraction at Blue Waters! Nicole is concierge extraordinaire, taking care of spa appointments, restaurant reservations and excursions with ease and a smile. We enjoyed seeing and chatting with her every day; she felt like an old friend by the time we left! Kevin, the manager, introduced himself when we arrived and was extremely welcoming and pleasant. Although there were very few guests at the hotel due to covid travel restrictions, all of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was very good and the service was outstanding. Also a shout out to Rocky for setting us up with paddle boards and Owen for taking us on a fun snorkeling adventure! Antigua is a gorgeous island with the friendliest people - we can't wait to return!

Stayed with my husband, daughter and my sister and her family at Turtle Cottage. Nicole, our concierge, and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful and hospitable. The location is stunning and the service was outstanding. We did the all-inclusive and the meals (and drinks!) were great. I will definitely be coming back - a super beach holiday.

When we arrived at Blue Waters Resort we were met by Nicole, the resort concierge. She told us that there was a surprise for us. She walked us to the far end of the resort and we entered large gray doors which revealed where we would be spending the next 10 days. Never in our wildest dreams could we have imagined getting upgraded to stay at the Rock Cottage. a secluded compound with 5 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, open air living room and dining room, kitchen, bar, infinity pool, plunge pool all surrounded by the gorgeous blue Caribbean waters with amazing 360 views. We also had a dock with access to the Caribbean for swimming and boating. When we decided to extend our trip, the hotel moved us to the Presidential Suite in Villa 3, a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit with amazing views and large outdoor space. The staff at Blue Waters is top notch. Nicole was the most proactive, responsive concierge one can imagine. She touched base throughout the day with us through What’s App to see if we needed anything. She took care of all of our lunch/dinner reservations, and all other sign ups at the resort that were required due to Covid, ie. Fitness center, tennis, etc. She made our stay so stressless and enjoyable. The manager, Kevin was friendly and professional. The waitstaff at Blue Waters were outstanding. Kina, Curtesha, Winsia, and Natalie at breakfast and lunch provided wonderful service and were helpful in catering to any of our special requests. They knew that I was gluten free and did not get to enjoy the croissants and pastries in the bread basket each morning. On our last day, they surprised me with delicious gluten free muffins!! We did a great rum tasting with Tario which I would highly recommend. Owen and Rocky at the boat shack were great with setting us up with kayaks and taking us out for a fun ride on a Hobie Cat. Antigua is an absolutely beautiful island and with a friendly, laid back vibe. We will definitely return!!

All I can say is thank you to blue waters and my lovely travel agent (Perfect Travel). Absolutely fantastic holiday, with functional, beautiful, clean accommodation. Food was absolutely wonderful, varied and more than satisfied my very difficult to please husband (struggles with lack of choice and all inclusive usually). The service, help and information from reception, house keeping, restaurants and bars and even groundsmen was second to none. The beach (though quite small), pools and all communal areas were beautiful and pristine. Praying I will get to go back to this paradise! Felt safe with Covid measures too.
