This is probably one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed in. The owners were lovely and so helpful. The room had a four poster bed and was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Good off-road parking.

We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by Colin when we parked up. Ruth then gave us the keys and showed us up to the room. The room was spotless and I thought Alex Polizzi was going to pay a visit. I cannot fault the service and we both had a great breakfast over the 2 nights we stayed.... More

Had a wonderful stay after a day at alton towers. The owners were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. Breakfast was gorgeous. If visiting alton towers again would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my boyfriend and we were really impressed by the service. The room was gorgeous and really clean, our hosts were open and friendly. I chose the Beehive because of its proximity to Alton Towers but the setting itself was gorgeous and we spent our first night there exploring the village. The Beehive really made the trip... More

Hugely impressed by this B+B. Rooms spacious and clean, breakfast delicious. Excellent hosts, couldn't have asked for more. Slightly dated decor almost put us off booking but extremely pleased we chose this guest house, we had an extremely pleasant stay in an excellent location for visiting Alton Towers.

Attended because of the close proximity to Alton Towers which was approx 10 minutes away by car. Lovely little village and the sound of running water practically outside our bedroom window was a lovely little surprise. The room seems like something from the late 70's or early 80's with the decor. The water pressure from the shower was awful. The... More

We recently stayed here when visiting Alton Towers. What a great place, worth its high rating. A very quiet location in a lovely village. Our room was very clean and well furnished and included a four poster bed. Lots to choose on the breakfast menu and superbly cooked to order. Great value for money. The owners currently have the property... More

I visted the Beehive Guest House Last week, I definitely was not dissatisfied. The area was absolutely gorgeous and we will definitely be staying here again should we travel that way. The bedroom was gorgeous and comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate! Breakfast was cooked perfectly and served in the dining room with a beautiful view over the green. Ruth... More

My boyfriend and I visited Alton Towers for his birthday and we stayed at the Beehive for two nights. The guesthouse is in a fantastic location - only about a five to ten minute drive from Alton Towers so we didn't need to get up too early. The Beehive is situated in a very pretty area with a river just... More

Stayed here for 1 night last night so that we didn't have to drive home from alton towers in the dark. We didn't check in until past ten oclock but Ruth was still welcoming and friendly and even took ten minutes to show my little daughter all of the Halloween toys. The room was stunning, spacious and immaculate with all... More
