We were greeted with a warm and professional welcome upon arrival. The guesthouse is a gorgeous looking building, set in a lovely location and is near to the river. We were attending "Folk On The Lawn," in Tintern and this venue proved to be just a short walk away from the guesthouse. Our accommodation was very nice comprising of a... More

Stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 dogs, lovely spacious room, very dog friendly, the owners are lovely and not at all intrusive, the breakfast is great offering a wide selection (cerials, fruit, toast, fried breakfast, juices) walking distance to the abbey and all pubs/restaurants are dogs friendly. Would highly recommend.

Nature like Norwegian woods meet with New Zealand forest. Green, amazing, beautiful landscape. The guesthouse is clean, big rooms, breakfast with all you need great situated close to the riverside. The staff was friendly but lacking in genuine interest. Don't bother with the dinner! Go to the pub across the road!

Myself and a friend decided to do a last minute get away on Bank Holiday Monday. We booked online after attending the Cheese Rolling in Gloucestershire and were very pleasantly surprised to find availability in this lovely B&B. Lovely warm welcome from Peter (and Holly the dog) who was also very helpful with advice on places to eat and local... More

My partner and I have just started a two week touring holiday taking in Wales Scotland and England. We have started a two night stay at the Parva B&B and would both recommend. We choose this for the location and views which we were not dissapointed. The river views are beauterful and a lovely pub opposite serving bar or restaurant... More

We spent two enjoyable nights at this lovely traditional B&B. The guesthouse has a very welcoming atmosphere made even more special by the great host Peter. Our room was large and well fitted with a nice view over the river. There were all the essentials you would expect tea, coffee etc along with a well fitted en-suite and an extremely... More

We know Tintern well but have not stayed here before. First impressions were good and continued for our 3night stay. We had a room that was both spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom en suite and a lovely view of the Wye. The only drawback was a lot of stairs which may be a problem to the less active.... Found this guesthouse after much last minute searching in the Chepstow area for a pet-friendly b&b for a Valentines break. Owners are clearly dog lovers, and dogs are allowed in the lounge but not the restaurant/dining room. Room 8 was a comfortable, warm room with en-suite (bath with shower over), TV and clock radio with well stocked hospitality/welcome tray and... More

Gorgeous location & very nice place but the female owner "Angela" was rude, obnoxious & very unprofessional. Never made us welcome, implyed we were dishonest & accused us of being loud. Treatment by her was so bad we left establishment within few hours & stayed at Celtic Manor in Wales instead where we were met with excellent customer service &... More

Beautiful location, nice clean rooms, very good food, wonderful friendly hosts. One of our party will only eat basic food but this was not a problem for Angela and Peter who were only too pleased to prepare a separate menu for him. Plenty to see and do locally with good walks. Superb!
