Stayed in Hotel Dacor for 4 nights in April 2017 with a group of 50 people. It is a big building from socialist times and located few minutes from the centre of Orastie in a quarter built in socialist times too. I guess in former times it was used as a appartement for workers or students. Nowadays as a hotel it is one of the few in that area offering enough space for bigger groups. The manager was very reliable in communication in English, but the rest of the staff did not speak English so an interpreter is highly recommanded! It was easy to discuss all needs of my group well in advance. In the restaurant sometimes communication was difficult, eating a la carte with the group was not a good idea, although we choose in advance so the kitchen could be prepared. Nevertheless the food was excellent and the management of the buffets on all the other days was perfect. Wifi was available but did not work in all rooms properly, but in the lobby there was a stable access for sure. Rooms were big and well equipped, in some bath rooms there were certain small problems with (shower curtain, shower, sinks...). But price performance ratio was very good.

I have stayed here 4 nights. Rooms smell so bad. I have waited 3 hours at the hotel restaurnt for my order. Wifi doesn't work. The tv is very very small. O have found women hair in my bed. No one came to clean my room for the whole trip.

I stayed 3 nights. Room ok and bed comfortable. Had hot water when I arrived and left but only lukewarm the rest. Ate at restaurant first 2 nights and they messed up the same meal twice, their were "kitchen issues". Now that takes special skills also had banging through the night and partying that kept me awake and to top it off three was dodgy WiFi. When I complained about water and food nobody seemed to care. Not impressed and will not stay there again.

The room was clean. There was AC, TV, clean towels, hot water. Entrance is not on the main road but in a parking lot behind blocks of flats (a bit strange for a hotel, but that did not bother us). Breakfast is served at the restaurant that is near the hotel, starting only from 9am. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. We did not like the the red coverlet on the bed and the accompanying heart-shaped red pillow but we removed them from the bed and put them on a shelf :P The door lock was not functioning as supposed to. You have to lock the door twice with the key to make sure it stays closed (lock it once and it can be opened without a key).

Room Tip: Make sure you book a room with AC during summer (a bit more expensive than those without AC).
