Several family groups met up here with lots of kiddos. We all had a great time. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. They let you have as many pool towels as you needed. There were water slides, paddle boats and several pools to choose from. The kids had a great time. We did not rent a car and found plenty of dining places in walking distance. There were no life guards at the pools or on the beach.

We hosted a meeting of approximately 35 participants from across the Caribbean. We utilized the accommodation and conference space and found everything to be excellent. Service from staff was very good - they were accommodating, flexible and extremely friendly. The food was delicious and well-catered and the chef accommodated for different dietary restrictions. Overall a throughly positive experience and we will definitely return to Tradewinds again!

Had a great stay here! The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. Although, the service was very slow in the restaurant. If you want any sauce with your meal you’re better off walking with her to the kitchen to get it otherwise you’ll get it after youve eaten or not at all, saying that it didn’t impact my stay and the food was very tasty and fresh with big portions. Prices are reasonable and the views from the hotel were beautiful, great views for the sunset not only from the restaurant terrace and pool but also from our balcony (not all rooms had this). Only problem with having such stunning views everyday you had a steep downhill 20 minute walk to the beach (ok for going but a struggle coming back in the heat) and the roads were bendy with no path so not very safe but you can always get the shuttle bus back up (I’m not sure if they did one going I never saw one but I’d imagine so). The hotel sometimes had a great local little band playing Caribbean music and our music by the pool which I found enjoyable. All in all I had a great experience. There wasn’t much night life near by but English harbour is about 45 minutes away by taxi. The photo I put up is from the hotel.

Only 30 people in the restaurant and still have to wait 90 minutes for the meal. The last update after 45 minutes was that the meal will arrive very shortly. I pity people who here to relax as this kind of service is anything but relaxing.

I came here during a layover and the service was above and beyond. The front desk stored my bags, and got me a taxi for free. It was the perfect location as it was 15 minutes to the airport. The pool area and restaurant were lovely. Get the burger at the restaurant- one of the best I've had in a long time. I would definitely stay here when I've back in Antigua!
