Beautiful boutique hotel on the beach front, next to water sports. Great choice for breakfast. Rooms nice and clean. They are in the middle of renovations of the rooms. It was lovely to have afternoon tea included too.
Staff were brilliant and accommodating with anything we enquired about. We found the room a little dark for what we’re use to. During the night we like to charge our phones beside where we sleep but to do that we needed to unplug our bedside lights…wouldn’t be hard to put a double power point both sides of the bed. Really enjoy the breakfast selection and the complimentary afternoon tea was brilliant.
We love Sadara. This is our third visit and it was great as always. The staff were fabulous, especially Tanie at meal times. So friendly, helpful and attentive but not over the top. Just lovely! The room was very comfortable. The beds are fab.
No proper indian food. As we are pure vegetarians we found it hard without proper veg food. otherwise the stay was amazing. Hotel should look at hiring a Indian Chef to attract Indian Tourist who are big travellers.
Things we liked:- Awesome location and sea view, supportive staff, hygienic room with all necessary amenities, Clean pool, and lot of outside space to sit and relax Things needs improvement:- Fewer vegetarian food options, Indian food options
What I remember most of all is super-mega-cool breakfasts, very diverse and delicious, the portions are huge. The beach is small and quiet, ideal with children. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful, they responded very quickly to all our requests, it's nice.
On the third night of our four night stay we were robbed! We woke early morning to find our room door (which requires key card to access) wide open & money, phone, personal items stolen. The most upsetting item being my husbands wedding ring (this was our honeymoon). After immediately informing staff we were asked to wait until the manager arrived for his shift. Two hours later we filled out a report with said manager (who we found to be very hostile) & security staff who informed us that they would contact police. Another two hours passed & we were asked to now travel to the police station to file a report. Whilst at the police station the officer made it very clear that he believed it to be an internal issue & informed the manager to investigate his staff, check camera footage further & questioned who within the complex could access the “skeleton key”. When arriving back to the hotel the manager simply walked away without a word, leaving us standing in the foyer. After waiting over an hour my husband requested again to speak with the manager to understand what had been found on security footage & to see if there was any possible compensation they would offer. Upon sitting down with the manager we were given two different stories about their security footage; the first being that there was nothing suspicious found & the second being that they turn off their cameras at night. The manager then became aggressive & told us we were to provide proof that we had even arrived with any of the stolen items & “How dare we be so rude to even question the possibility it could be staff”. This was followed by abruptly being informed that the only compensation he would offer was our final night stay refunded on the grounds we immediately packed our bags & left. During this entire ordeal not once were we asked if we were ok nor was an apology made. We were simply told we were rude, made out to be liars & to leave. This is not our first time travelling to Bali, but was our first & only stay we will ever have at this resort. Absolutely disgusting behaviour & attitude from your unsympathetic manager who clearly didn’t care & wanted to wipe his hands of it. Our final night we stayed at the Peninsula Beach Resort (short walk up the road) & would highly recommended them over this appalling excuse of a resort!!…
The location is ideal, placed right on a quiet stretch of beach with a sandbar about 200m out. This makes the calm water ideal for water sports and swimming. Our room by the pool is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. We have been enjoying the delicious breakfast each morning and the coffee is surprisingly good. All the staff - bar, restaurant, garden, housekeeping, reception - everyone is extremely kind and attentive to our needs. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Today, I got to speak to Indah, the guest liaison officer. She’s perfect for the job, and enjoys having the opportunity to practise her English with the guests. We would definitely return to the Sadara when next in Nusa Dua. It’s great value for money and a beautiful location.
We stayed 6 nights at the „Sadara hotel“ and the experience was not good. The room we had was not very clean (we found a slipper from another guest under the bed, the blanket was really dirty with yellow spots…) and part of the room was already broken when we arrived (towel hanger,…). The staff is friendly and they help you if needed. The food in general is average but the kitchen don‘t pay attention if you have food allergies. I said multiple times that I‘m allergic to strawberries and every morning of my stay they served me strawberries on top of my food and every morning my milkshake came with strawberries as well. On top of that they served me strawberries jam so every time I ate in the hotel I had to pay attention on the food that they were serving. I don‘t think I would come back.…
We (young couple) stayed in Sadara Boutique Resort for 6 nights. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this hotel. On Agoda (as well as booking.com) it's mentioned that it's a 5 star hotel, but it is not, it's a 4 star (and not even a good one). The luggage guys are very friendly, we cannot say the same about the other staff members. The room was dirty, the bathroom also not clean and was crusty. The rooms overall is old and not well maintained. This hotel really soffered from covid-19 and would require to be refurbished. The biggest disappointment was the beach, as it's mentioned that there is a private one. Well, it is private, but very small, everyone can walk there and it's kind of the harbour for the local watersports around there. Don't expect a nice view of the sea. The hotel is located in Kuta (not Nusa Dua). Nusa Dua would be very very nice. If you're looking to stay there look for a hotel close to the waterblow. The food is satisfactory, but nothing too special. It seems that they don't care about allergies, as thex still serve you what you canno eat...! The hotel is hosting many private events (at least when we were there); so don't count that you can have the garden for you. To conclude, we were disappointed about this hotel and would not recommend it.…
