How anyone could give The Horn of Plenty less than 5 stars is beyond me. I love every single detail. The rooms are individual, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The hotel itself has been decorated with great attention to detail and is spotlessly clean. Think Laura Ashley type style. Looks like it just kinda turned out fabulous without trying! The...

This hotel provides great food and the staff are very friendly, helpful and caring, whilst being efficient. Dogs are allowed in the coach house rooms and were provided with water bowl and some food snacks. We look forward to returning!

Very comfortable and well-appointed rooms in a beautiful country setting with superb views across the Tamar Valley to Cornwall. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and give every indication of enjoying their jobs! Rooms in the Coach House are modern and spacious … though a short walk from the main house which on a rainy day can challenge those...

We were there for a family wedding and stayed overnight. The staff were very friendly and worked very hard to make the day special and our overnight stay comfortable. The food was very good for both the wedding supper and the breakfast the following morning. Beautiful views from the dining room were a real bonus. Our bedroom in the coach...

Appalled to be forced to enter the premises via the busy kitchen. Very embarrassing and very off putting as kitchen wasn't particularly clean nor smelt good. I would have thought that a place like this would not need to use the busy kitchen as access to the rest of the hotel. Not recommended if you are in a wheelchair!
