We stayed in room 123 for a week with 3 children (8, 6, 4) and found the hotel to be ideal for families with children of this age. Our children didn't use the kids club very much but just picked certain activities to do (which we usually stayed with them for) if your child is 4+

We had an incident with a stolen necklace from our hotel room and the whole handling from the hotel was disgusting. Also all the on-line pictures are lying compared to reality - the hotel is old and significant requires maintenance.
