Great Accommodation - really clean apartment with all the essentials for a self catering trip.(although no oven in apt 33 - hob only) Great location, 5 minutes to the main ski area and local shops. Highly recommend this complex for an excellent ski trip in France. A little quite, we visited in the middle of March but perfect for couples... More

Stayed here as a couple (mid and late twenties) at Residence L'Adret in Chantemerle for a week of snowboarding at Serre Chevalier and booked through Crystal Ski. Overall very impressed with the stay and quality of the hotel. I have no regrets staying here, but wouldn't return to the resort. PROS - Friendly staff - Good location - Spacious room... More

This was our fourth visit to L'Adret, the first when it was a Best Western. Some of the staff are the same which is great for continuous service. For three years we were extremely lucky and had a duplex apartment at the side of the building so it was nice and quiet. This year, it was not being let out... More

We had two double rooms. One (27) was really spacious. Both were well equipped and clean. Kitchen area was sufficient for cooking simple meals. No oven, but a microwave and hob. Tv had four English channels including bbc1. There is a heated ski and boot room in the underground car park, with lockers activated by a returnable euro. The walk... More

Now known as the Residence L'Adret these apartments are of a high standard. Nicely furnished and spacious with plenty of storage. The downsides are the lack of wifi - this is only available in the reception area - there is a lounge but this closes at the same time as reception so is not accessible in the evenings. There is... We've been there for a week and we appreciated the apartment for it's being so clean and well equipped. The hotel very well located and everyone is sooooooooo nice and efficient. We met someone special there, the best ski teacher ever, AKA MANU... Hope to see you next year! (Don't you miss that appointment!!!)

We arrived to the hotel a late Saturday evening, and the staff helped us to check in directly. The guy was really helpful and also checked with us if we wanted to have breakfast in the morning. We got the room key card, and took the elevator to the 3rd floor. The room was bigger than we had expected, with... More

When you see the words "Best Western" you automatically expect a hotel experience and this is not what you get with Chalet 52. That’s not necessarily a bad thing but Chalet 52 is neither a complex of apartments or a hotel but kind of a hybrid that surprises and disappoints in equal measure. First observations are good, the place is... More

We rocked up here with a group of about 20 people late at night. Reception got us sorted out quickly. The place is clean and comfortable and the breakfast isn't bad, although you need to pay for it. The chalet we stayed in was comfortable and had plenty of space. It has no oven or freezer but we ate out... More

I had booked my vacation 5 months in advance hoping to get a little appartment with a terrace where the kids, my husband, grand ma and I could take our meals, enjoy the nice fresh air and sunshine from the mountains. Unfortunately, the appartment I was so careful to book according to our needs (2 young kids 18 months and... More
