Good place when you go backcountry skiing because a lot of trails in the area. Nicely decorated hotel with large apartments, bathroom has both shower and bathtub. Kind staff. Good quality and price ratio.

This was exactly what we needed for a weekend with the family. Comfortable rooms with lots of storage space, sufficient number of sockets, good shower, social con playing room, excellent breakfast and dinner. It has been furnished with a lot of care and love, there is always something interesting to look at.

We have spent family weekend in Sumava. We booked Sumava Inn thanks to good previous experience, but this time the service was so bad, I have decided to write a review. Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice, but that is about it. The staff treated us unprofessionally. We and one more couple were the only guests, one would think the staff really would care to make the guests feel comfortable. It is a pity and I feel sorry for the hotel owners, it is really nice place to stay.

Very nice stay. Tasteful meals. Very good wines. Homemade yogurts for breakfast. Nicely situated near many Sumava touristic paths. The spring of Vltava river nearby. Possible to rent e-bikes or scooters.

We stayed for a night in Victoria suite and the room was clean with very comfortable bad. The breakfast was very good - eggs, sausages, cheese and ham, some fruits, yoghurt with granola ans dry fuits. I rate only the hotel, for the restaurant I wrote a different review. You pay for the parking on the hotel's property 25 CZK for a day

Positive: Very nice hotel Friendly and supportive staff Very interesting details around hotel Interior mostly wood used Sauna and whirlpool was nice extra Negative: All info and texts were in local language only. Windows did let some noise in from bypassing cars.

We stopped here for ice cream and drinks after a beautiful summer day hiking. The outdoor seating area was very nice, just along the main street. The staff was friendly even if service was a bit slow.

This hotel has a film history, before its renovation, it appeared in a very famous Czech movie Kral Sumavy as a local pub. It has changed quite a bit, very nice interior with wooden decor and a small terrace by the street. The waitress seemed very nice.

This was our second year in a row when we visited the hotel Sumava Inn in Kvilda, two-hour drive from Prague. Coming directly from New York, this place seems like a paradise. Kvilda is a very small village located in a beautiful nature in the Sumava Mountains. The hotel is a large wooden chalet that has three floors and about fifteen rooms. The hotel and the rooms are very comfortable, and very nicely and tastefully decorated. The hotel also has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining. The food and service are excellent. The stay in the hotel comes with a buffet-style breakfast that includes many choices including fruits and a homemade berry tart. This must be one of the best hotels in Sumava, if not the best.
