Lovely hostel/ B&B. Covered in art, friendly and relaxed. It's great being able to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook meals and snacks. This time we made it down to the musicians night in the pub, fiddles, mandolin and whistles. Great mix.

Our second visit here to this unpretentious, easy, happy, peaceful, environmentally sound, friendly, reasonably priced....Oh you get the picture, I love this place and it's ethos. Great breakfasts also and a view of Birnam woods. I'll be back.

We accidentally found this hostel when looking for a weekend escape from the city. Accommodation is immaculate and full of character. Hosts are very happy friendly and helpful Facilities are excellent. If you would rather be catered for at breakfast, quality and choice is great - and price is very reasonable. While we were there, our hosts heard that they...

Jessie Mac`s was my second stop on my week long cycle tour in Perthshire, the second week in July. I have previously cycled in most parts of the UK, and prefer to stay at b&b`s. I would characterize Jessie Mac`s a textbook example of how a b&b should be. To summarize: I had a friendly welcome, quiet location, a well...

I have stayed in a number of hostels and b&b venues and this experience has been one of the best. Four of us shared an en suite room with double and bunks. Bathroom clean and tidy with enough room to get dressed. Shower in bath a nice touch. Towels were provided and good condition. Bedding was of a very high...

This is an unusual guest house- you are free to use the kitchen, or they will make a lovely and hearty Scottish breakfast for you. Our room was apparently one of the "family" rooms that slept 5, though there were only 2 of us. So no complaints, even with the bunks, twin and queen size bed, it was still spacious...

Lovely friendly place to stay. Warmly welcomed on our arrival after a day's cycling from Perth. Homemade muffins with a refreshing cup of tea on arrival. Very roomy accommodation with a sustaining breakfast. We enjoyed more of the muffins for lunch the next day. Much appreciated.
