This is a hotel distributed over a couple of buildings located in a nice park with very old oak trees. We happened to get a room in the main house.
Size of the room was sufficient although not luxurious. The mattresses were rather soft; this is maybe a matter of taste but we are used to much harder ones, so sleep could have been better. The room was very clean and the bathroom modern with a good shower.
The breakfast was very very good with plenty of choices and very tasty. The breakfast room was a bit small such that not every guest could get a table easily. Some items weren't available all the time, e.g. the delicious smoothies were out occasionally, being refilled only after a little longer waiting time. But all in all, the breakfast deserves a clear recommendation.

A hotel with a long history, in a fabulous building. Dinner was superb, and the rooms clean, basic but good. There is a good relaxing area with sauna, and outdoor jacuzzi.
Breakfast was excellent - buffet style but good range.
Reception staff were really good - I arrived early afternoon as it was raining and I was cycling - they very kindly plonked me in the sauna to warm up as I was drenched and cold whilst my room was being made ready.

I've stayed here before and loved it then. Charming rooms, wonderful breakfast, great service, a lovely garden and a relax area. However, this time I brought my little dog, and had to stay in a run-down building at the edge of the property. A dark
depressing room, poor isolation with loudly creaking and slamming doors making my dog scared every time a neighbour came or went. The broken ceiling lamp was full of dead bugs. For the same price as another customer pluss a dog-fee, I expected my room to be as cosy and pretty as the rest of the hotel. I was isolated from the rest of my company since they were able to stay in normal rooms, and I wanted to be in mine as little as possible. Apart from frequently being woken up by noise, my bed was good, and I appreciated the small fridge in the room. I'm not sure if I will return though, as long as I have my little dog.

This was a big disappointment. We were at your place 3 years ago and we really looked forward to visit you again
Our bathroom wasn't cleaned, the bathrobes we payed for wasn't in the room, we had to ask for it. The jacuzzi was not warm. I think it was just sad everything. We will not come back at any point or recommend your place to anyone, we will tell people to stay away from Ronnum.
It's a disaster that we had to pay for the night we spent there.

The staff and breakfast significantly enhanced our overall stay at your hotel, providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience. We especially appreciated the care given to us and our dog, including the personal touch of a letter addressed to him upon our arrival. However, the room itself was pretty rundown, and the thin walls made it quite noisy, as we could hear our neighbors' conversations. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant visit.

Business trip, and all other hotels were full. My room was cold, and you cannot set temperature. Way too soft bed, my neck and back hurt the next day. Late breakfast opens at 7.30, Restaurant closed at night.

Lovely typical Swedish hotel just set back off the main road. I found the room nice clean and with a very comfortable bed. Only had breakfast at the hotel which again was a typical Swedish smorgasbord buffet. Breakfast was in the dining room which was quite small with limited tables so if it’s busy you might end up having to share a table.

Very cosy and pleasant hotel with excellent staff and very nice food. We did not try the dinner this time, but last time I tried it was superb. A very nice outdoor jacuzzi is well worth trying - warm and nice outside in a beautiful garden

A wonderful boutique hotel in a beautiful old manor house surrounded by a lush green garden park. I can easily understand why Nicole Kidman enjoyed living here while playing in Lars von Tier's film "Dogville". Also the restaurant is superb. Great food, nice and friendly staff.

Total State of maintanance needs a stap up, or it Will en keeping up apearances in a few years and that would be a waste of such a nice place.
We were dissapointed that the restaurant was closed on sunday, the day of our arrival and we were’nt informed about that.
