As a local, I really want to like this pub. It's outside space, front and back is great on a sunny day. But guys seriously, on a Thursday night when the pub isn't that busy, why does it take over an hour to bring out the food??? We will need to be well hungry to come back for a meal...

A belated review - we stayed here in September 2016 for a couple of nights. The hotel location is excellent - close enough to the tube to easily get into the centre of London but also away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We drove to London for the first time (we usually get the train) so this...

Lovely hotel, room was decorated in a shabby chic style, beds very comfortable clean and nice white bedding and towels. We had our evening meal at the hotel it was typical pub food cooked very well. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

This was a great choice of pub for a group of friends to get together. The bar staff were friendly, welcoming and very quick with our orders. The food was excellent value for money and the pub has a great ambience. It's a large pub with plenty of seating both inside and out for whatever the British weather throws at...

We stayed for one night in the hotel, I would definitely like to come back. The bed was a double, very comfy, with lovely crisp and cosy bed linen. Room was a little cool when we arrived but it soon warmed up. The decor is modern country cottage, and it suits the pub. There is good tea making facilities with...

Visited Kew for a wedding, perfect location for us. Room was really good and bar and bar food is excellent but common areas (hotel corridors etc) need some attention. Having it's own car park is really helpful and staff very attentive. Great value for money

We arrived by car. The hotel is minutes from the M4 but Kew Green is a delightfully tranquil area, even has a cricket pitch. Kew Gardens are within a few minutes walk and the underground a ten minute stroll. The Coach and Horses is a vibrant Public House with rooms, a great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Breakfast was a delight,...

We were very tired and Judy wanted a casual meal . Ate in the room filled with books to the left of the main entrance. Wooden panels, a great fireplace and a library feel - my sort of place. Food came quickly -we had the ploughmans sharing board - absolutely delicious. We had played tennis pretty much solidly that day...

I often stay here and always look forward to a visit. The upgraded rooms are lovely and really comfortable. The extra touches make such a difference. The bar and restaurant are always welcoming and food is excellent. Breakfast is well worth getting up for and can recommend scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Can't wait for my next visit!!
