Save yourself the burden of staying here. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Their guard threatened to put me out of the compound at 3AM! Because I was not wearing their band on one occasion, despite the fact that I WAS A REGISTERED GUEST (my name was logged at checkin) and even after having seen me for 3 nights straight on the compound. The bed sheets had stains and the apartment was filthy. I WILL NEVER RETURN! Don’t stay here unless you want unnecessary stress and dirty surroundings.

This hotel is not the best but its quite comfortable. The room is quite spacious and welcoming. The washroom though clean, could do with an upgrade. Kitchen too, can do with some more utensils and cutlery. But the ambience of this place is awesome. If you enjoy nature, well it gives a bit of that and more. The windy days were cool and refreshing and though the grounds were littered with fallen leaves, the friendly and polite yardmen were always busy cleaning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They are not locals and are spanish and even with the language barrier, they were most helpful. Everyday we received fresh towel, and our room was tidied. Generally speaking, its a nice vacation spot for young people or families with children. The pool is long and narrow but quite shallow and very safe...we were it quite late into the night just relaxing. For the party animals, there is a modern night club just before you enter the street and there's also a bar that serves the coldest beers ever! Next door too, is a mini winery where you can purchase your wine as well. Our stay was almost a year ago but I hope that they maintain their standard or even upgraded it. Hope your experience there , if you choose to stay, would be as good as mine.

My sister and I came to this hotel and were horrified with what we saw. The places was absolutely infested with hundreds of tiny beetles. They were on the counters, in the shower, all over the floor. They were even inside some of the bed sheets. We had arrived super late, so there was nothing for us to do but sleep there. In the morning, we informed the staff and they pretended as though the place was spotless when they checked that morning. BIG RED FLAG. There's not a chance hundreds of these bugs all just appeared throughout the entire place within a few hours. That means the rooms aren't getting properly cleaned or even checked for that matter. The place was hot. The A/C wasn't on when we arrived. And when we turned it on, it was dysfunctional, and it spit out freezing water directly on us while we slept. The hotel is a half block away from the most popular club in Tobago, so don't expect to get any sleep. And to top it all off, the place was severely outdated.

My family was planning to stay at this hotel. We were given their account number to make the deposit. We made the required deposit online only to be told that they do not accept deposit via wire transfer. Was told that my money was not worth his time to go to the bank to verify receipt of money. After having this brief conversation we got totally turned off even wanting to stay. Don't recommend anyone to subject themselves to this establishments owner's attitude and what I can imagine will be horrible customer service. Take your chances elsewhere!!

Clean, tidy, air-conditioned and quiet. Lovely pool. Kitchen can do with an update in terms of utensils for cooking. And perhaps a microwave. This is not a luxury hotel with expensive furnishings and linens. However, it was very comfortable. Saw no ants, blood stains or broken furniture. Housekeeping tidied up and provided fresh towels.
