We stayed at their new building, Banaba. We weren’t informed in advance that the only way to reach the rooms was to pass through their parking area where the swab test is being done. There was no heads up too that there will be an ongoing construction of the building. There were scaffolding plus lots of workers for 2 days. The room needs improvement-there were paint marks on the floor, walls were poorly finished, one of the drains in the bathroom has no cover, maybe add hooks in the bathroom, the roller binds were difficult to pull, no laundry bag provided, the decorative pillow on the bed has an unpleasant smell like cockroach. You could hear loud music and karaoke at night, you could also hear the cars and motorcycle, you can even hear guests from adjacent roooms which didn’t give that truly serene, relaxing experience. I think the rate of the room was just too much given these. Yes we are willing to pay but food was pricey and was mostly served late. Some staff were too friendly. On the other hand, activities were great at Pure Energy gym and Amphiteather. Massage and treatments were ok too. Staff, doctors, nurses, coaches were excellent! Maybe management needs to have an overall inspection especially some fixtures are deteriorating and old. Even the smallest detail must live up to what they claim as world-Class.

My mother and I stayed at The Farm in sulu and we were immediately warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff accommodated to any of our needs such as recommending cheaper massage deals I stress of following through with our initial appointment. The food is fantastic as well!! As a fitness rat, the gym was very accommodating, I highly recommend talking to Coach Princess as she assisted me in checking my postural form into squats and deadlifts. She also helped me acknowledge where my lower back pain was coming from due to my rotated hip that was super tensed during my squats. The people here know what they are doing and I really appreciate how easy they are to talk to. Highly recommend!!

We had the best experience. All the staffs were welcoming and accommodating especially Ms. Nikka De Torres who assisted us from the very beginning until our check out. She made sure all of our concerns will go smoothly. Thank you so much, Ms. Nikka De Torres, and Mr. Borje Mendoza and his team of Alive Restaurant are very accomodating too, and made sure that our meals are cooked as we wanted.
