This hotel is old but very well kept. The room 430 we had was very big and very clean, the view of the pool and ocean was beautiful. The Housekeeping staff are amazing especially Slamet. We would personally like to Thank Slamet as he went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of Western food but what we had was hot and tasty especially the Egg Station. A big thank you also to Suriati and Tutik for looking after us, it was lovely to see their smiling faces at breakfast. The pool area is lovely with beach access. All food we had at the restaurants was very tasty and hot. Thank you once again for a fabulous stay, see you all again in June.

We booked 4 rooms and stayed for 5 night. The hotel is good, very quiet and peaceful. Very spacious room although It’s a bit dated especially the bathroom. The breakfast is repetitive and not much of variety, maybe it was a low season and recovery period from covid. The staff is great and the service is good. The pool area is beautiful and the beach is clean.

This hotel is beautiful. Our rooms were large and clean, the staff responded quickly to all of our requests and were very accommodating. I was worried about the pool having read reviews about it being murky but the pool was very clean. There are some water sports going on at the beach but this didn’t ruin our experience at all. Breakfast was nice enough. The drinks were very expensive but we just stocked up on drinks from the shop across the road. Please beware of Queens salon just along from the hotel, my son and husband both had 200k stolen from their bags during the massages. I would definitely return to this hotel.

This is my second time at the Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa. Last time I was here was in November 2018. Since then not much has changed which is the problem. The room and pool both need a serious updating. (Many tiles missing in the pool.) breakfast was disappointing as most of the warm items were already gone by 9am. Also, this resort has become very family friendly (which is fine if that is what you are looking for). Last time I was here it was very calm, quiet and relaxing. This time is was packed full of families with young kids and it was impossible to enjoy the pool without getting splashed or hearing loud shrieks every few seconds. Finally, by 9am most of the beach and pool chairs had been reserved by guests so it was hard to find a place to sit. I’m here for the rest of the week so will make the most of it. But I will definitely be staying at a different resort my next time to Bali..…

Obviously the hotel is not what it used to be before the pandemic, but is trying very hard to open up fully. Yes, there is some mould around, but that is to be expected after being closed for nearly 2 years. One restaurant by the pool is still closed, but can still order from the pool bar. Breakfasts are excellent, as are other meals we have ordered. Overall, would recommend, but one drawback is the steep stairs and ramps on entry. Not for the very old or handicapped.

Great staff big rooms and the beach isnt that bad at high tide. Big attractive pool but always a bit murky i would suspect antiquated filtration system they need to upgrade…… this hotel opened in 1996 as the aston i think then the real niko and japs got a buyout offer from hilton so they lost there 5 star hotel and bought thisone with same branding, breakfast so so coffee machines crap and coffee the same cheap cheap i would rate this hotel as is at 3.5 stars.

The hotel is not new, but very nice and well kept. Our room was big, the bed comfortable and everything was spotless clean. The personnel were always nice and helpful. We over looked a nice garden and it was very quiet. Breakfast was a highlight, as it was all very good and there was a lot to choose from. The beach had plenty of sun-beds and umbrellas. The only negativ thing for us were the Jet-ski‘s and Banana-boots during high-tide. They not only made non-stop a noise, there fumes smelt so bad that we stayed by the swimming pool till the tide was so low that they could not run. They don‘t belong to hotel, but there are based next door.

Our family on vacation truly enjoys the bird's eye-view of the horizon from the hotel high tower by the shore, where starry sky, ebbs and tides are our observation delights. Seaside resorts are common, but high observation towers for guests to stay, enjoy the 360-degree panorama & become awestruck, can be rare and truly memorable.

Is was a big hotel and the entrance was allright. The staf was friendly. But although a lot of rooms were vacant, they gave us (familie Lyon with two teenage boys) two bedrooms with a view on the ramains of an abandoned hotel. Only with extra costs we could change rooms. The garden looks beautiful, the beach was not special; shallow and a lot of stones, no restaurants. But the worst part was the swimming pool. For the first time of my life I experienced a swimming full of blue-green algae! Guests adivced us not to swin in it. The quality of the breakfast was low, so we decided to have our breakfasts outside the hotel. The street in front of the hotel gas enough good restaurants, bars and shops, So, overall conclusion; Nusa Dua is nice to visit but there are without question a lot of hotels with offer a better quality…
